Hemos ido a Asheville 3 veces desde julio. Nos encanta, es la escapada perfecta. Nos encanta alojarnos en la suite presidencial del Holiday Inn & suites, en el área de Biltmore Village. El hotel está limpio y la habitación es perfecta para compartir con otra pareja. Dos habitaciones y dos baños. Mi único inconveniente es que NUNCA harán un check in temprano, ni siquiera por 1/2 hora. Siempre se nos dice que no, no estamos acostumbrados a esto, ya que somos miembros de Hilton Honor y, por lo general, se nos otorgan check in anticipados, hemos viajado a Europa y en todas partes se permitirán check-ins tempranos. Incluso estaríamos dispuestos a pagar una tarifa por un check-in temprano, pero esa no es una opción aquí. A veces es muy inconveniente porque llegamos temprano y estamos listos para salir y disfrutar nuestro día. Esto generalmente significa cambiar y refresc**** en el baño (es un viaje de 5 1/2 horas para que lleguemos allí). Con todo, definitivamente me quedaré aquí, pero desearía que fueran un poco más flexibles. El área del patio es ideal para un cóctel nocturno junto a las fogatas, y el área del bar es muy conveniente para un gorro nocturno rápido.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The visit was very fun and clean. The customer service is great! Family friendly. The front desk ladies are very nice and easy to talk to especially that sweet young lady Beidala, ohhh so sweet and funnyyyy. Definitely coming back

Whole experience was great. Check-in quick and easy. Staff was wonderful. Room was quiet and cozy. Breakfast buffet was nice-eggs need work-but that is usually the case- but I was not in Ashville for the buffet eggs!. Buffet staff are a hard working bunch-KUDOS. Family came to join us in the pool and hot tub, both were great. Will stay again when in Ashville.

El hotel está muy bien renovado y actualizado. Las habitaciones son muy limpias a un precio razonable. No tuve problemas durante mi estancia en las semanas y todos en el escritorio delantero estaban bien cuando necesitaba algo. Recomendé que comenzaran a tener las galletas con envolturas individuales como va a la mayoría de los Hoteles Choice.
