Wow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that. She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met. It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here. Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed. While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information. The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate). The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean. Thank you so much Mrs. Li! The owners go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at ease. One gesture I’ll never forget — I was rushing for a tour and hadn’t managed to press my clothes. Though there’s a laundry room available, the owner personally helped me iron them, refusing any payment. That small act of kindness stayed with me. We’ve stayed in many retreats claiming to offer luxury, but this place redefines what true luxury means. Here, you pay a 3-star rate and receive a 5-star experience in comfort, sincerity, and service. The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. If you’re looking for a restful, heartfelt escape where nature, comfort, and kindness meet, this is the place. Un gran pueblo, el jefe es muy entusiasta, el servicio es muy intimidad, su propia comida quemada es muy deliciosa, el peso es muy grande, muy cerca de la zona del paisaje, la puerta es muy entusiasta, la tienda de café supermercado del hotel debe tener todo. El tipo de habitación de techo es muy agradable. La desayuno es muy bueno y se recomienda a los amigos ～

Esta pensión, situada en la zona oeste de la ciudad, ofrecía una estancia agradable, un remanso de paz en medio del ajetreo del Primero de Mayo. Al abrir la ventana, se veía un pequeño callejón y, justo abajo, una cafetería. Se podía ver a personas mayores de Kashgar descansando cerca. La planta superior también tenía un espacio agradable para tomar fotos. Los recepcionistas, un señor mayor y una joven, fueron muy amables; era fácil contactar con ellos para cualquier cosa. ¡Muy recomendable!

El paisaje más hermoso aquí es el amor. El jefe entusiasta recuerda todas las necesidades y es muy rápida para responder. Hacer dos días, tomar docenas de comidas para el desayuno, no repetir dos días, es más hermoso que el hotel de cinco estrellas. La habitación es nueva y el equipo es perfecto. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia. Cabe mencionar que las almohadas son suaves y duras, a diferencia de las suaves de muchos hoteles y casas de familia. Dormí muy bien en Taoyuan. El invierno es frío y seco. El aire acondicionado interior y la calefacción por suelo radiante son suficientes. Por si acaso, también hay un calefactor eléctrico. Los calcetines se secaron en dos horas. También hay un humidificador. Aunque es una pequeña ayuda, hace que la gente se sienta muy cómoda. El personal de limpieza es muy atento al guiarnos con el aparcamiento y ayudarnos a llevar la caja. La recepción también ofrece desayuno, café y té por la tarde, y la calidad también es muy buena. Algunas sugerencias: Es fácil olvidarse de correr las cortinas al registrarse por la noche porque está oscuro afuera. Espero que la tienda reemplace la ventana principal por una cortina de gasa para proteger la privacidad de los huéspedes. No es recomendable correr manualmente la ventana del baño. Se recomienda al menos aplicar una película esmerilada. Al fin y al cabo, la ventana da a la calle principal. Para los huéspedes que valoran la privacidad, incluso un pequeño espacio puede resultar incómodo. En resumen, ¡es una experiencia de vida muy agradable!

Amazing stay at YiJing! The experience at the cabin was truly magical, with its one-window-one-framed view setting that effortlessly brought the beauty of the outdoors inside. Even the bathtub had a stunning vista, making every soak an indulgent retreat. The cabin’s full facilities, including a Dyson hair-dryer, floor warming and an auto toilet, added a layer of luxury that made us feel pampered at every turn. The guest service was simply unparalleled. From the moment we were welcomed at the entrance by the friendly resident dogs, we felt right at home. The welcome drink and snacks, paired with a delightful afternoon tea, set the perfect tone for our stay. Dining recommendations were spot-on, ensuring we enjoyed the best local flavors. The turn-down service, complete with a delightful Chinese dessert soup as in-room support, was a thoughtful touch that highlighted their attention to detail. One of my personal highlights was the Marshall speaker; it allowed us to fill the cabin with our favorite music, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like our own little sanctuary. We were also gifted with a special Xinjiang gift upon our departure, which was a lovely surprise! Despite the rain and cold that greeted us upon our arrival in Hemu, our stay in YiJing more than compensated for the dreary weather. We truly enjoyed and loved every moment in our beautiful cabin, making memories that will last a lifetime. 禾木一境小木屋的体验堪称魔幻——仅凭一扇窗就框住了整片风景，毫不费力地将户外之美引入室内。就连浴缸都拥有绝美视野，每次沐浴都成为沉浸自然的奢享。小屋配备Dyson吹风筒、地暖、智能马桶等齐全设施，处处彰显精致细节，令我们时刻感受被宠爱的温暖。 宾客服务更是无可挑剔：从抵达时友好迎宾犬在入口摇尾相待的那一刻起，我们便有了归家般的亲切。迎宾饮品与茶点搭配精致的下午茶，为入住体验奠定完美基调。餐厅推荐精准到位，让我们尝遍地道风味。夜床服务时奉上的中式甜汤作为客房惊喜，这份细腻关怀令人动容。 最令我倾心的莫过于屋里的Marshall马歇尔扬声器——让整个空间流淌着私人订制的旋律，营造出专属音乐圣殿般的氛围。临别时还收到了特别准备的新疆特色礼物，这份心意让我们倍感温暖。尽管抵达禾木时遇上下雨降温的天气，但一境的温暖体验彻底驱散了阴霾。我们在这座美妙木屋中度过的每分每秒都值得珍藏，这段回忆必将历久弥新。

The homestay owner, Chen Fang sister is an absolutely lively character. She is warm and welcoming! As soon as we reached the entry point to Baihaba village, she picked us up from the car park at the entry point. She is very sociable and made us feel extremely comfortable. In that 10 mins ride, she managed to gave us an overview of the village and recommended places that we can visit including the horse ride to the peak. This is a must-try! The sunset view is absolutely amazing! Do try this. Her sister is also very caring. The room was a little cold at night and when we informed her, she came over herself to help adjust the temperature. Needless to say, we slept very well that night. The room was clean and beddings were very comfortable. The only improvement would be to offer towels, instead of the disposable ones. Everything else was great! No breakfast is provided with the homestay (or at least we didn't book it). There are many eateries and shops around us within walking distance so the location is perfect. For the horse ride, she arranged for the horse riding company to send a car to pick us up to the riding location. And of course, dropped us back to the homestay afterwards. This was one of the most memorable day throughout our Kanas holiday! Thank you sisters for your warm welcome! Highly recommended!

I had such a wonderful stay here and truly want to thank all of the staff for making my trip so special. First of all, the hospitality was beyond amazing. As a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese at all, I was honestly a little nervous at first. However, every staff member tried their best to help and welcome me warmly, which touched me deeply. I would especially like to thank a staff member named Yi. She was the only person who could communicate with me fluently in English, and she helped me with absolutely everything during my stay. Because of her kindness, I never once felt uncomfortable or isolated here despite the language barrier. I would honestly give her 10000/100! The accommodation itself was also excellent. The room was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed me to rest perfectly every night. Another thing I loved was the variety of activities offered here. Everything was amazing , horseback riding, delicious hot pot meals, and even professional photography sessions. It was my first time riding a horse, so I felt a little nervous at the beginning, but the staff took such good care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience. Most importantly, I was deeply impressed by the culture here. It felt so warm and heartfelt. I truly love your culture. At night, there was a campfire gathering where local staff sang songs and danced together. It was such a joyful and unforgettable experience for me. In conclusion, if I ever visit Xinjiang again, I will definitely come back and stay here. Thank you so much to every staff member for your hard work and kindness.
