Justo al lado del lago, la ubicación es muy buena, el paisaje es hermoso, el desayuno occidental es bastante rico, el restaurante está en el segundo piso, la gran ventana de vidrio del piso al techo es la vista del lago, observando el hermoso paisaje sin prisa desayunar es muy agradable, no hay estacionamiento, al otro lado de la calle Hay un estacionamiento, gratis después de las 7 pm, una hora después de las 7:00, solo una moneda, solo moneda.

Positivos: - El hotel está en una excelente ubicación en la carretera principal, a través del lago y sólo 5/10 minutos al centro de la ciudad - las habitaciones son agradables y cómodas, hermosa cama, gran balcón. El baño sentía marca nueva y sin puntos limpios - agradables, variadas desayunos (Sugiero añadir bebidas pasadas pero es algo personal!) Negativos: - hay un árbol absolutamente masivo (HUGE) a la piscina que básicamente arroja toda la zona de la piscina La piscina es muy grande y tiene que ser recortada. En nuestro primer día alrededor de la piscina el sol no salió de detrás del árbol hasta las 12:00 y luego se pierde detrás del hotel a las 4:00. La gente se mueve en la piscina y trata de encontrar un poco de sol. - la piscina parecía necesitar una buena limpieza que es una vergüenza real y no lo esperaría de un hotel como este (o incluso un hotel básico). El agua del primer día era realmente lechosa y verde (mejoró ligeramente) y hay una mucosa verde alrededor de las paredes y escaleras (especialmente las escaleras). - Las camas de sol alrededor de la piscina son tan duras! Wir hatten schon vor einigen Wochen ein Familienzimmer gebucht, um nach dem Moon & Stars - Konzertabend in Locarno mit unserem Sohn zu bleiben. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und war preislich - verglichen mit anderen Hotels in der Gegend - günstig. Meinem Mann kam geschäftlich etwas dazwischen und wir wollten das Zimmer stornieren. Gemäss den Stornobedingungen war dies nicht möglich. Auch als wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, dass bestimmt viele Menschen ein Hotelzimmer an diesem Abend in Locarno brauchen würden (alle Hotels in der Gegend waren schon ausgebucht), kam immer nur die sture, standardmässige Antwort: ”Unsere Stornobedingungen sehen kein Storno vor”. Wir haben das akzeptiert, auch wenn wir etwas Flexibilität und Menschlichkeit erwartet hatten. Doch hier zählt nur das Geld. Das Zimmer ist bezahlt, also ist es dann auch egal, wenn es leersteht. Das ist aber nicht das eigentliche Problem, sondern nur ein Nebenschauplatz. Wir sind also doch geblieben und haben das Zimmer also bezogen oder zumindest wollten wir es beziehen - um 16.30 Uhr. Das Check-in ist gemäss Website um 15 Uhr. Wir wollten kurz duschen, bevor wir dann in die Stadt gehen, wo ab 17 Uhr dann das grosse Fest stattfand, bevor das Konzert losgeht. Der Hammer: Das Zimmer war noch nicht bereit. Es warteten x Menschen, zum Teil auch mit Kleinkindern, in der Lobby auf ihr Zimmer, während draussen die Party, wofür man bezahlt hatte, schon gestartet hatte. Als ich dann darauf aufmerksam machte, dass das nicht in Ordnung ist, kam eine schnippische Antwort: ”Was soll ich machen? Mit dem Finger schnippen und das Zimmer ist fertig?” Fazit: Unser Zimmer haben wir um 17.15 Uhr bezogen und konnten dann die Zeit vor dem Konzertstart um 18.30 Uhr nicht richtig geniessen. Das ganze Vorprogramm haben wir verpasst. Jeder Hotelbetrieb in Locarno weiss, dass in diesen 10 ”Moon & Stars”-Abenden die Menschen keine Zeit zu verlieren haben. Und wenn das Check-in gemäss Website um 15 Uhr stattfinden kann, dann sollte es auch so sein. Wenn ich dem Hotel 0 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun. Am meisten gestört hat mich, dass die Person an der Rezeption absolut kein Verständnis gezeigt hat, sondern noch frech war. Und dazu noch gegrinst hat. Als wäre es selbstverständlich, dass die Gäste zu warten haben, obwohl sie für ein Check-in um 15 Uhr bezahlt haben. Dieses Hotel ist eine Schande für Locarno.
