Tolip Resort El Galala Majestic

Review I don’t recommend this hotel for stay …it is a cery bad image for Egypt and huge money for a poor service: Very bad customer handling, Temperature at lobby is very hot, staff are lying : They said they will make maintenance to the hotel AC and decrease temperature below 25and they didn’t fulfill their commi**ent , the head of customer relation has a very relaxed and irritating handling of the problems: I contacted him for a delay in receiving my room even after 3 pm and he was putting a yellow smile on his face with laziness attitude and a very poor way of handling concerns. Food is very average and bad coffee & there is no free beverages in restaurant!!!! On the other hand :The room service responsible fir cleaning and staff at reception are friendly اقامه سيئه جدا في فندق توليب الاجلاله ماچستك وعدم الرغبه في تكرار التجربه بالرغم من ان عمال الغرف موظفي الاستقبال بشوشين وطريقتهم جيده ولطيفه في للتعامل مع الزوار. ١-إهمال وعدم استجابه لتصليح مكيف الغرفه( الفندق ظابط درجه الحراره لكل الفندق علي ٢٥ درجه ثابته) ٢-الغرف غير جاهزه وبطئ في تسليمها بالرغم من وصولنا بعد الساعه ٣ عصرا ٣-كروت الغرف لا تعمل من اول مره الاناره خافته جدا بالممرات ( والاداره تعطي العمال اسباب كاذبه لتوصليها للزوار بجمله: الانوار خافته لاعطاء جو من الرومانسيه في صوره ساخره لا تليق بعقول الزائرين) ٤- ممرات الفندق وجميع مسطحاته درجه الحراره عاليه وبروده المكيفات لا تليق وغير مناسبه بحراره الجو. ٥- تباطئ الاداره في حل هذه المشكلات تعطي انطباع سئ للمكان . وفي النهايه …انصح جميع المصطافين بعدم اخيار هذا الفندق لانه للأسف نموذج لعدم احترام النزلاء الذين يتكبدون اكثر من عشره الاف الجنيهات في الليله الواحده للغرفه .

A very nice place to attend. I was there several times. Good capacious rooms, rich buffet and clean beaches and pool. Their new cable car added pleasure I’d like to thank all staff especially Miss Mayar “guest relations”, Mr Farid Shawki and chef Essam.

Great hospitality.. friendly staff .. clean rooms the view is awesome At the reception Nabeel was very friendly and helpful Also abdulrahman was great help All staff were super friendly with a nice smile … loved the place definitely coming back

This is a very big scam , please don’t book or go there All started with being put in the spot by either pay more or we will cancel your booking Second room was dirty with fridge have some left over food from previous guest The staff unprofessional The General manager is so rude and unprofessional taking to guests and staff as if he owns half of Egypt He is shouting at the staff in the middle of the lobby while eating food very arrogant and don’t know anything about hospitality Staff are unprofessional dealing with you , but what do you expect if you have a General manager like that !!!

Its not the first time & not the last time because everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I will mention some name who were really helpful from their heart . Special thanks to the receptionist (MARIO) & guest relations (SOMAIA & MAYAR) who make my check in & out easy & quick , the waiter (GAMAL WHO WAS HELPING WITHOUT ASKING HIM & ABD ELHAMID) in the restaurant, housekeeping (AHMED) who was take care of us the whole staying . Although the hotel is somewhat newly opened and has several facilities, it is poorly managed, my family and I booked 10 rooms we had arrived at 2 pm but we did not received our rooms until 5 pm front office employees were not able to deal with those large numbers Which caused a lot of chaos. Although the rooms were large, they were poorly equipped and the beds were uncomfortable. Good room service reduced the feeling of poor room condition. The worst thing was the quality and taste of the food, extremely poor breakfast buffet with very bad quality ingredients exactly as dinner buffet. I think they have to have better kitchen staff and to pay more attention to the quality of ingredients.

we arrived with our family for a relaxing holiday but this hotel is a shamble from the minute you step in till departure . Most concerning is the General manager and his attitude towards not only guests but towards his staff shouting at them in the middle of the lobby sounds so rude and unprofessional Location is great but thats it .

The location and villa was outstanding. The staff very friendly and helpful. There was great entertainment and food. The perfect place for a family vacation. Beach is well maintained and sport activities are engaging and with lots of variety

everything is great in the resort and the rooms are lovely the food is good and the activities and it’s very fun, the pool and beach are very lovely and the a**osphere is wonderful and full of enjoyment.💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗🤞🤞
