This villa with capacity for 10 people has more than 300 m2 of built area and 800 m2 of plot. It is comfortable, with a lot of privacy and very cosy. It has 5 bedrooms. On the main floor we can find two bedrooms. The main one, with a 150x200 size bed, is bright and has built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray. The second bedroom has a 135x200 bed, built-in wardrobes and a floor fan. On this same floor we can find a second bathroom fully equipped, with shower tray. Elegant living room with very comfortable sofas, fireplace, 50 TV and sound system. Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat out (you have a lot of restaurants next to your house) you might feel like cooking one day, so it is necessary to have a fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen in question is very practical. It has a microwave oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, gas cooker, oven, kettle, various kitchen utensils, smoke extractor, air conditioning and heating, juicer, blender and storage area.
