Cerca del aeropuerto, restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia. La vista desde los pisos superiores es hermosa. Hay lavadora, nevera y utensilios de cocina. Pero no hay secador de pelo. No hay papel higiénico Puede que sea solo mi habitación, pero puedes salir al balcón, pero si sales, estará cerrado con llave y no podrás entrar desde afuera, así que ten cuidado al salir. Se proporcionan zapatos de habitación, albornoces, etc. Creo que este hotel es fácil de usar debido a su hermoso paisaje, la comodidad del aeropuerto y las muchas tiendas cercanas.

Este lugar era bueno y está bien ubicado. Realmente me encantó el apartamento, fue genial. Me molestó un poco sólo la parte de la piscina porque es completamente diferente a lo que se muestra en las fotografías principales utilizadas por trip.com.

No estamos satisfechos con nuestra estadía de 3 noches, ubicación y instalaciones es excelente, reservamos feb 2 -5, limpieza sólo una vez, en realidad no se limpia sólo cambiando las líneas y toallas, pido los materiales de limpieza de la toalla y el spa de la cacahuete, El propietario no pagó desde septiembre de 2024. No lo recomendaré a nadie, aunque la Torre 2 Shore 1 es una bonita residencia, puede tratar a otro dueño de condo sólo no a esta Casa de Wu estadía antigua. Pero me gusta el ambiente de los guardias de la Shore2 Tower1 y la recepción están acomodando,.Tenemos una buena vista desde el balcón.

We had a pleasant experience. Location close to MOA and airport. It was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and landmarks. Check in process was smooth and quick .The front desk staff were from Mindanao too. Overall its was a great stay for group travelers and big families.

A bit disappointing. We arrived at Shell Residences around 2:40 PM and messaged the admin to ask whether we would be doing a self-check-in at the lobby since no instructions had been provided via WhatsApp. The admin replied that we should wait until 3:00 PM, which was our scheduled check-in time and what we were planning to do anyway. We waited until 3:00 PM and sent a follow-up message since there had been no update from the admin. Around 3:18 PM, we were advised that Ate Mila would assist us. We met her around 3:40 PM and were finally checked in at almost 4:00 PM. Ate Mila was very nice and accommodating—hats off to her! However, when we arrived in the room, we set the air conditioner to 16°C and waited for about 30 minutes, but it was still not cooling properly. The Wi-Fi was also not working. Ate Mila went back and forth trying to fix the issues. She was able to get the air conditioner working around 5:30 PM, but the Wi-Fi was still down. Another staff member arrived around 6:00 PM, and the Wi-Fi was finally fixed around 7:00 PM. This experience made me feel that the stay was not worth it. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, but instead of relaxing at 4:00 PM as planned, we spent several hours dealing with these issues. We had planned to watch movies and play games as soon as we arrived, but those plans were disrupted. On the positive side, we enjoyed the swimming pool, and our check-out went smoothly at around 12:30 PM. I hope the management thoroughly checks the unit before allowing future guests to check in.
