My stay at Al Manakha Rotana Madinah (Aug 19-22) was below expectations. The room shown on the website does not match reality at all. I specifically booked a Partial Haram View room as advertised, but I was placed in a room with no view whatsoever. This is misleading. The price per night is too high compared to the actual quality and service provided. There are many other hotels in Madinah at the same price range with much better quality, facilities, and service. I do not recommend staying here at all. Very disappointing experience.

La Sala de Conciertos de Malaya se puede ver directamente desde la ventana de la habitación (puede reservar este tipo de habitación enviando un correo electrónico al hotel. La privacidad es muy buena y el lujo salvaje es total). Puedes encender un fuego al aire libre para mirar las estrellas por la noche, ¡lo cual es ideal para parejas o parejas! My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick Hotel. The location is exceptional—just a very short walk to Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for prayers. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the hotel facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit to Madinah so memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit, in shaa Allah.

El hotel no está muy lejos del Haram, a sólo 15-20 minutos a pie y 5 minutos en coche. El hotel también ofrece transporte gratuito media hora antes de cada oración, pero no lo utilizamos. La recepción fue profesional y servicial en cierto modo. En general, es un hotel bueno y confortable con un precio asequible.

En comparación con el Banyan Tree, las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, ¡pero el servicio y el ambiente sanitario son excelentes! La habitación era insensible, espacial y muy cómoda, y la atmósfera era tranquila y bienvenida. El hotel ofrece una excelente ubicación, a pocos pasos de Masjid en Nabawi, lo que le hace muy conveniente para las oraciones y visitar el lugar sagrado. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel a cualquiera que visite Madinah, y definitivamente me quedaría aquí otra vez!

Me quedé en Novotel Yanbu y tuve una experiencia media global. Las habitaciones estaban bien (3/5) y satisfacían las expectativas básicas. Había un olor notable, inusual en las habitaciones y en el lobby, que a veces afectaba al confort. La ubicación es la mayor ventaja (8/10) estar cerca del Corniche lo hace ideal para paseos nocturnos y paseos relajados por el mar. En general, el hotel es aceptable principalmente debido a su ubicación, pero mejoras en la limpieza, mantenimiento del baño y control del olor harían la estancia más cómoda.
