Fantastico valor para dinero. La habitación estaba decorada hermosamente y el baño también era nuevo y fresco. La comida también fue excelente y el bar quiz el jueves fue fantástico. El personal era amigable, bienvenido y chat. No podía hacer lo suficiente para usted. Sería muy recomendable.

We stayed on 11th July 2024 for 1 night in room 6 . We loved our room . Spacious , very clean and bed was so comfy . We ate in restaurant downstairs and I had galinhada a traditional Brazilian dish and it was delicious . My wife had steak which she said tasted fabulous . Highly recommend. We slept very well . Now there is one part of the review that’s very important to mention . The staff are amazing but one person in particular shone and that’s Innes . This wonderful lady is first class and knows exactly how to treat guests and diners . If anyone wants to see how they should treat guests , go watch Innes . A true credit to the kings head . We would definitely return and appreciate good service and kind staff . Thankyou x

I needed somewhere to stay overnight for a business trip, and this venue looked a decent place to stay. On arrival, the staff were welcoming, and the pub looked to be a nice venue. It was disappointing not to have parking, not a massive issue as there was a car park a short walk away. The stairwell leading from the pub to the accommodation, however, left a lot to be desired and left me fearing for what I had let myself in for. It was somewhat reminiscent of a cross-between a 1980s office block and RIgsby's accommodation. Thankfully, the room was an improvement with plenty of space, and the usual tea and coffee facilities. There were, however, some significant issues which would stop me from returning: When I tried to have a bath, I realised after running the water for long enough to fill, that it was almost empty. On checking, the plug sat proud, meaning water was emptying almost as fast as it was filling. The most concerning part was only discovered late in the evening. I had been out for the evening, returning around 11 pm. When I returned, I found the pub to be closed and my key would not fit the lock. Thankfully I could hear someone inside, who eventually heard me banging on the door and window. Heaven knows how I would have got in had I arrived back any later! If there was another way to get in, I wasn't informed when I checked in. I also didn't expect to have to be back by a curfew - I haven't had one of those since childhood! Shortly after I got back, another guest asked if I knew how to get back out again - I don't know if he managed it in the end.

La habitación era atractiva (pero no me gustaba el queso o algo parecido cuando llegamos) con camas cómodas y una buena vista de la iglesia. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero no se podía esperar a que se le hubieran dado cuenta de que no habían podido estar en la casa de alguien. El desayuno era extraño - jarros de maíz, maíz de nuez crunchy, muesli y croissants en una mesa con una botella de leche de plástico, más un poco de pan y un tostador en el bar - nadie te mostró dónde estaba todo, tú! Me dijeron que era 10:00 pero podía pagar 20 libras para extenderlo, lo que hice. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. Muy desilusionante y absolutamente no vale la pena el dinero.

Very comfortable Stopover. This is a basic fairly dated motel but we had a friendly welcome. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We didn’t dine here but breakfast started with a friendly welcome, good food selection with everything nicely cooked (hubby’s full English) as well as a good continental choice. I personally would have liked plain yogurt and muesli but I was very happy with what I had. Staff efficient and friendly and the chef knows how to poach an egg; bonus!

樓下酒吧餐廳，樓上及後院是房間，服務設施都還行，但是有些房間會比較吵，馬路和bar裏聊天的聲音，以及莫名其妙持續的不知道是什麼機器在運作的噪音。有點被圖片欺騙了…
