Otel çok dar bir ara sokakta. Odalar mahallenin içinde resmen hiçbir özeliniz yok. Kahvaltı standart ancak çalışanlar çok yetersiz çalışan sayısı olarak. İşletme maliyet ten kısmak için her yolu deniyor. Odalarda yürüyecek yer dahi yok o kadar küçükler. Banyo wc vs eski bakımsız ve küçük. Organizasyon eksik biz gittiğimizde ayrı odalarda kalmak zorunda kaldık. Odalarda mini buzdolabı dahi yok. Odaya sadece yatmaya gidebilirsiniz başka hiç bir vakit geçirecek durum yok. Yatmaya da gece 12 den önce gitmeyin çok gürültü oluyor. Sabah da 8 de mahalledeki gürültüler ile uyanıyorsunuz😔 Basit bir pansiyon ya da apart buradan çok daha iyi.

Ana binadan ayrı triple odada konakladık. Sokağa açılan bir kapısı olduğundan gece ve sabah erken saatlerde biraz gürültülü olabiliyor, banyoda ise baskın bir rutubet kokusu vardı. Belki ana binadaki odalarda aynı sorun olmayabilir. Bunların dışında otel çalışanları ilgili ve nazikti, sorunsuz bir konaklamaydı. Teşekkür ederiz.

2 gece kaldığımız otelde, yer olmaması nedeniyle Bodrum kat odayı tercih ettik. Gece geç saatte otele vardık ve tavanı rutubetten ıslanmış odayla karşılaştık. Odanın kokusu ciğerlerimizi yaktı camları açsakta havalanmadı. Rahatsızlığımız üstüne ertesi gün bizi kattaki başka bir odaya aldılar. 2. Gece kaldığımız oda güzeldi. Baştan bodrum kat odayı satışa çıkarmamaları gerekirdi.

Salih Bey bizi evimizde gibi hissettirdi, güleryüzlü ve samimi bir şekilde ağırlandık. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı doyurucu. Klima çalışıyor, yataklar ve banyo temiz her şey dört dörtlüktü.
Hatta o kadar ki otel dış kapısının anahtarını bile aldık, geç saatlerde geldiğimizde kendimiz evimize girer gibi giriş yaptık.
Lobide internet, çay kahve ikram olması çok güzel.
Şirin küçük bir bahçesi var.
Tek eksi yanı aracınızla gelirseniz aracı park etmek için ya biraz uzağa ya da otopark a koymanız lazım, çünkü otelin önüne araç ile gelemiyorsunuz, ya da gelseniz de hemen çıkmalısınız çünkü tarihi dar Rum sokakları.

Authentic and easy to reach. The location is on a walking distance to the center but not too close so it's nice and quiet. The room was clean and organized and had everything needed in it. The staff was especially friendly and can definitely recommend. Thank you!

We went as 4 people. The workers were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was small. There was no parking included. It was hard to locate the hotel even using google maps. Overall, we were happy and plan to stay again.

We totally love this hotel, We think the most important thing for us was feel welcomed by the Owner Andy. He was friendly and always worried about us, if we need anything for our room or also if we need some advices to go around Ayvalik. We loved the breakfast, a perfect amount of Turkish breakfast per person, you also have tea and coffee included, they served in a lovely garden. The room and the bathroom were clean, everything looks like new, they also give you towels. The hotel is perfect if you want to stay in a quiet place and rest, but also near to downtown where you can get by walk in 10 min. Thank you to Andy and all the Staff of the Hotel. We totally enjoy our stay.

I had a nightmare. The doors slammed all the time. There were drunken young people making an ugly noise. I did not sleep. I do not recommend this hotel.

Çocuklu biri olarak ek yatak olduğunu sordugumda park yatak olduğu söylediler fakat park yatak degil ili aylık bir bebeğin zor yatabileceği oldukça derin bir beşikle karşılastık.odada buzdolabi bile yoktu.camı açtıgımızda lahim kokusuyla karsılasıyorduk.otopark dedikleri yokusun sonunda ufacık bir yer bir arabaınn girip cıkması oldukca zor hatta imkansız gibi bir şey.cocuklu oldugumuzu söyledigimiz halde kücück bir odayı vermişler.geceden sonra sabah 8.3a kadar tuvalete su gelmiyor
