El Hotel Hilton es precioso. La ubicación también es excelente, justo detrás de las Bodegas Ferreira. El desayuno fue excepcional. Para mi cumpleaños, me recibieron con una maravillosa sorpresa en mi habitación: pétalos de rosa en el pasillo, una tarta de limón para dos y champán en una cubitera con dos copas.

¡Me encantó mi estadía! La habitación era espaciosa, limpia, equipada con gel de baño y acondicionador para el cabello de Nuxe, ¡e incluso un balcón! ¡Solo estuve allí una noche, pero me hubiera encantado quedarme más tiempo! Recomiendo este hotel a todo el mundo. Incluso había dos bebidas de frutas de cortesía y agua mineral embotellada en el minibar. ¡Fantástico!

La habitación es muy bonita y limpia. El personal es amable y atento. Se puede ir andando fácilmente al centro de la ciudad. Mi marido y yo estamos muy satisfechos con el Hotel Renaissance Porto Lapa.

The least you expect from a five star hotel was a good service and cleanlinless. We stayed here for 5 nights and they did not change our bedsheet even though it was written that they will change it every 3 days, no refill of water, no refill of tissues and coffee and tea we had to request it. There’s a small cockroach in the bathtub. At the front desk they don’t even greet you whenever you passby I am not being entitled that I should be greeted I just compare it to other hotel where they always smile. It’s hard to call the front desk sometimes it will take 5 minutes.  On the positive side the food in the restaurant was really good and the drinks at the bar those who are working there was really nice and attentive too. I’d like to commend also Fabrizio who always smile and who helps us with our luggage when we check in and check out.

Es un muy buen hotel. El chico de la recepción fue muy paciente al responder mis preguntas y me prestó varios cables adaptadores de carga. El hotel está en una buena ubicación. Hay tiendas de ropa y bolsos y paradas de autobús a poca distancia de la puerta. Desafortunadamente, tenía prisa y no tuve tiempo de ir de compras.

A little out of the centre but clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed a night before we were booked in for the first night of an organised cycling trip . Staff had moved our bags to the new room while we were out sightseeing. Fantastic food hall just through a door from the hotel with huge choice of food and beer!

We had a wonderful stay at The Rebello and truly enjoyed our two nights there. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful river-view room. The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, especially in the morning and at sunset. Watching the Douro River from our room was a memorable experience and made our stay in Porto even more special. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and well-designed, with a unique atmosphere that combines history and modern comfort. Overall, we were very happy with the property and would gladly stay here again. However, we felt that some of the staff were not particularly friendly, and the introduction to the hotel facilities upon check-in was quite limited. As first-time guests, we would have appreciated more information about the hotel, its amenities, and services. Despite this, the beautiful location, excellent river views, and overall quality of the hotel made for a very enjoyable stay. 進步空間。 😊🇵🇹🏨🌉

El hotel nos gustó mucho; la habitación tenía buenas comodidades y vistas al mar. El desayuno podría haber tenido productos más frescos. Pero, en general, la experiencia fue buena.

La ubicación del hotel y la orientación de nuestra habitación son muy buenas. El personal también es muy profesional. En los alrededores se puede llegar a pie a la mayoría de las zonas turísticas. El edificio en sí es bastante histórico y los pasillos internos del área pública son largos y estrechos. Se recomienda quedarse.

ADOREI!! UM SÍTIO QUE EU RECOMENDO IMENSO PARA QUEM REALMENTE QUISER DESCANSAR! O HOTEL, MUITO BEM LOCALIZADO COM UMA VISTA INCRÍVEL. MUITO BEM LIMPO, COM DETALHES INCRÍVELMENTE LINDOS! A COMIDA É MUITO BOA, PRINCIPALMENTE O PEQUENO ALMOÇO, COM MUITA VARIEDADE! 😍
