Hoteles con gimnasio en Troms, Noruega

Pudimos ajustar nuestras bicicletas en el sótano sin ningún problema. El desayuno era rico y variado. El servicio en la sala de desayunos era bueno. El concepto de iluminación no convence. La habitación está oscura, aunque los focos están encendidos. Ambas lámparas de cama no funcionan. Le pedimos ayuda a 3 miembros del personal de recepción diferentes. Lamentablemente esto no sucedió. Se supone que el error no se transmitió.

The atmosphere was lively and very festive. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive and the stay felt very luxurious. The room was also clean and spacious, although the positioning of the hanging lamps was a bit awkward and I sometimes found my shoulder hitting one when getting into and out of bed. The shower was also very large and decent water pressure and temperature control. The breakfast was amazing! Many options and very delicious! The view from the room was spectacular and the staff accommodated my request for a higher room. The only downsides were the laundry service is incredibly expensive, which was shocking as the hotel I had started in prior to this one did it for free. Also, room cleaning did not come to room one day and I had to make two requests to the front desk to get a fresh towel. It took quite a long time, but eventually did get me a new towel in the evening. The staff apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Overall, the stay was amazing. とてもにぎやかで、お祭りのような雰囲気でした。スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で行き届いており、滞在全体がとてもラグジュアリーに感じられました。客室も清潔で広々としていましたが、吊り下げ式の照明の位置が少し微妙で、ベッドに出入りする際に肩が当たってしまうことが何度かありました。 シャワーもとても広く、水圧や温度調整もしっかりしていて快適でした。 朝食は素晴らしかったです。種類が豊富で、どれもとても美味しかったです。 客室からの眺めも圧巻で、高層階の部屋を希望したところ、その要望にも快く対応していただけました。 唯一のマイナス点は、ランドリーサービスが非常に高額だったことです。直前に宿泊していたホテルでは無料だったため、正直かなり驚きました。また、ある日は客室清掃が入らず、新しいタオルをもらうためにフロントに2回お願いする必要がありました。少し時間はかかりましたが、最終的には夕方に新しいタオルを届けてもらえました。その際、スタッフの方からは大変丁寧にお詫びがありました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。

Stunning full sea view resorts we had… resort are clean. We stay for 5 nights. Daily breakfast is good… staff & reception are friendly, courtesy & helpful…. Beautiful scenery around the resorts…& we are lucky , 2 of the night we witnessed auroras northern lights right from our resort balcony… amazing with the beautiful stars…..but most importantly to stay here you must drive…

Hotel bastante nuevo y moderno. Nuestra habitación doble es un poco pequeña, la almohada y el colchón de la cama son demasiado firmes para nosotros, tuvimos que pedir algunas almohadas pequeñas para que duerman los niños, pero gracias por el servicio y la hospitalidad del personal. La ducha es muy débil, definitivamente sentirás frío después de la ducha en invierno. La bebida de bienvenida es una ventaja, la variedad del desayuno es limitada y no hay fruta fresca. Cerca del aeropuerto y necesitas taxi o autobús para ir al centro de la ciudad. La recepción del piso superior y el área del bar tienen excelentes vistas al aeropuerto y al fiordo.

The room is spacious and clean. Great view from the room's window. I really like the room layout and it is beautifully furbished. The kitchen is great because it comes with A COMPLETE set of kitchen utensils. You will never run out of anything. This is also my first time staying in an apartment-like hotel in Europe, so I was impressed by the dishwasher. The floor is also warmed, which I like. Especially, in the bathroom, my feet didn't feel cold at all, unlike other places. I could not use the kiosk to check-in, but it worked just fine on my iPhone. I was worried about using smart key in my iPhone, as I read a lot of complaints from other reviews. However, it worked perfectly, including the entrance, elevator, and my room. I had no issue at all despite my thick phone case. During my stay, I met no staff. Luckily, there was not any issue, so everything was fine. Lastly, the location is the best. it is located in the centre, and there are several supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is a great place to stay and the price is very affordable. I think I will stay here again if I have a chance to return to Tromsø. 

We had a fantastic stay at the Dock 69 39 hotel. Super clean, very cosy, quiet and comfortable. Location is good, 10 min - 20min walk to all the meeting points to catch your experiences. Easy access from the airport with 42 bus. They offer a great breakfast selection so it is definitely worth it to add this option to your booking. The rooftop spot is also cool to go and check if the sky has some activity. The upper dock restaurant provides a great selection of the meals, very tasty as well. The only thing that is not worth paying (30e per person) for is a spa and sauna. If you are a regular user of sauna you will be very disappointed, we booked 1h30 min and when we came to use it, it was totally cold, we needed to wait 30 min to heat it up...the view is on another hotel bedrooms and cold swimming pool is used by another guests that didn't take shower after session in sauna. The resting place is so small, that you can't rest. No fruits, or other beverages, only water from the tap. If you are an occasional user and you don't care, you can try it. For us it is something that should not be charged additionally as it is not worth it. Overall this is a great hotel to enjoy Tromso. We can really recommend.

La ubicación es buena, puedes caminar 100 metros hasta la estación express del aeropuerto. Reservamos una suite de un dormitorio y un salón, que era espaciosa e higiénica, y el punto era que la señora de la recepción fue muy amable y me preguntó de manera muy íntima. Después de hacer nuestros arreglos de viaje, ¡recomendamos excelentes restaurantes locales y grupos destacados! ¡Muy recomendable!

La habitación tiene una sala de estar muy grande, la sala de estar tiene un sofá, la cocina está conectada, la cocina y lavavajillas, bien. Hay un supermercado en siete o ocho minutos para salir y comprar cosas para volver a casa. La única deficiencia es que si la sala de estar quiere dormir, la ventana no es lo suficientemente grande para atrapar la luz exterior, y la noche duerme un poco brillante

Este hotel se encuentra frente al mar, en pleno centro de la ciudad. ¡Ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio! El té de la tarde, la cena buffet, el desayuno y té y café gratis durante todo el día están incluidos en el precio. Hay una sauna en la quinta planta y un pequeño gimnasio. Hay un jacuzzi disponible por un módico precio. El autobús 42 desde el aeropuerto para justo detrás del hotel, así que la recepción está a menos de un minuto a pie. El personal es amable. La habitación está limpia y es bastante espaciosa. ¡La mejor relación calidad-precio de la ciudad! Sin duda, me alojaré aquí de nuevo.
