先説好的方面：1.為民宿的宋式美學點贊。整個民宿環境很好，隨便一個轉角都是景緻。定了親子房，複式，很大，跟兩個娃都有各自的獨立空間，很棒。2.床舒服，有泡茶區，暖氣足，很舒服。3.春節這個價位非常良心，性價比很高。免費參觀夢華城，夜景很美。加分了。 缺點：1.廁所是個半簾子，不方便、不防臭。如果不是家人同行，要慎選。2.服務員打掃房間未經允許直接就進來了。最好提前打個電話問問。主要是廁所沒有門啊。2 3.民宿官方電話很難打通，微信管家響應不夠及時。4.民宿的花草可以再好好打理一下，提高整體精緻度。 如果有機會，還會再去。

這次出行最正確的決定就是選了這家民宿！地理位置優越，步行就能到景點，周邊配套齊全。房間打掃得一塵不染，通風采光都很好，生活用品齊全到不用額外帶東西。房東響應超快，有任何問題都能及時解決，整體感受就是安心。

民宿就在頂街裡邊，去左耳天台、藍字報走路就能到；環境非常漂亮，正對南嶼雙面海，側邊就是風動石景區，景美又私密性，就像住在景區裏，小管家很熱情，小姐姐很耐心幫忙拍照，很好看；在民宿裏可以承包這片日落，不用人擠人，人間值得。唯一不足就是要走段小路進民宿，不過管家都會接送行李，個人覺得美景完全可以抵消這一點點的不便。

入住這家民宿，實在是感覺太好了！老闆熱情好客，請我們隨便吃他家自產的百香果，品他家的茶。早餐便宜實惠。停車方便免費。房間的廊亭下面就是菜地，站在窗前就可以欣賞田園風光。離景區懷遠土樓很近，步行幾分鐘就到。離雲水謠古鎮溜達着就可以到。以後如果再來這裏，首選的還是這家民宿。

El hotel es excelente, con una ubicación inmejorable justo encima de la calle peatonal Zhongshan Road, pero sorprendentemente, las habitaciones son muy tranquilas. Todos los electrodomésticos de la habitación son inteligentes y se controlan por voz. La decoración general del hotel es preciosa, con un estilo Nanyang que me encanta. La bañera de hidromasaje en el balcón es perfecta, puedes disfrutar de un baño mientras admiras las arcadas. El personal es muy amable, el servicio es atento y responden rápidamente. Las habitaciones están limpias y son tan bonitas como en las fotos online. El desayuno del hotel es delicioso, saludable y sabroso, ¡especialmente el café! Es mejor que el de un hotel de cinco estrellas, no es de máquina, sino preparado en el momento por el personal. El Americano helado y el Latte helado están riquísimos, me tomaba uno cada mañana, desinflama y está bueno, jajaja. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver a Xiamen, definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo. Hay una señorita en la recepción del hotel, olvidé preguntarle su nombre, pero es realmente guapa y amable, con un servicio profesional y entusiasta. Fue muy amable con los niños. Cuando hicimos el check-out, le dio una bolsa de aperitivos a mi hijo, ¡al que le encantó esta señorita! ¡Definitivamente le doy una excelente reseña! 👍

A Truly Wonderful Stay! This hotel is absolutely beautiful, located in a incredibly convenient spot for exploring the city center, which is full of charm with its ancient-style houses, lovely shops, and trees decorated with lanterns. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming — every day you’ll find fresh fruit and sweets waiting in your room, and there’s always a warm smile to greet you on arrival. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and come with all the amenities you could need. We didn’t get the chance to try their restaurant, but it looks very promising and well worth a visit! We highly recommend this hotel to everyone — it was a truly memorable experience. A well-deserved top rating from us! ⭐

I enjoyed my stay overall. While the hotel isn’t perfect, it offers great value if you’re looking for a relaxed beach holiday away from the busy tourist areas. Location The hotel is in a peaceful area close to Huangcuo Beach and Xitouxia, with plenty of small local seafood restaurants and traditional Chinese eateries nearby. If you’re not into seafood, there are still a few other dining options within walking distance. It’s about a 30-minute walk to popular cafés like Oncebook Coffee and Snow Peak Café. Further along the beach you’ll also find beach bars such as Breeze Bar and Amoy Beach Bar, where you can enjoy drinks overlooking the ocean. Most of Xiamen’s major attractions, including Shapowei, Zhongshan Road, Gulangyu Ferry Terminal, and MIXC, are around a 20–30 minute taxi ride away, making them easy to reach. Facilities The highlight of the hotel is definitely the swimming pool. It’s clean, relaxing, and has two sun loungers, making it a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast or have its own restaurant, but there are several places nearby where you can eat. Room The rooms are spacious and nicely designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide beautiful ocean views. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, with soft memory foam pillows, and the air conditioning works very well—something you’ll definitely appreciate during Xiamen’s summer. The bathroom is modern, with a large rainfall shower that has excellent water pressure. There are a few downsides, however. The room could be cleaner, and the hotel provides disposable towels instead of regular bath towels, which wasn’t my favourite. There’s also no minibar or mini fridge, which would have been a welcome addition. Service The reception staff deserve special mention. The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. His hospitality left a very positive impression. Final thoughts If you’re looking for a quiet beachside stay with comfortable rooms, beautiful ocean views, and don’t mind taking a taxi to Xiamen’s main attractions, this hotel is a solid choice. Just don’t expect luxury facilities or a full-service resort experience.

Tenía muchas ganas de alojarme en este hotel después de ver las fotos y leer las reseñas en trip.com, pero me decepcionó bastante. - No proporcionan toallas grandes. Pensé que se les habían olvidado, pero cuando las pedí, me trajeron un juego, aunque me mostraron las desechables que estaban en la habitación. No podía creer que ofrecieran paquetes tan pequeños y finos y que pensaran que eso era un sustituto aceptable para toallas normales. A este precio, eso no debería ocurrir en ningún lugar del mundo; después de haberme alojado en decenas de hoteles en China, es la primera vez que veo algo así. - También dejan el cepillo para el inodoro en el baño, algo que tampoco había visto en innumerables hoteles en China; claramente es una práctica anticuada que no inspira confianza en la limpieza de la habitación. Los utensilios de limpieza como ese no deberían guardarse en las habitaciones. -La vista de la ciudad estaba bien, pero la ventana estaba muy sucia. -La habitación es para no fumadores, pero dejan un cenicero. Mi habitación reservada estaba en el piso 20. Al llegar, subí con mis pesadas maletas hasta allí, pero me cambiaron de habitación inmediatamente. Bajamos, salimos del edificio y nos dirigimos a otro cercano. Allí me registraron en una habitación vieja del piso 10. No entendí por qué hicieron esto (esa habitación también apestaba a humo). Empacamos todo y volvimos al edificio original, al piso 20, como había reservado. Claramente, esto se podría haber evitado si me hubieran comunicado el motivo del cambio (después me dijeron que me estaban dando una habitación superior, pero era casi del mismo tamaño y la del piso 10 era más vieja, olía peor y era claramente un paso atrás. Una decisión extraña por su parte). No sé si este hotel usa el robot de entrega como la mayoría; lo dudo. Por suerte llegué un día antes, así que el día extra que reservé me permitió comprobar el estado del hotel y cancelar el resto de la estancia, aunque con un coste superior a 500 RMB. La gran mayoría de los hoteles chinos de esta página ofrecen cancelaciones gratuitas, pero este era caro. Para ir sobre seguro, opté inmediatamente por un hotel de cadena. Hay muchísimas otras opciones en Xiamen a precios similares, así que recomiendo buscar en otro sitio.

We stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags. The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required. Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100. The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old. When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage. The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy. The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening. The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day. There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu. The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse. The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.
