Overall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available. The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there. The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt. When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service). Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese. Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs.

Beach is good with plenty of sunbeds Very nice pools and inside seawater pool is amazing Unfortunately some sunbeds covers were very dirty ( picture attached ) Otherwise all staff reception and staff are well cooperating and great ( Ghofrin and Jehid specially )

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Tras haber tenido una mala experiencia en un hotel familiar de playa, reservé este lugar por impulso. Está justo en la playa, pero también en el centro de la ciudad, a solo 100 metros de la estación de tren. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y el servicio fue correcto, aunque no especialmente entusiasta. Tiene su propia playa privada con personal que la cuida y ayuda a los huéspedes a encontrar tumbonas. La piscina era agradable, aunque un poco fría para mí, ya que no me metí. Es un hotel resort de playa de lujo; lamentablemente, solo me quedé una noche. Incluso tiene un pequeño balcón y servicio de masajes (aunque no tuve tiempo de probarlos), así que puedes relajarte y disfrutar de las vistas. Ah, y el desayuno también estaba bueno.

Hôtel correct mais sa mérite pas 5 etoile j’étais déçus de mon expérience… Points négatifs : Petit souci à l’entrée : pas de lit bébé chambre pas conforme à la réservation ! Bruit de Frigo à la chambre qui empêche de dormir Travaux de bâtiment côté jardin …! Points positifs personnel très gentille et serviable Petit déjeuner copieux Bien sécurisé et bien situé

В этом отеле мне понравилось месторасположение поблизости к морю. Питание среднее. На ресепшн просили деньги за предоставление хорошего номера. В номере убирались очень плохо только если сказать администратору и попросить. Нет на дверях таблички ”не беспокоить”. В номерах мебель и сантехника старые. Отель проводит различные мероприятия и выставки на своей территории, поэтому очень много людей. За едой очереди хотя все стараются быстро обслужить. Ну прийти и быстро покушать не получится никогда. За полчаса до окончания ужина убирает всю еду в один маленький уголок с ограниченным ассортиментом. Я заказывала на сайте trip.com, но почему-то мне предоставили ваучер с питанием не all inclusive. Понравилось что на завтраке были свежевыжатые соки за небольшую плату. Понравился ресторан на пляже. Отель позиционирует себя как четыре звезды ,но в некоторых других отелях три звезды мне было комфортнее.
