Lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero servido por el tranvía al lado. Habitación deluxe amplia, cama grande, baño grande. Los hoteleros hablan inglés francés español. El desayuno era correcto y muy bien. Poco bien: ascensor muy viejo y muy caprichoso. Muy bien decorado para Navidad.

La historia del castillo Solhof se remonta a 1414 y en un momento fue rodeado por las murallas del castillo, la montaña y las torres del castillo todavía sobreviven hoy. La entrada y el patio de la casa son muy impresionantes, con una fuente de ornamental/taña y mangas bien amuebladas. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una habitación de 2 camas. La habitación estaba bien equipada, con una mesa muy grande, y me encantaban las ventanas altas que miraba el patio delantero. No tenía plan de comida en el hotel, así que no puedo comentarlo. Mi habitación era muy caliente y no podía ver cómo controlar el calor, así que abri las dos ventanas. La habitación era confortable y limpia, pero odio una ducha en un baño con una ducha llena de aire.

Attractive common area. Friendly checkin staff. Well appointed rooms a little on the small side. Housekeeping only every other day. Come on covid is over. Tome yo get back to regular schedule. Breakfast is an extra but not great we you consider the cost. Fair price.

Convenient location to get into town by public transport. The lobby is nice, clean and cozy. The courtyard is also very nice. It’s got a huge parking lot right under which is also very convenient. Despite the the signs “non-smoking room” it reeked of cigarettes. The kind only smoker’s home does. The room seemed clean but there wears some dust collected in different places. The bed was made in a way I wouldn’t expect from a no-star hotel. Something that takes less than 10 seconds to fix. Reception desk staff was very nice and friendly. Anyway. Not what you’d expect from a Radisson hotel. Judging by the comments so far it seems attention to detail has gone down just recently.

El hotel es muy agradable, especialmente para el precio. Situado a unos 10 minutos a pie de una estación de tren, que es una parada de la central de Antwerpen. El personal en el check-in es amigable y profesional. Los grandes cons para nosotros eran estas dos situaciones; 1) Cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación y comenzamos a sentarme, me di cuenta de la ropa interior (anteriores ocupantes) que había encontrado su camino bajo uno de los muebles de la habitación. El hotel se ha vuelto limpio, pero nos informó de la recepción en el camino a la ciudad y se han disculpado rápidamente y habían enviado a nuestra habitación para limpiarlo. - Los limpiadores podrían hacer un mejor trabajo para dar un último comprobación cuando limpiamos las habitaciones entre los ocupantes, Aunque entiendo que los días que estuvimos allí estaban cuando el hotel estaba totalmente reservado. Pero aún así. 2) Esa noche, alrededor 11.30pm cuando estuvimos en nuestra habitación con la ventana cerrada, empezamos a oír a la gente gritando como hooligans de fuera en la calle -- así que nosotros El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños de la ciudad. También los vimos tratando de contar los pisos y las ventanas. Aproximadamente una hora después, había muy alto el grito en nuestra puerta y gritó por que salieramos, una vez más llamamos a la recepción y después de un tiempo los gritos se detuvieron. No nos sentíamos muy seguros incluso para ir a la zona de fumar, así que llamamos a la recepción por algún tipo de ayuda o seguro (y luego descendimos a hablar con la persona en la recepción en el momento (la recepción nocturna, llamada Wim) a la que nos dijeron que; - Ppl gritó a nosotros desde la calle abajo para que nuestro número de habitación fuera a pelear, y la gente que bajó en nuestra puerta a salir y la pelea no era aparentemente la misma ppl. - Ppl bajó en nuestra puerta, aparentemente era un borracho bajó en la puerta de todos, No es posible que hayamos estado gritando a los clientes (que es muy poco probable). - Que no deberíamos haberlos gritado de nuevo para mantenerse tranquilos, porque aparentemente era bueno gritar en la calle directamente fuera del hotel hasta las 2 horas. Todo el tiempo que no nos disculpó por la molestia ni nos tranquilizó una vez que estaríamos seguros - sólo dijo que podrían ayudar a llamar a la policía si algo sucediera. -- Basicamente la recepción nocturna era muy mala, Y yo estaba honestamente preocupado por nuestra seguridad esa primera noche.

THE BEST HOSTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN . More of a hotel/temporary living space. I found myself distrcted from sightseeing to spend time in the public areas. It was amazing - the decor, the facilities, the books, the communal work table for digital nomads, the compemporary furnishings, the stylish bathrooms, super kitchen ( with named plastic boxes for ythe fridge) plants and flowers, the roof terrace, the internal gardens, the green walls, the extras ( free quality ontap teas/coffees, the towels, the ear plugs etc) , the bicycles for rent and the super efficent and helpful staff. I didin't try the restaurant but the breakfast looked good. . I am looking forward to visiting their new venue in Liege and , when it is open - Brussels

Amplia y confortable, cálida recepción.

We wanted a nice hotel for a 7 nights near Antwerp. The parking is great, the rooms spacious, the bathroom spacious but in need of some TLC, the cap on the bathtub faucet was missing, and some joints between the tiles were black. The WiFi was good, though not super fast. The only real disappointment was in the commercial attitude of one reception clerk and the manager. In the hotel description it stated that the rooms were equipped with a water heater and a expresso machine. When we checked in, there was only a water heater. Though this may seem trivial for some, it’s important to me. In the morning, when we’re getting ready I always answers my emails, and enjoy a cup of coffee while doing so. So, when I complained the reception clerk said that only ‘executive rooms’ have one. I did not accept that, since it was mentioned otherwise on the web, so the clerk said that he would talk to the manager, and call me later. When he called, he stated that it was ‘impossible to provide an expresso machine (??) and that the only thing he could do was ‘immediately check me out !! In other words, shut up or get lost ! This attitude and answer is an insult and unworthy of any one working in the hospitality business. Dear manager and reception clerk, change your attitude and customer relation policy, or get out of the hospitality business.
