I wouldn’t know about the cleanliness or quality of the rooms because I was denied my reservation upon check in with my registered service dog. The manager was extremely rude (I would use many other words) and denied me my stay because my dog “wasn’t behaving”. So I guess she’s an expert in service animal behavior and deems a dog who just spent 12 hours in a car who was a bit wiggly during the check in process to be poorly behaved. She said “this is clearly a pet, a service dog would be standing at attention by your side” Not necessarily, it depends on their training, and I’ve never had a problem with her or her behavior ever in her lifetime. I also do not need to prove or demonstrate this to the manager or anyone per ADA laws.
She says I will be refunded for the room and then promptly leaves through a back office door leaving me absolutely no time to even complain, question or confirm my information for the refund. My husband and I tried calling her back several times to follow up and our calls were answered and then we were hung up on, and ignored.
Still have yet to see a refund and will be taking legal action.
