For our purpose, this hotel was fine. People were nice. We liked the location, We the breakfast, the view from the rooftop restaurant. We had issue with water dripping from one of the showers into the bedroom turning it into a flooded room. We had it cleaned twice, a very nice man. But seems he did not convey the issue to the management to fix it. The other shower head was broken too. As the result we had to check out after 4 nights.

Hemos pasado 3 noches en un apartamento estudio del Shams Alwibdeh. La ubicación, el trato del personal, la piscina, la posibilidad de desayunar en la terraza… todo ha sido fantástico . Se encuentra a 20-25 minutos del centro histórico y otras zonas de interés, se puede ir a pie a cualquier lugar. En las proximidades hay restaurantes con ambiente que nos han gustado (Papaya Thai Kitchen y Rolling Pin). El personal es encantador, tanto en recepción como el personal de limpieza. Hoy en la piscina (otro plus) nos ofrecieron un té u otra bebida. Seguramente repitamos alojamiento al finalizar nuestro viaje por Jordania en unos días.

He venido por trabajo con un grupo de gente, he tenido muchos problemas con las habitaciones y con la calefacción, a pesar de reservr 4 habitaciones para 2 semanas completas nos han dado siempre las peores que tenían y con problemas en la calefacción hemos estado helados de frío. No lo recomiendo y no volveré . La atención al cliente debe mejorar mucho.

Well located hotel with apar**ent style with kitchenette with free water.. the apar**ent clean and the WiFi is strong, nice staff and good breakfast in the roof top with nice view to Amman city, we ordered food from near by restaurant , there are many cafes around.

Well priced and all in all an easy stay. Staff are incredibly friendly and will do what they can to make sure you enjoy your time here. Stopped off here for one night when we first arrived and would definitely recommend. Parking available outside the hotel and in the basement car park.

I was a tourist from the US. This hotel was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. I needed to add an extra night to my stay and they were very helpful and accommodating. One of the staff workers, Nabil, was nice and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms were big comfortable and the price was great. They offered transportation services as well if need be.

The hotel is in a perfect location, where there are a lot of restaurants and necessary shops. The neighborhood is also a great one, (mostly a residential area), and therefore, the street noise is almost nil. The apar**ent that we booked was quite spacious and comfortable. The apar**ent is also well equipped with necessary items, The reception is manned 24 hours a day, and therefore, any questions can be answered quickly. The place has a nice restaurant on its fourth floor and the chef makes delicious food indeed. We tried only breakfast, and it was tasty and sumptuous. The chef is also a very nice person and listens to your needs and makes the food accordingly. The best part about this hotel is the people. Almost everyone we encountered there was super nice. Special words of mention should go to Nabil Shams (who is either a partner or owner of the place) and Mahmoud. They answer calls from the room literally 24 hours a day and address any issues and needs. They always greet the guests every time one walks into the hotel with absolute warmth and friendliness.

I found the property to be clean and extremely nice location. We walked five to ten minutes to every where. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, all were very close by. We had an incident with one of the employees that we thought not nice. ASA I informed the manger ( Mr. Alaa), he made sure it is corrected and spared no efforts to make sure we are satisfied. Truly, appreciate the professionalism shown by the mangers. Overall, the staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk with.
