Ubicación perfecta, a 1 minuto andando de una estación de metro. Además, se encuentra a 10/15 minutos andando de algunas de las atracciones turísticas de la ciudad. Al encontrarse en uno de los centros neurálgicos, tiene de todo muy cerca (tiendas de conveniencia,puestos de comida, restaurantes, etc...) El hotel en general es impecable: Gran limpieza, habitaciones impresionantes y calidad buenísima por el precio ofrecido. El ambiente del hotel, con un parecido a una zona tradicional Japonesa, es innegablemente atractivo. El desayuno es delicioso, con gran variedad y algunas cosas que normalmente no encuentras en un buffet como serían mochi frescos a diario. En resumen: Si estás dispuesto a pagar un poquito más que la mayoría de hoteles de la ciudad pero sin irte de presupuesto y quieres una experiencia de lujo, cuidada al detalle y con una calidad espectacular, este es tu hotel.

Vine con mis compañeros y mis hijos. El ambiente era genial, la habitación estaba limpia y los artículos de aseo estaban completos (sus artículos de aseo eran excelentes y olían de maravilla). Incluso nos proporcionaron toallas para lavar. El sacerdote taoísta fue increíblemente amable. Pagamos un poco más para cambiarnos a una habitación con calefacción por suelo radiante y ventanales del suelo al techo, que era comodísima. 💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

Debes darte un chapuzón en el baño privado, es muy cómodo, es un baño al aire libre para una persona, vale la pena darse un chapuzón. Lo malo es que hay muy pocos restaurantes y solo comida japonesa. We have stayed one weekend at the banyan tree. Overall we have a very diverse experience with that hotel. All staff was very friendly and this balanced towards the missing 5 star sense of service of some. Some things were a bit chaotic and not aligned. The breakfast was ok, but I had already much better ones in other and cheaper 5 star hotels in China. The western restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. But the food was available and served in the lobby bar. The quality of the food was good. The Chinese restaurant we haven't tried, it was comparable a bit too expensive for us. The hotel is only about 4 years old, and it seems it was a very huge investment. Amazing architecture! But, the building quality is partially very poor. But still, I would expect from a brand like banyan tree and a professional hotel management to keep the hotel well maintained. This does not cost a fortune. The room was ok. But some details were already wear out. At the hot spring area, some details wear already broken and not cleaned properly. The shower was in a disgusting condition, it looks like this was never cleaned in the last year's. There was even huge mold on the glass doors! The steam sauna was smelling and far to hot set. Little helpful bathroom amenities were missing too. What we liked: the architecture, the quiet and relaxing surrounding. The hot spring water and pools were nice especially to have one at the balcony of our room. A great hotel for me is one which I would always like to come back again. So in this case? Would we come back? I must say, even though we like some things. We would not come back, especially not for the regular room rates. A pity for such a hotel, it has so much potential.

El hotel, anteriormente State Guesthouse, está situado en la orilla del lago Taihu Oriental en Suzhou y rodea el lago Taihu a 270°. Da a la gente la primera impresión de lujo y elegancia. Vivimos en una zona de villas nueva en la segunda fase, con una apariencia arquitectónica de estilo chino y el mismo temperamento de las dinastías Han y Tang. El vestíbulo cuenta con ventanas panorámicas de piso a techo que reflejan el paisaje del lago Taihu, lo que lo llena de diversión. El hotel también construyó especialmente un sendero que conduce directamente al lago Taihu, lo que le permitirá experimentar el paisaje del lago y el cielo de cerca. La ama de llaves Mia en la recepción fue cálida y atenta. Tuvimos un gran viaje familiar para celebrar un cumpleaños familiar. Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.
