Great location, amazing price, horrendous service. Receptionist (male Indian from Gujarat) is extremely rude and disrespectful. He should be fired. I was here for a few days, and then all of a sudden he said he wouldn’t let me extend my stay. Gave no explanation whatsoever, and then began raising his voice and threatening to call the cops. The hostel itself was decent, but this irascible Indian receptionist made me regret ever booking a room there. He should be fired and never be given a job that requires relating with people.

Instalaciones: Habitación para 6 personas, en general bastante bien. Limpieza: Regular. Entorno: Buena ubicación. Servicio: Hora de salida estricta, desayuno incluido. Se vuelve un poco ruidoso cuando hay mucha gente y la ventilación es deficiente. La limpieza es aceptable.

The staff were pleasant and very friendly. The room was a no frills type room. While it had a really nice bathroom. And the bedroom had a mini fridge and a microwave. It didn't have a dresser. It did have a tv with cable.I ordered a room with a king size bed, and got a room with one queen size bed. And a headboard left on the wall where the second queen had once been. It gave the room a spacious feeling. Despite being the wrong size bed, I didn't complain. I'm not more than. 6' like some people that need a king size bed. Anf at the end of the day, it's just a place to sleep and get a shower. It was a comfortable sleep. And despite being on the corner wasn't as quiet as I had hoped. But it's a motel. Non-smoking rooms available. There is a pool. I didn't check it out though I was too tired my first day, and too busy the next. If you don't require much, this might be for you. The price is right and the location is prime.

Hotel was great for a last minute stop in Fort Bragg! Very close to Glass Beach and downtown. Pretty quiet and clean. Friendly and quick check in. Nicely updated rooms.

La verdad es que me la pase muy bien aquí, esta ubicado a media cuadra del paseo de la fama y a unos pocos minutos caminando del metro, esta a tan solo una estacion para llegar a los Universal Studios, llegue super rapido!, la atención es muy buena, la gente de la administración es muy amable, hablan español, les pedi algunas recomendaciones y me ayudaron, tambien les pedi guardar mi equipaje el ultimo dia despues de hacer chek out por que yo me iba a los Studios y sin problema, esta es una buena opción si no llevas auto por la cercania al metro. Hay homeless al rededor pero eso es en todo el paseo de la fama y alrededores, ademas nadie se mete contigo si tu eres una persona prudente. Por cierto, el metro no es tan malo como lo comentan, si bien si hay un problema social, yo vi a mucha gente que se transporta en el, incluyendo mujeres y niños sin ningun problema. Definitivamente yo si me hospedaria nuevamente en este hotel, y pienso que es razonable lo que cuesta por lo que te ofrece y mas si es de Los Angeles.

Very expensive for a B&B. Nice spot in the Castro/ Mission district near Dolores Park. Well-maintained & reasonable management. Lots of stairs to go up into main house lobby — wrought iron gates with intercom to buzz to get entry into property. Try to get a room in the older main house to minimize stairs! No AC. They have limited parking spots behind the two B&B houses (access from Dorland St) for US$35./day plus tax which is a steep price. Make sure u book a parking spot in advance. Beautiful garden courtyard in the back. Sadly we never got to use it. Try to get a room that faces the other “house” or the backyard - quieter. We had a front room Deluxe King Room 36 which looked nothing like the sample room photos (only one Room 24 w courtyard view, sofa, coffee table). We got a smaller room approx 290sf vs what we paid for 32sq.m, 344sf, no closet just small armoire to hang a couple of things, no sofa, no coffee table, no balcony. They were kind enough to give us a refund for the price difference between the Deluxe King we booked & the Standard King we got. Had to ask for them to vacuum room. Found tissue under headboard/bed, dusty. Not the kind of room you would want to spend much time in —teeny tiny TV, faced front noisy street with electric bus passing by. No screens in windows so had to close windows at night to keep critters out. Bed was ok. Pillows were synthetic & lumpy. View was of electric lines & school across the street. Beware some electric outlets. One was burnt out. Breakfast was repetitive but nice to eat in a lovely breakfast room or outdoor deck. Hard-boiled eggs, muesli, fruit, muffins/ carbs, American coffee, juices. Fortunately SPRO café was next door if you need a great cappuccino or chai latté! The inn itself provides a wonderful atmosphere to unwind. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, offering all the amenities needed for a relaxing retreat. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed, going out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Overall, our weekend at the Spyglass Inn was a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway in a picturesque setting. Whether you're an avid hiker, a beach lover, or just in need of some peaceful downtime, Spyglass Inn is an ideal choice.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in San Diego and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Check-in was quick and effortless, and I immediately felt at ease. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and a relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the little touches—plenty of charging ports, great water pressure in the shower, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and ocean. The location is perfect—close to San Diego’s best attractions, including the waterfront, Gaslamp Quarter, and Balboa Park. Whether I wanted to walk around, take a short drive, or simply relax by the pool, everything was easily accessible. The hotel amenities exceeded expectations. La habitación era super por el precio. Nos sentíamos muy bien. Este motel sirvió como un parada intermedia en nuestro viaje. Todo fue super. Sólo falta: no hay muchas posibilidades de comer en el lugar, pero el vecino no está lejos.
