Beautiful hotel with Mountain Views. The hotel looks spectacular and is very clean. The room is very spacious. Location is perfect as it shares the same building as the mall. You can use the lift which brings you directly to the mall. The mall has shops like Uniqlo, ABC Mart and many more, including a food court with various food options. There are 3 washing machines in both the male & female public onsen area, however it is pretty difficult to get a chance to wash your clothes. The hotel seems like a popular wedding venue, however it does not disrupt the stay as the guests do not seem to linger in the lobby at all. There's a Nescafé coffee machine which you can help yourself to outside the public onsen, along with Kumamoto's fresh spring water tap for drinking. For parking, please avoid the carpark infront of the mall as it is expensive. If you're facing the mall, the hotel's carpark is at the left side basement of the mall. The hotel provides a discounted price at off-peak periods. It's best to leave your hotel before 12 noon. It is paid parking and there's a ticket machine at the basement entrance of the hotel. The hotel location is perfect as it is also very close to a station.

¡La experiencia fue fantástica! Había muchas opciones para disfrutar de las aguas termales. Las termas al aire libre fueron las mejores. El agua estaba tan caliente que no se enfriaba al sumergirse. Me encantó. Las termas privadas también estaban al aire libre, donde se podía escuchar el sonido de un arroyo mientras te sumergías. Nunca había visto un baño termal con azulejos de cerámica antiguos, y me encantó. El personal también fue muy amable. ¡Muy recomendable!

La habitación era espaciosa, bien diseñada, limpia y ordenada, con un toque muy japonés. Las almohadas eran especialmente cómodas y dormí toda la noche. Servicios: Los baños termales al aire libre eran fantásticos, y sumergirse en el cielo azul y las nubes blancas fue realmente placentero. Entorno: Este hotel de aguas termales abrió sus puertas en agosto y todas las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Servicio: El personal fue amable, sonriente y paciente al comunicarse.

위치 자체는 차가 아니면 사실상 가기 어려움. 주차는 숙소 전용으로 있어서 편함. 숙소 주변 분위기 매우 흡족. 다만, 료칸에서 수건부터 유카타까지 모두 대여 필요. 조식은 조촐함. 근처에 무료로 유황지옥찜 이용할 수 있는 곳 있어서, 숙소에서 계란만 구매해서 해먹을 수 있음! (계란 50엔) 다른 유황작물도 만들고 싶으면 가능! 탕은 1개밖에 안된다고 해서 아쉬웠고, 물도 특별한 느낌은 없었음. 총평..돈 더내고 더 좋은 곳 가시길..

La ubicación es muy conveniente, con centro comercial, parques y estación de autobuses justo enfrente. Las aguas termales también son agradables, e incluso el hotel ofrece bebidas y helados gratis fuera del área de descanso de las aguas termales, además de ramen gratis de 21:30 a 23:00.

總體很滿意 這家和山水木，新明館是同一個集團。 山水木和深山山莊緊鄰，在半山上，温泉源頭的位置。入住的話可以免費去山水木泡森林之湯。温泉質量超級好，湯花超級多 酒店提供免費接送服務。到達之前找攜程幫忙聯繫店家來巴士站接。第二天我們想去平野展望台，在前台比劃半天，店家直接開車送我們上去了，10分鐘車程，如果自己走的話，得一個小時，感恩！ 另外checkin的時候前台還會幫忙預訂回程巴士的車票（黑川温泉到福岡/熊本每天班次不多，以防當天沒有位置，提前預訂好班次很有必要！），這點很好 餐食的話，比隔壁山水木豐富不少。第一天晚上是懷石料理，第二天晚上是番茄豬肉火鍋。兩天早餐也都不重樣，第二天餐食還送飲料。 有個紫蘇juice推薦可以嘗試，好喝！ 房間的話，雖然也是10年老酒店了，但比起隔壁山水木的話，算新了不少。房間設施ok，第一天衞生間有點異味馬上工作人員就來處理好了。但吹風機太舊了！希望可以換一個新的

Location - opposite the Kumamoto station. May not be near the city central, it’s easy for traveller who is carrying large luggage. Cleanliness - it’s really clean Amenities - you can even choose your pillow type at the counter. It uses password lock instead of card. I really like this idea because the thought of losing the card is quite daunting. The onsen for female is really good. It’s huge enough to fit 4-5 people and it’s opened over the night. It does allow the guests to choose their time. Breakfast- it’s really nice and wholesome (refer to picture). It also provide evening drink which include alcohol.

El hotel está un poco apartado, en una zona sin tiendas, salvo una tienda de conveniencia... pero a 10 minutos de la estación de tren y de los centros comerciales en autobús o tranvía. La bienvenida fue amable, la habitación estaba limpia y el onsen, aunque pequeño (máximo 5 personas), es una gran ventaja... no hay sauna ni baño de vapor. No hay servicio de limpieza diario, como suele ocurrir en Japón, pero se proporciona una pequeña bolsa con toallas, cepillos de dientes y una botella pequeña de agua todos los días. Lavadora a 100 yenes. Hay un restaurante en la entrada, pero no lo he probado. Hay barra libre disponible de 21:00 a 21:00, con o sin alcohol. Se proporcionan almohadas, algo necesario porque la habitación es muy dura. Hay una parada de autobús enfrente del hotel que va a la estación de tren. La salida es a las 10:00... siempre es temprano cuando no se trabaja.

The hotel is okay, but quite old and outdated, so I'd say it should be cheaper for what they provide. Location is perfect for an overnight before your flight though. Stuff is friendly and helping, also they gift you a tasty ice cream. Hot bath also looks old, but it's a nice addition to relax before sleep, you can even watch the stars late evening in onsen. You can see the mountains from your window and lots of green houses) Breakfast cost is 1500 jpy, I didn't use this option. Overall everything was okay, but I believe they need to renovate rooms.

호텔입구부터 친절한 안내와 방이 넓고 깨끗하고 어메니티도 잘 되어 있고 화장실과 욕조가 분리되어 있어서 방해 받지 않고 사몽할 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요 그리고 온천은 물이 너무 좋고 아침 조식도 너무 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 방문 할 것 같습니다 😊
