WiFi is only 30 minutes per day and room preparation is not enough Location is good quite quiet and clean

Terrible rooms,could take a shower as my shower looks completely mouldy and old looks like it’s been rolled through the mud really,bed sheets were dirty,not much on breakfast at all,orange juice tasted off and we had mould in our bathroom

there was black mould on the ceiling near the window in the room me and my partner stayed in for the night at Travelodge Riverside Central , but apart from that our stay was amazing.

Room was ok, could have been cleaner. Staff were fantastic no complaints. Breakfast was an experience - multiple people in pyjamas, large group of people cleared everything from the cooked counter into lunch bags and containers so we waited a while for more food to be cooked. Environment around the hotel at night didn’t feel safe for me as a single woman with children. Lots of people hanging around the hotel doorway, strong smell of **** and some one used the lift as a urinal - we won’t stay again.

Staff extremely professional and accommodating. Hotel just needs a refurb as the beds/mattress is uncomfortable and furnishings in hotel look tired.

Good facilities, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Coffee and tea in room. Option for dinner, drinks or breakfast. Good water pressure in the shower!

Great room, very clean , quiet and comfortable bed. Great location , nr train station and city centre.

Highly recommended budget hotel, where the staff are the ones who make it so. Friendly, helpful & approachable & definitely a credit to the company. Travelodges are basic that's a given & ive stayed here several times before but staff who take time & pride in their service make all the difference. Only point to raise would be a plug or usb socket near the bed but this is not the staffs issue, more for the company to consider.

The staff here are amazing, providing excellent service and always being super helpful. The accessible rooms (which I stayed in for most of my stay) are excellent, very spacious and well-maintained, feeling very clean, bright, and open. Also, don't overlook the food - definitely surpassed my expectations!

I found staff very obliging and friendly. Room and Bathroom, Towels Sheets all clean. Breakfast was OK. Close to the train station walked with luggage without any problem. It was value for money. Was able to access town Centre easily walking distance.

When I stay there for work, I found very professional and appropriate manners in staff. My TV in the room wasn’t working after check in, but receptionist was straight to check it and changed my room. And he apologised, gave me a complimentary drink from bar. It is like 4 star hotel service in budget hotel! I definitely will coming back to this hotel for this professionalism.
