Star Sea Apartment

The view was amazing and enjoyed every bit of it. I loved the fact that the hotel did assist with activities in Sanya which made the stay amazing. The room service was great and there was shuttle to go around the Island. The rooms were also very spacious loved that indeed..

Very good hotel! Amazing views, swimming pool, very friendly and helpful front desk! The room is spacious and very clean! We enjoyed the trip and stay here!

As I mentioned in the previous review we liked our stay here, so we just extended it by one more night.

The hotel provided all the promised. The sea view is OK but it feels quite expensive after all. For new travelers, avoid accepting the sea activities offered by the hotel itself. Price looks good but there're better options outside.

This is our third trip to Sanya and Phoenix island.As usual it was an amazing stay with friendly staff,good weather and even a room upgrade.Wow what unbelievable time.Well done Sanya and well done Phoenix island.

The apartment insode amenties were horribly bad and old. I didnt get my expected rooms even i check in late. Only onw english speaking guys helped us. Thank him. Otheeqise hotel isnot recommendable

This is an amazingly cool flat and an awesome (probably billion dollar) luxury building complex, the room we booked was on the d block which is the furthest away so that means from the view from the flat there's nothing else in front. The cheaper room is maybe on the 5th or the 6th floor, which is quite cool, but for a small upgrade fee we were able to get to the 21st floor which was dramatically high and impressive choosing the sunrise side with the view back onto Sanya town or the sunset side with a review away onto the sea. bed was very comfortable bathroom shower and everything is great. little Phoenix Island is a pretty cool way to get the seats on an air experience away from the busy traffic yet quite close from the rest of Sanya town with an excellent little shuttle system that takes to and from the island in a breeze so you don't have to walk it which is maybe just a 10-15 minute walk. then once back off the island there are plenty of restaurants and shopping to be done some of which are open 24 hours and very tasty. downstairs is also a drink vending machine and an ice cream vending machine using app pay. we didn't try all the main activities such as jet skis and helicopters we heard whizzing around the island and which we are sure should be a lot of fun. overall this was an absolutely fantastic choice and excellent value for money thanks so much to the friendly staff!!
