Estuvimos 3 días y el servicio súper atento, tenían servicio de buggies que te llevaba a la invitación, la comida del todo incluido a veces estaba un poco fría pero estaba genial. Unas vistas increíbles en casi todas las partes del hotel. En el todo incluido entra casi todo menos dos restaurantes y la mayoría de cócteles elaborados (solo entran cubatas y dos cócteles) pero es suficiente. Hay un montón de espectáculos y de actividades para los niños y los adultos. Súper recomendable

We initially booked into this hotel for two nights before our main holiday, we had arranged a late check in as we were arriving around midnight, there were eight of us flying in with EasyJet who cancelled our flight after a four hour delay, we did manage to get an alternative flight which meant we would miss our first night so we emailed the hotel at 4am explaining the situation and to let them know the reason why we wouldn't be making the first night but would be there in the morning for our second night. When we eventually arrived at Ibiza airport, we rang the hotel to let them know we were on our way only to be told they had resold our rooms to someone else and we were no longer booked in!!! We asked why this was the case having already paid for the rooms, they said it was because we hadn't turned up. We then asked for our second nights money back to which we were basically told tough, this was extremely frustrating despite us emailing them at 4am that morning (the earliest we were able to confirm we were on our new flight) and explaining our predicament. They told us that we wouldn't be getting any money back and if we were unhappy to take it up with booking.com (how can they do this and get paid twice for rooms previously booked), so basically having been let down by EasyJet, then travelling from Luton airport to Gatwick airport over night at our own expense, arriving in Ibiza the following morning then being left high and dry by this hotel we then had to find a new hotel and pay an additional 400 euros between us for our nights' accommodation. This kind of customer service deserves recognition and having been at the back2ibiza festival for a further 5 days we told everyone who cared to listen about our experience and the dreadful customer service we received, and all were of the same opinion that it was appalling behaviour for a hotel. My advice to anyone wanting to stay at the hotel Florencio in the future, don't rely on them, have an alternative arrangement and don't expect any pleasant customer service. We have set up a complaint with booking.com and we will chase them to get us our money back and this will be documented on here for any future guests to follow.

Nos quedamos 2 noches en este hospedaje, y la verdad fue fantástico. A 5 minutos de la estación de autobús, el lugar esta limpio, la habitación es acogedora y el personal siempre nos atendió con amabilidad, además nuestro vuelo salía en la noche y nos dejaron resguadar el equipaje para aprovechar todo el día. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí. 100% recomendado.

El Hotel tiene muy buen ubicado pero no cumplen con las comodidades necesarias de las habitaciones. Reservamos una habitación con cama de matrimonio y nos dieron una con dos camas juntas. Además debería de tener un pequeño refrigerador pero tampoco lo tenia y nos dijeron que solo estaban disponibles en las habitaciones con vistas al mar. Lo cual era incierto porque en nuestra habitación estaba incluido. La caja fuerte no funcionaba y cuando fuimos a reclamar nos dijeron que teníamos que abonar 3 eur por día. Me parece un robo porque en todas las habitaciones de hoteles de casi todo los países el uso de la caja fuerte de los hoteles está incluido en el precio de la habitación. No lo recomiendo porque prometen tener todo lo necesario y luego no tienen nada.

Hotel muy asequible, especialmente cuando reservas con comidas incluidas. Reservamos con media pensión, tanto el desayuno como la cena estaban bastante bien. Corta distancia a pie de un supermercado y del puerto deportivo. La recepción fue amable y servicial. Las habitaciones eran básicas pero limpias. Sin quejas

Viaje de Imserso, es decir a un precio excepcional. Desde la recepción, personal de comedor, de limpieza o del bar un aplauso sin medida. Habitaciones grandes con muy buenas vistas a la bahia de San Antonio y muy limpias. Camas excepcionales. No es mi primer viaje, por mi trabajo ha viajado por Europa durante 40 años y se muy bien valorar a un hotel. Mis felicitaciones a los responsablres por tener un equipo tan fenomenal.

Let me start by saying, the air conditioning was none existent, it was like a steam/sauna session in the bedroom, me and my friend complained about it to the reception every single day & they gave us the same excuse that we are fixing it, the next day comes and it’s still the same, we complain they say it should be sorted by tonight the next day comes and it’s the same situation, like come on it’s a hot country you need good air conditioning if I wanted a sauna il just go and sleep in the dessert, and I don’t want to hear oh go and relax by the pool area to be chilled, because I didn’t pay to go and sleep by the pool or get ready for a night by the pool, come on guys it’s 2023 going into 2024 don’t be stingy and get better air con, also there is another problem the gym was disgraceful, where is the health & safety all the weights broken metal pieces dropping everywhere cable wires all over the place, it looks amazing on your pictures but horrific when inside, this hotel is actually a nice hotel just needs to sort out the basics, it’s that simple it’s the basics that needs sorting, thank you I hope they fix these things and let me know when they do so I can back as for now I wouldn’t come back even if it was £100 for a 7 night stay, SPEND THE MONEY ON AIR CON AND GYM EQUIPMENT. La experiencia ha sido excepcional por la profesionalidad, amabilildad y disposición de sus empleados, tanto recepción, como comedor y servicio de limpieza han sido fantásticos, no se puede mejorar el servicio que dan, este hotel sólo tiene una pega es la ausencia de tranquilidad de la noche, dado que las paredes deben ser muy finas y que a lo largo de la madrugada siempre pasa por el pasillo que hace mucho ruido y hacen que te despiertes varias veces a lo largo de la noche......, pero entiendo que mucha gente vaya a Ibiza en busca de fiesta y cuando vuelven no tienen en cuenta al resto de personas que están durmiendo, pero en cuanto a lo demás no tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento y por ello seguro que algún día volveré por allí
