This has been our most memorable stay to date. The homestay is run by a warm and welcoming boss together with a team of genuinely kind staff. We were a group of 10 with both elderly and young children, so we needed quite a bit of assistance and I truly appreciate how the staff went out of their way to help us whenever they could. Their patience and kindness made our stay exceptionally comfortable. One of the highlights was having our own private hot spring tub right in our room in a cooling weather. We could enjoy it anytime we liked, and the water comes directly from the mountain, such a rare and amazing experience! We also fell in love with the beautiful, scenic environment. My parents and I enjoyed the peaceful, village-style setting, while my kids absolutely adored the little pet zoo, especially the friendly dog. Even now, back in Singapore, they still talk about how much they miss the place. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of delicious food available nearby, and the convenience of ordering through online platforms made mealtimes even easier. From the homestay, you can even see the magnificent Bai Shui Zhai Waterfall, the largest in the area which is only a 5–10 minute drive away. We managed to hike the mountain on our second day, and it was an unforgettable experience. Overall, this stay exceeded all our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again.

Esta es la segunda vez que traigo a mis hijos a este resort durante las vacaciones de verano. El resort es bastante grande y tiene muchas actividades para familias de diferentes edades. A mi hijo de tres años le encanta la piscina grande frente al edificio principal, y a mi hijo de once años le encantan el tobogán acuático y otras actividades acuáticas más emocionantes. Además, este año inauguraron un nuevo parque de atracciones con juegos mecánicos y zonas de juegos interiores. Si bien el precio es un poco más alto que el de otros resorts similares en la zona de Guangzhou, vale la pena por ser un resort todo en uno. La conserje Nia es excepcional; respondió a mi solicitud a tiempo y me brindó toda la ayuda necesaria para que mi estancia fuera aún más agradable. Recomendaré este lugar a mis amigos.

El hotel es precioso, y la habitación y las comodidades son excelentes. Nuestra camarera de pisos, la gerente Xiao Luo, fue increíblemente servicial y atenta. ¡Quedé completamente satisfecha con mi estancia! ¡Tomé unas fotos impresionantes en el hotel! Las únicas pegas fueron los cepillos de dientes de baja calidad y la falta de copas para el vino, algo que creo que podría mejorarse. Sin embargo, el servicio y el entorno fueron excelentes.

Reservamos una habitación para 2 adultos y 2 niños (menos de 1,2 metros) con desayuno y cena incluidos. Xiao Yu nos ayudó con el check-in y nos cambió a una habitación superior gratis, ¡lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera excepcionalmente cómoda! Afortunadamente, él estaba allí; todo el proceso de check-in fue fluido y eficiente. Respondió con prontitud a cualquier problema que tuvimos, lo cual fue realmente encomiable. El paquete incluía acceso ilimitado a las aguas termales de la cueva, las aguas termales al aire libre, las saunas secas y húmedas, los baños de losas de piedra y las piscinas climatizadas interior y exterior. Cada habitación recibía fruta y leche de bienvenida de cortesía. La respuesta fue bastante rápida durante las vacaciones de Año Nuevo. Mi única queja fueron los numerosos cargos ocultos del hotel. Aparte de los artículos incluidos y las manualidades para niños, todo lo demás, como la pintura con azúcar, el parque infantil y el minitren, requería un pago adicional. Comparado con esto, ¡el Hotel Nan Kun Shan Jia Hua es mucho más generoso!

La mayor ventaja del hotel: Como ya han mencionado otros, es tranquilo, absolutamente apacible, perfecto para relajarse solo o para reuniones. La habitación era espaciosa, luminosa y espaciosa. Sorprendentemente, para una villa enclavada en las montañas y junto al mar, la habitación no mostraba ningún signo de humedad; estaba increíblemente seca. El sinuoso camino de la planta baja es bastante único. Es pequeño, pero serpentea y da vueltas, lo que lo convierte en un lugar ideal para dar un paseo después de cenar. Y, efectivamente, vi al legendario gato gordo y perezoso 🐱. Nuestro ama de llaves, Xiaotu, era inteligente y elegante, hablaba con claridad y elocuencia. Estaba atento a las necesidades de nuestros huéspedes y tenía una excelente gestión del tiempo. Todos nuestros servicios llegaron a tiempo, con solo algunas pequeñas omisiones. ¡Genial! El conductor del coche privado fue fantástico. Condujo con mucha firmeza y calma, a diferencia de los típicos conductores de Shenzhen 😃. Anticipó las curvas y los semáforos en rojo; un conductor realmente experimentado 👍. La joven y guapa dueña incluso vino a despedirnos cuando nos fuimos. Gracias. El desayuno y la cena del restaurante fueron totalmente sin preocupaciones; los precios justificaban la calidad de su cocina privada. 👍Es una pena que la visita de Hua Jiasha me impidiera probar su café. ☕Xiaosong, ¡lo guardaré para la próxima!

Banyan tree was certainly a luxurious and high-end hotel but there were a couple of things to look out. First the good thing, Banyan Tree's service was incredible, with most staff speaking Chinese and Cantonese. Although I will have to say that their English is quite limited. The staff were extremely attentive, and there was an efficient wechat customer service avaliable, where you could ask questions, or alert the staff. For example, I had lost my room key, and I told the staff through the wechat customer service, and the staff brought a new key to me in less than 5 minutes. Next, the food in the breakfast buffet is amazing. You can order fresh dim sum and have it delivered to you in less than 5-10 minutes. The buffet served fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice, and pastries. A small downside to this is that the pastries are not hot/warm, as they are kept under a single heat lamp. While the bread can be reheated in a toaster, the pastries cannot be reheated. The resort room was very luxurious and spacious. It contains free servings of snacks and drinks. There is a large bath inside the room, and a hot tub outside. Based on everything that was inside the hotel room, I can confirm that the room is definitely worth the price. Next comes the amenities. The resort included a spa, gym, swimming pool and more. All the amenities were very high end, it requires quite some booking. For instance, when you want to go to the swimming pool, you have to book (lucky there wasn't any people there so we okay to walk in). One more downside to this luxurious resort is the location. The resort is located on an island surrounded by the ocean, and although it is close to other hotels belonging to the banyan tree group, other than that, it is somewhat hard to get around. The atmosphere around the resort makes it seem very isolated, as during my 2 day stay, I only saw around 15 people. I would recommend this resort for couples, a honeymoon resort, or people that prefer a zen and calming resort rather then a family friendly one.

El hotel es muy bueno, tiene todo. Mi hija ama el dormitorio temático. Nos encanta el servicio de autobús de transbordador que nos guía a todos.

This is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

Esta fue una estancia bastante inusual para nosotros. Antes de empezar, debo decir que no estuvo nada mal: la habitación era muy espaciosa, relajarse en el jacuzzi privado siempre es un placer, y nos sorprendió que nos incluyeran dos cenas, a pesar de que el paquete que compramos decía que solo incluía una por estancia. En fin, empecemos por el hecho de que el 90% de las aguas termales estaban cerradas. Eso no nos importó mucho, ya que no nos gustan las aguas termales públicas, pero fuimos a echar un vistazo. Siento que si hubiera pagado esta cantidad de dinero esperando dos días completos de diversión y relajación en el parque de aguas termales, y todas las piscinas estuvieran cerradas, estaría muy decepcionado. Lo siguiente fue que nuestro jacuzzi no funcionaba. Fuimos a recepción y lo reportamos, y se encogieron de hombros y dijeron: ”Bueno, no funciona”. No queríamos cambiar de habitación por eso, pero me pareció muy poco profesional que ni siquiera nos ofrecieran una solución. El hotel está abarrotado. El viernes estuvo bien, el sábado ya estaba lleno y el domingo por la mañana no pudimos encontrar sitio para desayunar en los tres enormes comedores. La comida era normalita, pero como me gusta la comida china, no me decepcionó que no hubiera la ”comida alemana” que anunciaban. Además, para un hotel de este tipo, donde lo importante es disfrutar de las aguas termales y relajarse, debería haber una norma sobre los gritos, ya que el sábado se instaló una familia justo debajo de nosotros y no paraban de gritar, lo que afectó bastante a nuestra estancia. Claro que no se puede elegir a los vecinos, pero una norma que prohíba gritar sería estupenda. En general, nos lo pasamos bien y descansamos bien (¡la cama es comodísima!), pero creo que le faltaban muchas cosas para el precio que tiene. Recomiendo llamar al hotel para comprobar si las piscinas funcionan y asegurarse de que todo en la habitación funciona correctamente.
