Un hotel completamente nuevo, inaugurado en septiembre de 2025. Los interiores son preciosos y las habitaciones muy acogedoras. El personal se esfuerza al máximo para que la estancia de los huéspedes sea no solo cómoda, sino también memorable: hay una bebida de bienvenida, kits para la ceremonia del té, sales de baño, un tocadiscos de vinilo y muchos otros detalles estupendos. Muchísimas gracias al personal; ¡recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel!

La cocina es muy buena, el distribuidor de agua potable, las matracas nuevas, la fachada ciega de privacidad, la luz y el sostén, la toalla pequeña, A/C funciona muy bien, muy cerca de la aldea de Hanok, muy cerca del autobús de vuelta a la estación de tren.

La relación calidad-precio y la ubicación son inmejorables. Las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, pero son aceptables para el precio. El personal es amable y el servicio y las comodidades que ofrecen (artículos de aseo: pasta de dientes, cepillo de dientes, maquinilla de afeitar, champú, acondicionador, loción corporal, café desechable, toallas en abundancia, agua embotellada, etc.) son de primera calidad. En cuanto al ligero ruido nocturno, creo que se debe a la mala actitud de los huéspedes más que al propio Motel W, así que lo considero aceptable. El aparcamiento era bastante amplio, así que lo utilicé sin ningún problema. El nivel de atención al cliente en recepción también fue excelente. La calefacción por suelo radiante funcionaba bien, lo que hacía muy cómodo sentarse en el suelo por la noche a charlar o compartir aperitivos y bebidas. El internet gratuito y el acceso a contenido multimedia, como Netflix en la televisión, fueron muy prácticos y geniales. También incluyo una reseña del restaurante Mexican Chicken, situado cerca del Motel W, ya que su servicio y calidad fueron excelentes.

Host's were really friendly and supportive. Room has floor heating and due to that room got really hot. Shower is really good. We had an issue with the bedding where we complained to the host and he looked into it wanting to give you another room but we stayed in that room as it was only for two nights. More towels have been also provided after requesting them and a welcome bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and a few other toiletries were in that bag. Water bottles as much you ask for and even at the checkout the host lady gave us each 2 bottles of water to take with us which was really appreciated and a rare first gesture I experienced.

Everything was good compared to the its price. The only thing I wanna mention is breakfast. The hotel offers breakfast option for 15,000KRW. But the quality or the selection of menu were not appropriate for the price. There was only very limited foods option poached egg, scrambled egg, steamed dumplings, sausages, bacon, steamed rice, korean seaweed soup, 5 Korean side dishes(like as kimchi), only white toast, dinner bread, croissants, x3 different juices and milk. You may be disappointed with this. Otherwise everything satisfied my needs I have willing to stay again. This stat changed my perception of IBIS hotel chain. I

Visitaba a Jeonju con mi hijo y el jefe me dio una cama gemela y me sentía cómodo. Está limpio y cerca de la Universidad de Jeonbuk, y el estacionamiento es de moda y más cómodo ^^

The place is relatively clean although there are mosquitoes inside the room so you gotta spray the mosquito spray so that it wont bite you when u sleep xD Location wise is pretty good in a sense that it is near attractions, church, and the hanok village. Its just that at night its pretty dark so if youre a girl alone, best not to stay up until late. The reception was really nice and friendly, he made me feel welcomed! Amenities are also not bad, all the necessities are covered and the soap smells vv nice xD (pls dont mind the bed in the second picture… haha thats when i left but it was rly neat when i went.)

The check-in was confusing because we did not receive a note about room, password etc. So our check-in was definitely not contactless. +++ The room is good, specious with all standard amenities. +++ The bed is really comfortable with a great topper for the mattress. Unfortunately the water took like 15min to heat up and we could not regulate the floor heating. The aircon did not work properly, even with the universal remote it did not heat. There is also no ”real” window with a view. For the night it was okay but after a cold winter day I would have pleased a good heating and warm shower.

Bon rapport qualité prix dans l’ensemble. Possibilité de réaliser des lessives. Quelques négligences propreté au vu du nombre de déchets présents sous le lit, ou de l’odeur des serviettes (probablement mal séchées). Très facile d’entendre les autres résidents dans les chambres aux alentours. Je recommande malgré tout pour ceux ayant un budget serré et des facilités à s’endormir malgré les potentielles nuisances sonores.
