Cheked in day before new year in 2022 .We had booked duplex rooms , seeing the pictures sent to us. On entering we felt cheated as The rooms are dark , dingy ,Pathetic room service, Beddings were old and not changed . It still had hairs all over . Rooms were smelly , reminds of a ******* house. Had to beg housekeeping for all toiletries. When complained Manager is not ready to listen. Food was good but portions were very less. Only silver lining was a short trek in forest behind the resort , it ends in a valley with amazing view . the rooms are worth Rs 1500/night , we were charged nearly 6k
