Hoy es mi último día de cinco del total de la estancia. Matrimonio con una niña de 12 años. Elegimos este hotel porque tenía parking, piscina y desayuno incluido. Para lo que estamos haciendo no está mal. Por la mañana piscina, comemos en la playa (está cruzando una calle) y sobre las 18:00 cogemos el coche de alquiler. Visitamos un pueblo y cenamos (Nessebar, Sozopol, Burgas). Un día lo pasamos en el parque acuático de Nessebar y una tarde en el de Sunny Beach. El hotel está muy limpio, la piscina está bien y las camas son buenas. El punto negativo es el desayuno. Es muy malo. Comida de mala calidad y siempre lo mismo, mal servicio: faltan cubiertos, vasos, mesas... El hotel lo sacamos muy bien de precio por lo que no nos sorprendió. Lo que hacíamos era picar algo a media mañana y comer pronto en la playa. El personal no es agradable pero en consonancia con el resto de Bulgaria. Los precios en el bar del hotel no son caros. En resumen si tenéis un plan parecido al nuestro se puede coger pero un máximo de 3 noches. La zona en general es muy turística y con ambiente. En Agosto se agradece porque en el interior hace mucho calor.

I’m going to start with the positives as there were some. The Hotel from the outside and the reception area is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were small but adequate considering you only sleep in there. The entertainment staff were hard working and very nice and always got a smile on their face. The one person that’s sticks out on reception was Stella a definite asset to the hotel, it was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were there and she organised a birthday cake for her. Housekeepers very friendly. The beach was minutes away and had a boardwalk so good for pushchairs, wheelchairs etc. There was also towels to rent. One thing is a must is bug spray lots of little thing’s waiting to have a nibble. I enjoyed the snack bar food for lunch, nice salads and loads of fresh fruit. I must say the man who cooks the fresh bread downstairs was so happy and always had a smile on his face. I’ve decided to list the negatives. 1) there was one man on reception who was incredibly rude, regarding towels and pool hire. 2) the maintenance man shouted at us to get our sunbeds off the grass 3) Bedrooms and showers were never cleaned properly. Some days random black long hairs appeared in the bathroom and shower and I’m blonde so who knows. 4) Showers some days they worked perfectly but must say most days they trickled out and was cold. 5) Food in the restaurants were never hot, I’m a vegetarian and lived on salads for 2 weeks as there was labels telling us what the food was but no idea if it was vegetarian or not. 6) Toilets in the public areas were smelly Now for my biggest gripe my Grandson was served alcohol not for himself but nevertheless they still served him even though he had a child’s wrist band on. NOW FOR MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT My daughter took her 4 year old to the kids club and I arrived to pick her up and basically just took her. The staff didn’t check who I was and basically it was chaos the staff seemed more interested in hugging the children and not watching the others. How this hotel is a 4 Star hotel is beyond me, I certainly will not be recommending it and will never return.

Ya era a principios de octubre cuando fuimos, el Mar Negro estaba tan frío y frío. El hotel cerró a mediados de octubre. Muy desierta. Nadie en la piscina. Es mejor en verano. Comidas todo incluido.

We have very fond memories of our stay at the HI Hotels Imperial Resort. The hotel is located at the beginning of Sunny Beach, not far from Nessebar (a 25-minute walk), right by the sandy beach. The hotel itself leaves a positive impression and is comprised of three complexes. HOTEL / ROOMS (DeLuxe): - spacious rooms with balconies (sea and main pool views), carpeted floors, with elevator access to rooms, - rooms are equipped with LED TVs, a phone, and a safe (free of charge). - large and comfortable beds, - bathrooms are well-equipped with toiletries and clean, fragrant towels. - rooms are cleaned daily with towel replacement, - available iron, kettle, and ironing board (with deposit), - the hotel grounds are well signposted with directions to attractions, bars, etc, - there is a bus stop about 100 m from the hotel, allowing you to reach the city center, the airport, Burgas, Nessebar, Ravda, Sveti Vlas, Pomorie. RESTAURANTS / CUISINE / BARS: - the hotel has two restaurants (All Inclusive+) and two à la carte restaurants, - daily themed dinners, e.g., Greek, Arabic, Mediterranean, - restaurants offer a variety of dishes; there's a wide selection of food (though it's a shame that people waste so much), - there is a children's food area, - delicious coffee, cappuccino, and chocolate from Segafredo coffee machines, - tasty cold drinks from vending machines (I recommend cherry juice), - a Lobby Bar with original cocktails is available, and you can order a custom drink, - poolside food and drink area: late breakfast, snacks, fruits, fries, burgers, donuts, waffles, ice cream, drinks, etc, - all dining areas are well-maintained and clean, IMPORTANT: When you check out, your All Inclusive wristband is left so you can enjoy your food. POOL / BEACH / AMENITIES: - there are several pools, including an indoor pool and one for children with various water attractions, - the pool water is clean, and the area is well maintained, cleaned every morning, - there is a special play area for children, - the hotel provides beach towels (with a 20 LEV deposit at the lobby) that you can exchange daily, - access to the beach is through dunes (a 2-3 minute walk); the beach is large and clean, - there are sun loungers and umbrellas available at the beach for an additional fee, but you can also go with your own towel (there is a naturist beach nearby), - the hotel offers daily activities: daytime sports and physical games, evening shows in the amphitheater, - there is a fitness area and a gym available. SERVICE / STAFF: - good communication with the hotel, both before the stay (via email) and during the stay, - reception staff is very friendly and helpful, - the hotel manager is a true professional, always smiling, regardless of the situation, - the restaurant staff and cleaning crew are also very pleasant and diligent in their duties, - efficient and friendly animators who encourage guests to participate in activities, - the hotel has a currency exchange office wit

Just returned from a 2-week stay at the Glarus hotel. 2 adults and 1 child We stayed bed and breakfast. Food was OK, nothing special, and pretty much the same every day. If you didn't go down early enough, then you missed out. Especially on things like pancakes. The pool is long and narrow and is really cold. It's shallow at the steps but then goes quite deep, and you can't stand up anywhere. sunbeds were a nightmare. There is not alot of them.Sunbeds were all taken by 7.30, with no one to be seen till around lunchtime. The rooms were dated but clean. You can upgrade on arrival for a sea view, which we did, which cost us just under £100 for the 2 weeks. The view is amazing, and we thought this was worth it. Although you only get the morning sum on the balcony, if you like a beer on the balcony in the sun before you go out, the rooms at the back are probably better. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to Flower Street. We were only disturbed 1 night from the Kimbo bar, which was directly across from the hotel. The music didn't stop for 24 hours, and they seemed to turn the volume up at 6 am. But like I said, this only happened once and we kind of expected it at somepoint.Staff were OK, apart from the cleaners nobody looked or said anything to you, not even a smile. All in all, we had a great time. Probably wouldn't return to the Glarus because of the food and pool situation.

En primer lugar, es nuestro cuarto viaje a Bulgaria, pero el primero a Sunny Beach (en el pasado hemos estado en Golden Sands). Mi opinión se encuentra en este país, relacionado con el mar, casi todo es mejor que en Rumanía. El personal del hotel está adaptando y mejorando constantemente, me alegra ver constantemente mejores hablantes de inglés mientras pasan los años y sus habilidades de hospitalidad también están mejorando. ¡Muy amable, muy paciente, no llegan a la mano para consejos y no interfieren cuando no hay necesidad! La LLANTEZA! Oh, Dios mío, ese lugar estaba brillando limpio! Todo: desde los jardines hasta las piscinas hasta las habitaciones y todo el entorno. No había ningún solo estiércol / pieza de plástico / papel en ninguna parte. Calidad: todo desde muebles de lobby hasta piscinas, hasta los salones y paraguas de la playa es fuerte y limpio. Los restaurantes internos: El restaurante principal es muy limpio y temprano, la comida es muy variada, aunque a veces parece que se hace más para los vegetarianos, pero eso es una buena cosa. Los productos cárnicos no son tan abundantes como las verduras, pero nada que quejarse aquí, la diversidad es tan grande que yo mismo, un meatatariano convencido, decidí incluso probar las delicacias de verduras que eran fantásticos. La carne picada porcina es divertida en el sabor porque usan algunos condimentos que no estoy acostumbrado a; pero es una cosa cultural, no son los únicos que cocinan como esto. Las pizzas eran absolutamente fabulosas y el conejo de carne de vacuno / coelizo y la oveja de carne de vacuno eran absolutamente fabulosas. Muy variedad para el desayuno, para absolutamente todo sabor. Y los dulces: absolutamente magníficos. No puedo decir que yo tengo una dulceza, pero todos mis amigos estaban impresionados por los dulces. El restaurante es completamente separado del principal como concepto y diseño y calidad de los alimentos. Los cursos que he tenido allí, el vino botellado y el servicio eran de un mundo completamente diferente. Mejor sushi. Mejor salmón avocado. Mejor duck. El restaurante ASIAN es un MUST! También tienen un barbacoa con algunas especialidades americanas, pero no nos interesó mucho. El lugar se encuentra abundante, todo el mundo quiere bebidas, agua y cosas así. Los Jugos son mediocres en el mejor, pero al menos tienen algunas bebidas alcohólicas en orden. Los profesores eran la única marca de whisky para ser reconocible, ya que el resto probablemente eran los más baratos en el rango. Su suerte es que he tenido peor en Turquía en un hotel muy superior. Ellos tienen un bar de playa. Ellos sirven sodas de hielo en todas las variedades y cerveza. Muy bien tocado. La playa también es magnífica y limpia, pero si quieres un cuarto de estar, tienes que llegar hasta las 9:30 o está llena.
