Rather pleasant and not overly terrible. The hotel is nicely planned out and the room is spacious. The checkin staff were really helpful. Rooms were clean, the tv didn’t have any useful channels and you are forced to use YouTube to watch. The towels were a bit smelly and could have done with a better wash. The staff were patient with us due to an issue with a bank card slowing down payment. There hotel is really close to there Baba Atal Tower entrance point to the Har***dir sahib complex. What let it down was the travel and tour staff that arranged the Wagga border trip for us as they more of less left us at one of the gates to fend for ourselves and get back to the hotel with an e scooter that we then had to pay extra for ruining the whole day which has been going ok until then.

Es todo lo que un viajero puede desear de un hotel de 4*. Habitación limpia, espaciosa y bien cuidada. Atención amable. Muy bien ubicado, se puede ir andando al centro de la ciudad y al Templo Dorado. Desayuno muy variado. No dudaría en elegir el mismo hotel si se me presentara la ocasión de volver a Amritsar.
