Wonderful stay near Masjid an-Nabawi. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location made it easy to reach the mosque for prayers. Highly recommended for families and pilgrims visiting Madinah.

La Sala de Conciertos de Malaya se puede ver directamente desde la ventana de la habitación (puede reservar este tipo de habitación enviando un correo electrónico al hotel. La privacidad es muy buena y el lujo salvaje es total). Puedes encender un fuego al aire libre para mirar las estrellas por la noche, ¡lo cual es ideal para parejas o parejas! This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the hotel facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit to Madinah so memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit, in shaa Allah.

El hotel no está muy lejos del Haram, a sólo 15-20 minutos a pie y 5 minutos en coche. El hotel también ofrece transporte gratuito media hora antes de cada oración, pero no lo utilizamos. La recepción fue profesional y servicial en cierto modo. En general, es un hotel bueno y confortable con un precio asequible.

En comparación con el Banyan Tree, las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, ¡pero el servicio y el ambiente sanitario son excelentes! El hotel también cuenta con muchas experiencias e instalaciones interesantes, como camas elásticas, columpios, cines con cielo estrellado, yoga en el valle, etc... Las esculturas repartidas por todos los rincones del valle también son muy interesantes.
