La ubicación es inmejorable: todo está al alcance de la mano. El personal es realmente servicial y receptivo, las instalaciones muy fáciles de usar, la habitación está bien equipada y es cómoda. El hecho es que las habitaciones para no fumadores están sólo en el primer piso, lo que significa la vista de las salas técnicas, la humedad proveniente del spa/piscina, falta de privacidad porque los empleados pasan libremente por el pasillo frente a la ventana y la imposibilidad de abrir la ventana por razones de seguridad. Para una estancia larga es bastante pesado. En general, pasamos un buen rato en este establecimiento.

This hotel clearly shows that their hotel staff are not fair and don't want to give us parking in the time of our arrival in the hotel.No proper communication as well in their vallet parking.Veey clear how upsetting they treat the guests according to their own preference. Clearly we told them that we are willing to pay just to get a parking.Brcause the said parking are full even in the park near to the hotel.Very disappointed with the attitude of their hotel staff.Hoping this kind of treatment will not be experienced by other guest. Hoping their management will take action of their hotel staff attitude and conduct.

Had a lovely stay. Just struggled to sleep due to loud music from PJ BESIDE our room. Pool was nice and quiet just bit chilly but still warm enough to swim. Breakfast was lovely. Friendly staff
