El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. En realidad, me encantó tanto que quería prolongar mi estancia por otra 4 noches. Fui un poco triste por esto, porque realmente quería quedarme más tiempo. Al final, tuve que seguir las reglas y comprobar como estaba previsto. A pesar de eso, mi experiencia global fue sorprendente, y me quedaría feliz aquí otra vez. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer mi estancia tan agradable. Recomiendo muy i-Homestay y definitivamente volvería en el futuro! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very spacious rooms and two functional toilets, but recommend to bring your own soap and shampoo. The bed and pillow has abit of musty smell so its not the best. They offer luggage storage service but do note it’s not an office where you can collect anytime you want, you need to message the staff and depending on your luck, their response time may vary. Location is good just opposite R&f mall.

Overall a very comfortable stay. The room is clean with a beautiful sea view from the 40th floor. Both the bed and sofa are very comfortable. I also liked that the towels were sanitised and individually sealed before being provided - everything felt clean and well prepared. Amenities are almost hotel-like, with toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap and other essentials provided. Check-in is officially at 3pm, but they allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. The main downside is the check-in process. You have to collect the keys from their office, which is about a 10-minute walk from the actual block and requires crossing roads. It can be quite inconvenient if you don’t have a car, especially with large luggage or young children. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odour, possibly due to the drainage/piping system or lack of ventilation. Other than the check-in hassle and bathroom smell, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay.

The advertisement contains a balcony with seaview but the actual unit does not have. This misrepresentation is apparently market practice and the only way to tell if the actual unit has seaview is if seaview is listed in amenities. I ended up with a unit facing a wall instead of the sea.

Overall stay and environment was good. Room to improve for customer service as we had to contact the host on the day itself for more info on how to check in. W

Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w We felt shortchanged and I
