Was completely indecisive between two hotels—Amanek Beppu Yula-Re with its Japanese modern industrial vibe or Dormy Inn which is located just next door. In the end, Amanek won me over with its free-flow alcohol offering. Even better, the spa suite we booked came with unlimited drinks included—no top-up needed. Parking is at an affiliate car park just 5 min walk from the hotel. The hotel has proper drive through area, drop off luggages at the entrance.

Our stay has been nothing short of amazing! We were grateful for hotel shuttle service to the hotel as it saves us the trouble of climbing up slopes with our luggages. When we arrived, we were greeted by the warm welcome of the staff with free drinks provided at the lounge. The Sora Room is well equipped with amenities and comes with the private onsen, for you to enjoy any time. Recommend to get the ice (outside room) for a cool ice coke after onsen. Definitely have to give the Japanese breakfast and Kaiseiki dinner a try. Every single dish is so delicious and palatable. The hotel is located at Kanawa, within walking distances to the popular attractions such as Hells of Beppu and Onsen Museum. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Beppu!

I had a wonderful stay at Apartment Hotel Yaezaki. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out — the staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience feel welcoming and effortless. One of the pleasant surprises was the availability of free drinks, a thoughtful touch that added comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The onsen with a beautiful view was truly a highlight. It offered a relaxing atmosphere and a scenic backdrop that made each visit feel rejuvenating. My room was spotlessly clean and impressively new, reflecting the hotel’s high standards and attention to detail. It was a comfortable space that made me feel right at home. Overall, Apartment Hotel Yaezaki is a great choice for anyone seeking excellent service, modern rooms, and a memorable onsen experience. I would gladly stay here again.

Opinión personal como mujer asiática que viaja sola. Excelente ubicación: a unos 5 minutos a pie de la estación de Beppu. Hay muchos restaurantes y 2 Lawson cerca. Es muy fácil tener acceso a comida. La cafetería del vestíbulo también sirve buen café. Exterior: Escuché que renovaron el hotel recientemente, por lo que el edificio, las habitaciones y el onsen se ven nuevos y clásicos. Habitación: limpia, ordenada, un poco pequeña pero aceptable. Se agradece especialmente que haya un purificador de aire en la habitación sin solicitud previa o adicional. Servicios: Lo que se te ocurra, lo tienen. Más que solo servicios básicos. Se agradece especialmente la máquina de hielo en el cuarto piso y el autoservicio de productos para la piel en el primer piso; tienen buen protector solar. Recepción: No hablan mucho inglés, pero realmente hacen todo lo posible. Una hospitalidad maravillosa. Especialmente el personal mayor. Súper amable y acogedor. En general, es más que una buena opción para un hotel económico. Si alguna vez paso por Beppu en el futuro, me encantaría quedarme de nuevo.

El hotel está situado justo enfrente de la Torre Beppu, el marco de la ciudad. La habitación es super espaciosa con una sala de entrada adecuada y un guardarropa de tamaño completo. Onsen está en dos pisos para los usuarios de hombre y damas para disfrutar en diferentes horarios. Muy limpio y agradable. La recepción de suelo y el vasto área de estar están decoradas hermosamente con tela colorida y luz brillante.

This hotel is amazing - the staff are friendly, the room is big and the view is beautiful. They also provide shuttle bus service which is really helpful. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good so I didn’t have a chance to see the sunrise in the room. I might come back and try the private onsen next time!

Reservé una habitación superior y era apropiada para cuatro familias. La habitación tiene cuatro camas, una mesa sentada, un lavabo, un baño, un pendiente de vestir, etc. Hay instalaciones en el lobby, como la venta de máquinas de refrigeración, microondas, etc. La sala de estar no está en la habitación, tienes que usar el baño de primavera caliente. El hotel dispone de tres baños de primavera calientes, que pueden reservarse por una hora. Había una persona que podía hablar inglés, así que uso las instalaciones comodamente.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well laid out. Everything was clean and well maintained. The private onsen was spotless and well kept. We could book a slot for free when we check in. We drove and park at the accom. Easy 10-15 min walk to yufuin village without luggage.

El hotel se ve peor que en las fotos. El edificio principal podría estar mejor, pero las habitaciones anexas están muy deterioradas. La vista desde la ventana da a un balcón descascarillado con aire acondicionado y a las ventanas de otra habitación, pero, claro, ahí está el mar. Conseguí esta habitación con un gran descuento, así que no tengo ninguna queja. El onsen de la azotea es pequeño y está lejos del borde (no como en la foto). El desayuno y la cena son tipo buffet. Muy variados y deliciosos, principalmente cocina japonesa. El restaurante no está abarrotado, a pesar de la gran cantidad de clientes. Convenientemente ubicado cerca de la estación de Beppu. El hotel está en el malecón, así que es agradable sentarse en la orilla por las noches y contemplar el mar. El hotel tiene una planta entera con salas de juegos, máquinas recreativas, manga y sillones de masaje.

Stayed in a clean Western style room which had twin beds. Dinner and breakfast were nicely presented and delicious. Both the public and private onsens were nice. Good value for money.
