Buen hotel de negocios a medio camino entre la torre de Bayterek y los lugares de Expo.El personal habla en gran medida inglés,pero los turistas no tienen gran importancia,porque no tienen ninguna brochura o incluso un plan urbano y también saben Absolutamente nada,si se le pregunta.El mapa inglés en el restaurante tampoco existe.Pero el desayuno en 17.Stock está bien con super vista.Las habitaciones son muy grandes, limpias, limpieza diaria de las habitaciones.Refrigerador y WiFi funcionaron.Super son las placas dobles, reducir todo ruido.

El COMANDING ... Astana ... El hotel es generalmente bueno, pero no se arrastra hasta 4* Todo comenzó con el hecho de que nosotros y mi colega llegaron a las 6:00 y se sentaron a las 7:00 al hotel. La habitación era muy buena, pero no tenía ventanas. Mi colega no cerró la ventana, desde la primera vez que no podían cerrar y ya querían ofrecer otra habitación, pero la ventana estaba miraculosomente cerrada))))) En general, la habitación era espaciosa, ¡No hay colchón, pero sólo vidrio en la mitad, no conveniente, mucha lana cae en el suelo, también no hay secador, es un accidente sencillo! El desayuno es muy escaso, se funde poco en la placa, trae poco comida.

I recently redeemed my complimentary night with breakfast at the Ritz Carlton Astana and the experience was delightful. Club Connoisseur members benefit from several perks, one of which is a free night in a deluxe room, which oozed luxury and comfort. That night I also took advantage of my 20% off a cocktail master class that was interesting, fun, and relaxing. I would like to acknowledge several staff members who made a great impression on me for their professionalism, kindness, and competence. At check-in, Aslan the bellman, braved semi-apocalyptic weather (gale force winds and sheets of rain) to open the very heavy hotel doors for me and retrieve my bag from the taxi. Altynay, the receptionist, checked me in and gave me a beautiful room on a high floor so I could enjoy a view of the city. Sayan, who is in charge of Club Connoisseur, was there to welcome me in person and wish me a nice stay. Later, after I came back from the spa, I had to go back to reception as, embarrassingly, I couldn’t remember my room number (I’d lost the key card sleeve Altynay had given me with the room number on it). Ulkbek, at reception, quickly found me in the system and kindly offered to give me a new sleeve so I wouldn’t forget my room number again. I accepted the offer! That night I went to the cocktail master class at Mokki and, after Aizhan the hostess (who recognized me!) showed me to my seat, Alexander, the mixologist, made it fun, lighthearted, and educational. I now know how to make 4 different kinds of summer spritz cocktails! I met a French-Canadian couple at the class, and we spoke French a lot. At some point, Aidana, who was waiting on the master class participants, made a great impression on all of us when she asked us in flawless French, which one of the snacks we would prefer! She also was kind enough to give me snacks on soft bread as I have braces and cannot bite into hard foods. The next morning, I had breakfast at Mokki. The eggs were perfect and Symbat made me the perfect weak americano coffee I prefer to drink in the morning. Alfonso greeted me in Italian – always nice to see him! Even Altynay, who is in charge of marketing at the hotel, came to greet me and ask how my stay was going. At checkout, Mukhtar came to get my bag from my room and carry it down to the lobby. At reception, Nargiza checked me out quickly and efficiently and that was the end of a very special 24 hours. At least, this time, Aslan didn’t have to brave the elements when he helped me with my bag to the cab! Apologies for the very long-winded review, but the level of attention I received from everyone I have named (and perhaps some I forgot) required special mention. I felt very special and pampered by everyone and I will certainly be back. The training the Ritz Carlton Astana employees receive is working and congratulations to all!

El personal de servicio de la recepción es muy amable para mí como extranjero y me ayudó mucho. ¡La noche del cumpleaños, también envió un plato de frutas, muy emocionante! Además, la comida del hotel es muy barata y preciosa; el personal de limpieza de la habitación también es muy cuidadoso

Если хотите испортить себе отдых, то обязательно остановитесь в данном отеле. Я бывала в разных местах. В юности и в не очень дорогих, но такого еще не встречала. На ресепшн относятся так, будто я бесплатно пожить очень слезно попросилась. Никто не улыбается, никто не рад видеть. Заселение в 3, мы приехали в 4. Нам дали от номера карточки, я спросила красивый ли вид. На что сотрудник ответила: нормальный. А мне нормальный не нужен. Мы приехали на день рождения мужа. Я заранее звонила и просила определенный вид, говорила, что праздник. Меня уверили, что будет красивый вид и сладкий комплимент. Естественно не было никаких комплиментов, даже устно с днем рождения никто не поздравил. Номер с видом нам пришлось ждать еще час. У нас был оплачен представительский номер. Мы сказали, что пойдем подождать этот час в представительский лаундж. Ключ нам пока не дали, но сотрудник сказала, что позвонит и предупредит, чтобы нам открыли. Мы подняли, стояли под дверью 10 минут, никто не открыл. Я звонила на ресепшн, мне пообещали еще раз передать. Нам все равно никто не открыл, пришлось спускаться. С нами поднялся сотрудник. Оказалось, что его карта не работает. В итоге 30 минут нас гоняли туда сюда и только после этого открыли. Представительский лаундж смех. Никаких закусок там нет. Лежат несколько фруктов, стоит гора воды и поменьше сока. Только после того, как мы просидели минут 10 вынеси 2 бутылки вина уже начатые и пиво в холодильник. Вопрос зачем их вообще прячут? В чем тогда смысл этого лаунджа. В 5 часов нас заселили. В номере не было ни одного халата, полотенца на одного и отсутствие зубных щеток. Я позвонила на ресепшн, мне пообещали принести. Прошло 30 минут, я снова позвонила. Мне снова пообещали. В итоге 40 минут мы ждали. Потом мы пошли гулять и я решила погладить чуть помятую в чемодане рубашку. Вот не знала я, что такой утюг может быть в номере пятизвездочного отеля, а не на помойке. Начала гладить с воротника и сразу испортила. Смотрю, а утюг то в жутком состоянии. В номере много что уже уставшее и требует ремонта. В общем испортили нам праздник в этом отеле своим ужасным обслуживанием.

Es un hotel bastante agradable se encuentra muy bien ubicado a las partes históricas y sobre una vía principal lo cual lo hace de muy fácil acceso, Totalmente recomendado sus empleados tienen un alto nivel de compromiso con la satisfacción del cliente

Estaba aquí durante una semana en un viaje de trabajo. La habitación era grande, limpia y todo funcionó. Mi gran denuncia- ¿Por qué no hay lugar para poner tus ropas? Había un bar y unos 10 pendientes, pero no hay tractores. La habitación es muy buena, la habitación es limpia, la sala de estar está bien, y hay un supermercado cerca, que es agradable cuando está -20°C con viento de reloj.

El hotel es bueno. Podría terminarse en él. Si es serio, entonces comentarios, en gran medida no. Buenas habitaciones, personal muy bien equipado, deliciosos desayunos. Aparte, algo inexplicable se parece a los hoteles turcos, pero es subjetivo. Recomiendo.

El precio es muy alto, el hardware está bien y el camarero está muy entusiasmado.
