El hotel está muy bien diseñado y limpio. Las habitaciones son sin duda las que van a ir, no reserve la suite Deluxe como usted pagará el premio y no obtendrá la hermosa vista que se muestra en las fotos de marketing. No tendrás balcón para hablar de, pero en su lugar una pequeña cubierta con ningún espacio para muebles exteriores y con la puerta que se atrapa y es muy difícil de abrir. Las fotos en línea de los tipos de habitaciones son engañosas, ya que muestran la vista y un hermoso balcón con asiento exterior para disfrutar de ella. Hay muchas otras cosas pequeñas que no voy a detallar, como el desayuno no listo en el momento de la publicidad, la habitación no limpia adecuadamente con los coches no vacíos, el bar de techo apenas está abierto, etc. Es una vergüenza que realmente quería disfrutar de este hotel, ya que acabamos de movernos a la zona y esperaba encontrar un buen lugar para recomendar a los visitantes, pero a menos que estos problemas dentales se resuelvan, me gustaría.

The hotel allowed two dogs to roam free in the gardens, on which our room backed, and the dogs barked loudly until at least 1 AM. When we complained, the dogs were locked up for the next two nights but were out again on our fourth night. The other problem we had was figuring out how to work the shower, which has both an overhead and a hand-held fixture. It was not clear how to get the overhead to work, and we managed to flood the bathroom when the handheld came on instead and shot water everywhere. We had to use all the towels, which are mostly so thin we had to use the pool towels as bath towels, to soak up the water. Otherwise, we were mostly pleased with our room, which was large and clean, with plenty of room to unpack for four nights. Some of the furniture was rather worn, but the room was still attractive, and it was sufficiently well lit that reading was not a problem. The knob and lock on the outer door were set so low you had to bend over to lock and unlock the door. You have to be careful about opening the door, as the area swarms with mosquitos, and as careful as we were, some got into the room. The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet served in the former wine cellar, and there are many good restaurants close by. A nice place to stay, but bring ear plugs in case the dogs are loose.

El hotel es un rascacielos y moderno. Recepcionistas muy amables e interesados. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y modernas, son muy grandes. En nuestro caso, nos tocó una habitación vistas al río Tajo. El desayuno muy bueno, completo y con buenas vistas. El hotel es urbano, pero hay un parking del hotel, pero también tienes opciones en la calle para aparcar pero un poco difícil. En general, este hotel lo recomiendo mucho, con niños también.

It’s been a long time since I was last in a youth hostel, and as a now 45 year old man there is probably a reason for this. Arriving late on the Tuesday night with fond memories of dorm parties and tequila slammers, I was greeted by what I initially thought was captain Jack Sparrow, but who actually transpired to be a very friendly chap who helped us to navigate the intricacies of the main entrance. Door buzzed, suitcases lifted up the stairs and ugh who let mum and dad in looks absorbed, we were handed our keys by a lovely member of the team alongside vouchers for two free shots. Enthusiastically we were informed that the bar was open until 1am that night, although we had missed the pub crawl for the evening. I’m flattered I guess, however we decided to give the shots a miss in favour of a nice sleep. Yup, Father Time catches up with us all… We had a private double with a shared bathroom, and although very small it was comfortable enough. The pillow has perhaps seen better days, but the A/C was a life saver! Spending the days walking around town and doing some gentle exploring, the nights were largely spent for myself at least in the bar area downstairs. It’s a small but perfectly functional area, and in all honesty wasn’t the screaming mess of teenagers away from home for the first time that I had been expecting. At 3 euros a pint I was certainly very happy to sit and read whilst various cool young things did their thing in the background. Declining participation in the pub crawl for a second time, I was tempted with the tapas tasting but plans for the night changed due to friends arriving a day early and diner reservations being made. From a comfort point of view, our bathroom was shared between three double rooms I believe on the third floor, and this was never an issue. I attribute this to the fact that we were likely on very different schedules with us going out for the day and back for the night, as opposed to the perhaps more night based activities of our fellow residents. Bedroom like I said small, but hey, who cares, we weren’t here to sit in a room all day. The breakfast was absolutely fine, and for 5 euros a day you really cannot complain. All in all very happy with my stay, though peeking into an open dorm room one day my god I wouldn’t have survived the week unless you could take 25 years off me! Good job though overall Sant Jordi, and I’d certainly consider staying again - safe, friendly and somewhere I’m sure 20 year old me would have had a blast!

Bueno en general mi estancia fue ”buena”, las instalaciones y la habitacion muy amplias, limpieza y camas bastante grandes y comodas. De la habitacion no me puedo quejar. El area de la piscina es espectacular, buen servico del bar ”paradiso” fueron muy amables y los cocteles son deliciosos,creo que lo mejor del hotel es esto. Lo malo, la espera para hacer el check in, tanto como el check out es interminable, facil puedes esperar mas de una hora de pie para que te atiendan en recepcion. Si es verdad que daban detalles como palomitas o botellitas de agua pero solo a las personas que tenian niños, los demas nos aguantamos. Yo llegue desde las 12 del dia y claro que la habitacion la recibi sobre las 4 -5 de la tarde, me comentaron que las habitaciones se dan hasta las 4 de la tarde y lo comprendo , decidi ir a comer fuera mientras estaba la habitacion y no hay muchas cosas cerca, el hotel no esta cerca ni de restaurantes ni de ningun centro comercial ni de nada. Asi que comes en el hotel si o si o te vas en taxi a algun lado. Cuando porfin regrese para tener la habitacion mi sorpresa esperar una hora mas de cola en el lobby. Otro punto a destcar, era la primera vez que iba a Lisboa, motivo por el cumpleaños de una amiga, llame un par de veces para solicitar alguna nota o detalle en la habitacion para mi amiga y me comentaron que claro que si, que eso estaba hecho, yo no pedi nada especial mas que una simple nota y ya esta y al llegar a la habitacion no habia nada de nada, espere al siguiente dia y tampoco, en fin ninguno de los dias que estuvimos hubo nada. Asi que para que me dicen que si pondran un detalle o algo si no lo van a hacer. Otra cosa, las habitaciones carecen de amenities, dezconozco si fue por la tarifa que seleccione pero no dan de nada mas que dos botesitos uno de acondicionador y otro de crema corporal. Almenos uno de shampoo hubiera estado bien. En fin, mi estancia fueagradable solo por la piscina, el hotel esta bien si no vas a pasar muchos dias y si no vas por ningun motivo de cumpleaños o aniversario. Yo volveria si fuera solo para dormir un par de noches y no tuviera alguna otra opcion. Para otro motivo no volveria.

El desayuno era muy bueno y a € 9.50 muy razonable, buena selección e incluso una máquina de frescos de lavar naranja. No hay estrés acerca de 10am checkout 👍

No hay quejas en absoluto. Facilitado de acceso desde el aeropuerto, personal amigable, habitación limpia sin puntos, baño de buena tamaño, cama más confortable de la época. Buen ambiente. Desayuno sólo a las 7:30, no hay bar ni lugar para cenar, sólo para ser consciente. Recomendado.
