El hotel era bueno, pero sólo cosas que deberían centrarse en el servicio al cliente como recetas, si intentas llegar a ellos en la noche es difícil conseguirlos, ignoran las llamadas de los clientes sin volver al cliente mientras llaman. La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil.

Había café en la habitación y, en general, estaba limpia y bonita. ¡El único inconveniente es que el agua del baño huele fatal! La cafetería de la planta baja tiene comida regular; una sola prueba está bien.

La habitación era muy pequeña, en el estilo típico de Ibis, que era muy bien.
La mujer en funciones no parecía bienvenida ni dispuesta a ayudar. Me pidió que esperara durante el check-in sin explicar la razón, y su expresión facial parecía desafortunada durante toda la interacción. En mi opinión, sería mejor apropiada para un papel de retorno que de frente, ya que no representa el nivel de servicio que se espera en la recepción.

JJINGMon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution.
Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager.
Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution.
Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

We were incredibly touched by the effort Jaybie, Kim, and Kelvin put into making our special day so memorable. The surprise prepared was the absolute highlight of our trip, and we are so grateful for the impeccable service and genuine warmth.

Iteralmente se siente como un hotel de cinco estrellas
Soy un médico retirado y soy de Honolulu Hawaii  así conozco hoteles. y viajando por Scandinavia en gran parte del resto Europa y el Reino Unido de los últimos cuatro años he permanecido en más de dos docenas de cuatro estrellas hoteles. 
Y este es fácilmente en el 10% superior
The service is the best of any hotel I've ever been in. from the reception desk to the restaurant staff, to the cheerful people who efficiently run the coffee shop in the lobby etc.
El bufete es increíble y el menú a la cart es extenso y disponible tarde a la noche
 i’ve been to several well-known Middle Eastern restaurants in London in Oxford UK the buffet here is better than any of them

Yo sólo quería quedarme cuatro días, pero extendido a tres veces que una razón era, quería probar todas las comidas en el bufete al menos dos veces. I was planning to try some of the recommended restaurants in town, but I decided that it is unlikely that there will be any better than this hotel restaurant.
Traté de pensar en algo negativo para decir sólo para mostrar un equilibrio, pero no puedo pensar en nada.

UUsuario invitadoWe were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom.
Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up.
Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it.
All in all great value for a comfortable stay.

DDanielBentleyIt’s hard to know where is a good place to stay in Riyadh. But thanks to their excellent metro system and cheap taxis you can actually stay in most areas and be connected as it is a HUGE city well spread out. This hotel was great. Very modern and a stupendous breakfast full of Saudi and world cuisines. Staff frindly and check in 24 hours which is handy when your flight arrives at 3am! Thanks for the lovely stay.

The check-in and check-out process was very fast, making it a hassle-free experience.
Room:
The room was nice and big, providing plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, though it was a bit inconvenient that a toothbrush was prepared for only one person. Additionally, the room card stopped functioning after one night, requiring a trip to the reception to fix it.
Room Service Food:
The room service food was quite good. The grilled chicken was delicious, but the chicken biryani was just nice, nothing extraordinary.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was excellent! A special mention to Nour, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The service provided by Nour was top-notch.
Spa:
The spa is available only for males. We had to go to another place for a female spa, which was inconvenient.
Getting Around:
Getting around was very easy using Uber, making transportation convenient and stress-free.
Overall Experience:
A very satisfying stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for a pleasant stay, though the spa facilities could be more inclusive, and the room card issue needs to be addressed.
