Excelente ubicación e instalaciones al igual que el desayuno. Hanitaciones normales. Con lo indispensable. Muy recomendable.

I’ve booked a stuidio last minute for my mother, who had to stay an extra night in Gdansk. This a new apartment complex so everything is extremely clean, no issues with room amenities, and on top of that - excellent service. There was a small hiccup at first, the room assigned to her hadn't been cleaned yet. But within a few minute, a staff member there (sorry, didn't catch the name, but she was a young lady with brown hair) helped find a new room and upgraded her at no additional cost. She was extremely apologetic about the mix-up. These things can happen, and the real value is in how they're handled. In this case, it's 5/5 - we’ve had worse experiences in 4-star hotels that are far more expensive as well. Thank you for the excellent service and for being so helpful, we will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating. At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise. The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly. I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.

Situación económica. ¡Bus, tren y tren “de frente a la puerta de la casa” Lidl en el piso inferior! Parking en el TG simplemente pero el precio de 11€ es algo ... pero seguro para ello! desayuno de osos fuertes! Recomendamos. Estudio de fitness en los años no ha llegado mal pero no está bien ... La única verdadera falta ... las damas del servicio que limpian las habitaciones son ”muy, muy superficiales” en el camino. ¡De lo contrario, muy recomendable!

The location is perfect as you are literally in the middle of old town. Nice to have a decent restaurant when your flight arrived late.. the fish and chips I had is perfection. Just a minor comment, the gym has a water fountain but it isnt working.. so maybe remove it or fix it. Other hotels of holiday inn, do have bottle water. For someone who work out for some time.. hydration is needed. Breakfast is fabulous. Nice traditional food and your usual cereals but with freshly baked waffles.. ohh the juice tend to ran out by 9:15 when breakfast runs for about an hour still. All in all, great stay as room is clean with your basics of coffee, tea, a pitcher for your water and nicely filled toiletries. Thanks

El hotel no está en el centro, pero tiene un precio razonable. Hay una parada de autobús justo enfrente, ¡y es un hotel de Ford Motor Company! ¡Hay un KFC al otro lado de la calle! Es mejor alojarse en invierno, evitando el día de Año Nuevo, ya que los precios son más bajos.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, muy cerca del casco antiguo y rodeado de numerosos restaurantes, lo que lo hace ideal para explorar la zona. Aparcamiento: El hotel ofrece aparcamiento subterráneo en un edificio cercano. Sin embargo, es bastante caro. Justo enfrente de la entrada, hay un aparcamiento público disponible a mitad de precio. Podría valer la pena considerar esta opción más económica. Desayuno: El desayuno del hotel es algo más caro en comparación con otros hoteles similares. Por suerte, hay muchos restaurantes cerca donde podrá disfrutar de un desayuno más económico en un ambiente relajado.

El registro de entrada y salida fue rápido y sencillo. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y ordenada. La ducha tenía buena presión y era fácil controlar la temperatura. El wifi era fácil de conectar y el desayuno estuvo fantástico.

Las condiciones de mi estancia fueron buenas. Todo era como se describía. Las toallas y la ropa de cama se cambiaban cada dos días. El registro puede ser difícil para quienes tienen poca experiencia con ordenadores (no había personal de recepción cuando llegamos). La comunicación telefónica también es problemática, ya que el personal solo habla inglés. Yo no lo hablo y no pude informar del problema. Esto ocurrió cuando llegué a casa y descubrí que me faltaban las llaves, ya que las había dejado en un cajón de la habitación 145 del Noli Riverside Gdańsk en la calle Siechnicka. Llamé varias veces al +48 798 886 854, y el contestador automático seguía diciendo inglés. ¿Estamos en Polonia? Por suerte, mi mujer tenía las llaves y pudimos entrar en el apartamento, pero al día siguiente tuve que cambiar las cerraduras. La imposibilidad de contactar con el hotel aumentó mi viaje en 350 PLN debido a la compra de cerraduras.

This has been the perfect Airport Hotel. Approximately 400m from the terminal - we couldn't ask for closer! The room was cool, clean and comfortable with solid blackout curtains and steady water pressure. Most importantly, when our flight was canceled and we had to wait the staff here went above and beyond in understanding our tiredness and travelers needs. We got our room back and caught up on precious sleep and then while we futher waited on our flight, we were welcome to enjoy the hotels most comfy lobby with great facilities. We are grateful to the to the stuff for giving us a space to relax and unwind making our unexpected delay an enjoyable one. Fully recommend this flight for all international, long haul travellers.
