My husband and I booked a Deluxe King Spa Room for 5 nights, 6 days including continental breakfast. Overall we were happy with our stay. Staff were friendly, room was clean, the pool area was lovely. Only small complaints are that the pillows were not very comfortable and the bathroom needs updating, the water pressure in the shower was very bad. The restaurant in the resort was lovely for our daily breakfasts but very expensive. If you wanted hot food for breakfast you had to pay for it and the price of $5 for a hash brown, $5 for bacon and $3 for a poached egg was exuberant. We realised that the inclusive continental breakfast did not include hot breakfast foods. The choice of other breakfast foods was ok. I, personally would like to give a shout out to Christina at reception for looking after me when I needed a special favour 😊.

Originalmente instalé un hotel en la isla Han. Se me notificó temporalmente que no tengo espacio. Compré todo por pasajes aéreos y solo puedo cambiarlo aquí. Es un lugar para jugar más. Este hotel ha sido promocionado en el pequeño libro rojo. La ubicacion es buena. La planta baja está el supermercado, puedes comprar lo que necesites, comer, vistas al mar invencibles, y muy cerca del mercado, hay varios restaurantes en Internet, la distancia del muelle es aceptable, el desayuno es simple, porque el tiempo de viaje es temprano, así que comí en el hotel el último día. La habitación era grande, pero las instalaciones eran viejas, pero era aceptable. La cama era demasiado pequeña.

excellent hotel, highly recommend location is at the main street, and close to the wharf room is spacious, clean and fully equipped it's own restaurant is the best part, order a main course and you can enjoy the buffet of high quality appetizer and dessert. the atmosphere is also fantastique, live music is available

Este es el hotel más largo que ha vivido en Australia esta vez. El hotel es muy popular, hay muchas habitaciones y todas las instalaciones. Después de dos días de checkin, la abuela del hotel no dijo nada, y nos dijeron que jugaríamos felizes. El hotel tiene su propia pequeña piscina sin bordes, que acaba de resolver el problema del lago de la playa de Elley y la reparación de la piscina. Nota: hay dos subidas al hotel, debe ser un joven con buena fuerza física para ir. Si hay personas mayores, se recomienda alquilar o hacer un coche. El hotel es muy barato en Elli Beach, en la colina, la vista es excelente. A diez minutos a pie del supermercado Woolworth abajo, comprar cosas para cocinar es muy apropiado, especialmente recomendado para un coche.

I stayed at the Boathouse Apartments with my husband and 15 month old son after my son was quite sick on Hamilton island and unable to fly home. As there was no accommodation on Hamilton island I called up a few different places and settled on the Boathouse Apartments. I called ahead of time to see if we could check in early so my son could nap after the journey across. The reception staff were quite friendly and did try to get us in quickly however when we got to the room there was a rollaway bed instead of a cot. We left the room and came back to a cot being dumped in the apartment and not set up at all (not a big issue but also not what I’d expect paying the price for premium accommodation). The following morning I received a text that they had to do maintenance in our apartment for roughly 2 hours (I was never advised of this even though I called twice, told them I had a sick child and booked over the phone). We had staff knock on the door twice throughout the day to see when they could do it. First when we had a screaming child we were trying to give antibiotics too and secondly when we were trying to get him down for a nap (again when he was very distressed). We ended up having to leave and sit in a room after an unsuccessful nap with a toddler who had a high fever, ear infection and a rash. I’d also been trying to book a Telehealth appointment to have my son assessed but this was made difficult due to the fact we had to leave the room. One of the reasons I booked was due to the washer/dryer, we had no clothes left so I did a wash upon arrival. I ran the dryer multiple times that evening and kept finding sopping wet clothes at the end of every cycle which was really frustrating. On the following day we asked about the dryer and were advised that they don’t work very well and that the only apartments that had dryers were occupied. Because of this we were forced to wear the same clothes for 3 days straight. Not great for a messy/sick toddler.. We eventually were able to get our clothes dried and received them around 5pm the night before checking out. While I do appreciate the staff for doing so, it wasn’t very helpful at that point. The whole experience was really awful. Travelling with a sick child is hard enough let alone having that added stress. I am pretty annoyed that no one advised us of the works needing to occur during our stay and the fact that a dryer is falsely advertised. I never would have booked if I had known either of these things ahead of time and I feel fairly ripped off for the money we paid given it wasn’t exactly for a holiday..

Bien, la puerta trasera salió de la piscina de playa. Las dos de la tarde llamó al jefe y nos dijo que llegamos a más de seis. Dijo que ok me había llamado y me envió un mensaje de texto, me dijo que sacó la contraseña del buzón, después llevó la caja, y estaba atento a las cosas y al cuarto, Semiautoayuda es, este lugar es pequeño, hay una tienda de pizza muy deliciosa en la distancia, muy recomendable

Buena ubicacion, cerca del muelle, Estacionamiento gratuito, desayuno incluido, estufa y microondas para cocinar. Hay habitaciones familiares, piscinas, Es conveniente tener una lavadora por AUD4 y una secadora por AUD3. Fuimos a Hamilton Island por una noche, estacionamos el auto en el hotel y regresamos por otra noche. En general bien, la playa de Airlie es hermosa. El personal fue muy bueno, también esperaron con anticipación para comunicarse, e introdujeron las instalaciones. Es decir, hay muchos mosquitos, así que protégete bien.
