Apartamentos vacacionales en Sanya

Our transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

The hotel’s location is perfect, right by the sea. Breakfast was good, and the entire property was very clean. The main issue was with the beds. The second room had a traditional-style bed basically a wide tatami which was quite hard. The first room had a standard Western-style bed, larger and more familiar, but the mattress was still quite firm. Overall, the sleeping arrangements were a bit uncomfortable.

The view was very nice and kitchen & washing machine was very useful but I don’t recommend it to anyone unless they improve basic cleanliness and swimming pool access or some sort of breakfast options. The cleaning lady seemed like she HATED her job and did a very sloppy job. We couldn’t stand the stench of the room after they wiped the floor. The mattress was hard. No restaurants or shops near by and no breakfast options. A swimming pool is a basic thing in almost all hotels in Sanya but this one didn’t provide it even though there were many pools around the hotel that they didn’t manage to get access to. The hotel itself is one of many individual companies who bought some floors of the building and renting them out.

La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, y la cama grande de 1,8 metros es muy cómoda. La casera me pasó a una segunda habitación con vista al mar desde el balcón. La vista nocturna de abajo es súper hermosa. El aire acondicionado es suficiente, el cabezal de la ducha tiene un gran flujo de agua y los suministros de la habitación están completos, la clave es que la hermana jefa es muy atenta y me proporciona todo tipo de bocadillos abajo. Es conveniente y económico. Gracias jefe por volver la próxima vez. Ya recomendado a amigos.

Este lugar ha vivido dos veces, supera a esta piscina, es barato y conveniente viajar. Esta vez es 2 noches, principalmente para ir al otro lado de la isla de Guangzhou y la aldea de Baihai

I have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great. One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty! Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink. This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest. To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

La habitación tiene vistas al mar. Está muy espacioso con ducha y WC independientes en el interior. También hay un balcón grande separado con una mesa y unas secciones. El apartamento dispone de una cocina compartida con nevera, platos y horno de gas. Lavavajillas comunes en el baño. También hay un salón con balcón. Hay 5 habitaciones diferentes en este apartamento, si tiene una gran familia o compañía, será conveniente relajarse juntos.😋 En la zona de la playa de Dadonghai, hay muchos cafés, supermercados y mercados. Si te gusta nadar normalmente, es mejor ir a la playa vecina detrás de dos puentes. Paso izquierdo paso derecho y salvadores valientes gritan no hacer cosas estúpidas y volver a la zona de baño. Hay muchos restaurantes y establecimientos rusos alrededor. Parlores de hookah, farmacias, parlores de masaje. En general, es un buen lugar, recomiendo 😉

Location: Dadonghai district is beautiful in itself, but this apartment surpasses all expectations due to its location right by the sea. Getting out of the building and onto the beach in a couple of minutes is priceless! There are many cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby, so everything you need is always at hand. View from the 29th floor: That's what it's worth going for! The windows offer an incredible panoramic view of the turquoise waters of the South China Sea, the endless beach and picturesque mountains. Every sunrise and sunset turned into a real performance, and the night city, strewn with lights, created an incredible atmosphere. The height of the 29th floor ensures that nothing obstructs the view, and the feeling of spaciousness is amazing. The apartments themselves: The apartment is very cozy, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: there is a kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. It was especially convenient for those who prefer to cook on their own.

Администратор отеля очень хороший парень , меняли белье по запросу , сразу , Но номер я выбрала номер не очень удачный , окно в коридор оно реально было в коридор , ни когда с таким не сталкивалась , но админ поменял номер на такой же маленький, но с окном , было конечно шумно очень , но расположение отличное море близко 2 мин , бассейн платный 20 ю, ребенок 10ю
