Благодарю девочек на стойке регистрации за реальную помощь 🙏👍. Хочу пожелать поменять пастельные принадлежности (белье, подушки, одеяло) и полотенца. Всё остальное было в отличном состоянии. Пользовались всем оборудованием, все работало исправно.

Отличное расположение для нас вблизи посольства США. Просторный номер со всем необходимым( стиралка, утюг, посуду и т.д.). Из минусов -уже не свежий ремонт )

Great venue to stay for your US embassy visit. The room had everything you need for a prolonged stay as well as for a night. The reception hosts were very responsive and helpful with transfer accommodation and all the queries. The building has a minimarket.

It is a nice hotel, very clean and roomy. The staff is very helpful. When we visited it, the weather was super cold, around -32C outside with strong winds, and inside the room we stayed in, it was pretty cold when we just checked in. We asked the staff to take a look at what was going on, and they helped us right away. After they did something, the room temperature was normal. We will stay there again on our next visit.

Amazing hotel, rooms are big and nice. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Mostly what is the best people who work there. Very caring and helpful. Aliya is such sweetheart, she goes above and beyond, she makes you feel like you are her personal guest. Thank you Aliya for everything. She is a true gem of hotel.
