Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

An outstanding hotel experience. The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. Limpio e higiénico, opción recomendada, este hotel está bien, el ambiente está bien, la red necesita mejorarse, otras cosas están bien, alguien limpia por la mañana, el camarero es agradable.

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

I have no words to describe how good this hotel is Itreally feels like a five star hotel I am a retired physician and I am from Honolulu Hawaii so know hotels. and traveling through Scandinavia in much of the rest Europe and the UK of the last four years I’ve stayed in more than two dozen four star hotels.  And this one is easily is in the top 10% The service is the best of any hotel I’ve ever been in. from the reception desk to the restaurant staff, to the cheerful people who efficiently run the coffee shop in the lobby etc. The buffet is beyond belief and à la cart menu is extensive and available late into the night  i’ve been to several well-known Middle Eastern restaurants in London in Oxford UK the buffet here is better than any of them The end hotel has the grandest lobby of all two dozen that I’ve seen for the last four years And the location cannot be beat I intended to only stay four days, but extended to three times that one reason was, I wanted to try all the dishes in the buffet at least twice. I was planning to try some of the recommended restaurants in town, but decided that it is unlikely that there will be any better than the this hotels restaurant. I was trying hard to think of anything negative to say just to show some balance, but I cannot think of anything This is the place to stay if you are in Riyadh

I stayed for two nights at Nova Rotana Hotel in Riyadh, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The King room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very professional and fast, and they kindly gave us the room earlier than the official check-in time. The location is outstanding — in the quiet and convenient Al Olaya area. Services like cleanliness, internet, and hospitality were excellent. Breakfast was good and standard. A couple of minor notes: the A/C was a bit loud even at the lowest fan setting, and the gym/spa/pool hours for women were limited (morning 8–10 AM, and evening 8–10 PM). A bit more flexibility would be appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for its great value and prime location.

We were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom. Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up. Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it. All in all great value for a comfortable stay.

El hotel es genial, me encantó el tamaño de la habitación, las comodidades, la limpieza y la comodidad, todo perfecto para el precio. La recepción y el proceso de registro son rápidos. El servicio bilingüe podría mejorarse, pero la comunicación sigue siendo excelente. El servicio de habitaciones y la limpieza también son estupendos. Sin embargo, lo que puede resultar molesto es que el hotel dice tener aparcamiento, pero siempre está lleno, así que hay que aparcar en los alrededores, que es una zona concurrida, lo que dificulta un poco encontrar sitio. Además, por ahora hay parquímetros, pero aún no funcionan. Cuando empiecen a funcionar, será aún más difícil aparcar fuera del hotel. Otro inconveniente, en mi opinión, es el tamaño del inodoro. Hay margen de mejora, ya que no solo salpica agua por todas partes al tirar de la cadena, sino que el bidé hace mucho ruido. En general, puede que vuelva al hotel por la paz y la tranquilidad de la habitación, los vestíbulos y el tamaño de la habitación, pero el aparcamiento puede ser un inconveniente para mí.
