DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! I want to start this review, which I seldom do, by stating that I have stayed in La Quinta Hotels by Wyndham many times as I am a business professional who travels regularly and they are usually quite nice . This was, I hope, an exception as I am considering never staying at another @wyndhamlaquintahotels ever again! We booked a 4 night stay to visit some friends. When we arrived late that evening, our room was DISGUSTING!!! The linens looked like they had been soiled by homeless people and just watched without bleach, if they were washed at all! The room absolutely STUNK like urine and the TV did not work but this wasn't the worst thing. The restroom had not been cleaned and had piles of hair as if someone had recently cut their hair in the room!!! There were ***** hairs on the toilet and in the bath. Needless to say, we did not bathe that night! We called the front desk that night and the following morning but never got an answer. The next morning, we had to use the stained towels and soap to clean the restroom so that we could bathe. We went to the front desk and spoke with a woman, or should I say LIAR, by the name of Isha who said she would get us another room by 2:30pm that day but we had plans to be visiting friends for the day so let them know we would be back later. We returned that evening to get our new room keys only to be told that they had no available rooms. We asked if our room had, at least, been cleaned and the clerk said he did not know. We entered the same room with the same foul stench of death, the towels that we used sitting where we left them and the bed unmade. We were tired from the days activities and decided to leave in the morning. When we went to the front desk the following morning, I spoke with lying Isha who very kindly said she was "sorry for our inconvenience and", LYING TO OUR FACES, that she "would provide us with a refund." When Trip.com reached out to her, she LIED AGAIN, stating that she never said that. We then called her again the next day and confronted her about her saying she would refund us, she changed her story saying that "the management was handling." THEY CHARGED US FOR THE 4 DAY STAY EVEN THOUGH WE ONLY STAYED 2 IN FLOPHOUSE CONDITIONS!!! This woman is a disgrace and this location is unworthy of the name of Wyndham!!! Best believe, I am going to be taking this directly to the corporate offices of Wyndham shortly to make them aware of the slummy location and their unethical staff. If this is not resolved, I may start a class action suit against this location. If anyone else has a similar story, we can get them to pay us what they owe us plus damages!!! *****************

This place was absolutely disgusting. I checked in and went to the room notices there was no lock on the door and the room was dirty. Went back to the front desk asked for a different room. This one was even dirtier then the first. Ask for a refund and checked out. Was there for maybe a total of 15 minutes. Hopefully getting a refund on the room. Hence I was only there for 15 minutes and checked into a different hotel.

Never again. They let someone whom I am divorcing And have restraining order on into my room and the person also had no form of identification. Smh be carful.
