Very charming hotel. Location is not very walkable / steep hills and near a major road. However, the room itself and service are top notch. If you’re exploring Amman city and plan to walk, I’d recommend staying closer to city center.

Staff are warmth and hospitalable. They pay attention to the to every detail and makes sure that necessary things are well provided. They are very sensitive to the needs of the guests, taking into consideration the culture and with the intention that everyone feels at home. Keep up the good work

Great experience from the moment we stepped inside. Great rooms. Great facilities. Wonderful food. Staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to help us gain a better appreciation of their country. Views were not special but sunrise was phenomenal.

I want to to thank Islam from reception. Areej from the breakfast restaurant, Khaldoon from the lobby and many of the great and friendly hotel staff they are brilliant. Great location and excellent hotel. The only downside is maybe the A/C could have been better in the rooms

Amman international hotel is close to Jordan university. I stayed 3 weeks and it is indeed comfortable experience. It equipped with gym and swimming pool. The service team is great, always respond quick, especially Yara, she is always welcoming and smiling. The breakfast is delicious too. I recommend this hotel and will visit again. 这个酒店在安曼大学附近，很安静，有游泳池和健身房，硬件不错，服务水平也很高，特别是yara，很热情也很专业。早餐也很丰盛，我会再来。推荐。

Stayed here for 2 nights at the start of a week’s tour of Jordan. Arrived in the early hours of the morning and was given a bag with sandwiches, cake and fruit which was appreciated. Room was comfortable and food on the second day very good. There were a couple of bars, one of which had a happy hour. Getting served here was a bit shambolic. Lots of people queueing and querying their bills. The barman didn’t seem to be able to work out the discounts correctly and there were lots of disgruntled guests. However, the decor in the bars, and in the hotel itself, was lovely and we had a pleasant stay.

the hotel staff were awful, their attitude is too bad, mohammad on reception kept on calling his managers to get our issue solved but none of them were able to help. and when we escalated to the general manager Mr. zaid khlifat that was the worst! I don't understand how those people are fit to be on the hospitality line, I have personally worked in this line for years, but I have never seen such a rude staff!! from the front desk or even the GM, I can never deny that I was angry and sharp while talking! but that does not give permission to the GM to be rude and say that he is the god of hospitality and public relations. I would like his managers to see this comment. and take an action. at the end, I checked out after 2 hours of staying.. because they did not give me any chance to get our issue solved.. and then he asked me to ask the government for a refund!! nonsense and not professional at all!!

Very Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable Was here for 3 nights. The staff are very friendly. We were on 5th Floor. Anne and Gee looked after us very well. At the Breakfast, Hassan went out of his way to serve us and prepared Jordanian Cuisine for us. Razan at the front made sure we got the right table and showed us the stations. Yara was there all the time in and out making sure the guests are well looked after The hotel was very clean, the room spacious. All the staff very friendly Location - bit on the outer side but the 2 main areas were 5 mins drive. We had rented a car from the airport but had decided we will use taxi locally. Used Uber and Kareem. It gives you option of booking yellow taxi via the app. Which was great as no need of haggling. The fare was coming between 1.30 - 3.50 JD If I come back to Amman I will definitely stay here
