Very bad experience. Totally wastage of money and unprofessional behaviour and service of maintenance staff. Air Conditioning system not working properly.

Best service in Ethiopia ever. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean. The house keeping team is excellent. Everyone responds very fast and are always happy to help with any questions or issues. Front office Manager l, Ms Selam is a lovely soul. The food was excellent and if you eat a bit too much (which you might), the gymn is very well equipped to burn the extra calories. Can’t even start on the in-house pool and the spa. By the way, make sure you collide with the French fries, best anywhere. Finally, the location is secure and not congested. Nice for a stroll. The hotel is new and classy. Easy to get to from the airport.

The rooms are very good, clean and comfortable The staff ( Hana and Hanan ) and Front Office Manager ( Salam ) welcomed me well, and settled me for an early check in and being considerate I was from am early morning flight. The door man ( Tadess ) was so warm and was there to help with the bags. They even extend their service to keep my bags during my check out and booked me a airport shuttle to make sure am well taken care of. You really have a good team with great customer care skills I will definitely come back. Regards Koech Israel.

I came to visit my families in addis and I stayd I this hotel for 5 nights, during my stay the staffs are very welcoming, professional and friendly I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel

I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. All facilities are still new, clean and comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of variety, but it was just enough for me. Wifi had been always connected. Especially hospitality of staff is perfect!!

Excellent service, spacious room, authentic Ethiopian cousin, quiet working spaces, friendly staff- it makes this hotel a great place to stay in Addis. Besides the location is full of office buildings with good security surrounding that makes it more convenient area

I landed on Sunday in airport and find the best logistic arrangement for picking me to hotel, reaching the hotel the room is amazing. I like the breakfast and the kindness of the hotel service providers in the restaurant, reception and entrance gate they kind and have enough experience and skills in hospitality industry. I can mention the best service giver Kirubel & Edom who has been my best friend and charming people. I will remember them when I go back home in Kilimanjaro mountain in Tanzania.

Hygiene and cleanliness ✔️ Food- ok I loved breakfast especially since there was a waitress called Hannah who made my stay very comfortable. She always wears a smile and gives great service. Unfortunately, dinner was horrible. Chef can't cook. Food is either not well done or burnt Pool and Gymn- Great Well equipped gymn and heated pool Unfortunately very poor ventilation in the area. There is room for improvement Overall staff- ok Majority of the staff are polite and helpful.
