Somos una familia de 3 personas. Hicieron una cama extra para la 3ª persona y nos dieron 3 juegos de toallas, etc., muy atentos. El baño es grande y la pasarela es lo suficientemente espaciosa como para acomodar nuestro equipaje grande. El desayuno era fantástico, ¡servían aguacate entero! El equipaje es un poco decepcionante ya que cualquiera puede acceder a la habitación, por lo que no pensamos que fuera seguro guardarlo.

We had a fantastic stay at the Dock 69 39 hotel. Super clean, very cosy, quiet and comfortable. Location is good, 10 min - 20min walk to all the meeting points to catch your experiences. Easy access from the airport with 42 bus. They offer a great breakfast selection so it is definitely worth it to add this option to your booking. The rooftop spot is also cool to go and check if the sky has some activity. The upper dock restaurant provides a great selection of the meals, very tasty as well. The only thing that is not worth paying (30e per person) for is a spa and sauna. If you are a regular user of sauna you will be very disappointed, we booked 1h30 min and when we came to use it, it was totally cold, we needed to wait 30 min to heat it up...the view is on another hotel bedrooms and cold swimming pool is used by another guests that didn't take shower after session in sauna. The resting place is so small, that you can't rest. No fruits, or other beverages, only water from the tap. If you are an occasional user and you don't care, you can try it. For us it is something that should not be charged additionally as it is not worth it. Overall this is a great hotel to enjoy Tromso. We can really recommend.

Hotel bastante nuevo y moderno. Nuestra habitación doble es un poco pequeña, la almohada y el colchón de la cama son demasiado firmes para nosotros, tuvimos que pedir algunas almohadas pequeñas para que duerman los niños, pero gracias por el servicio y la hospitalidad del personal. La ducha es muy débil, definitivamente sentirás frío después de la ducha en invierno. La bebida de bienvenida es una ventaja, la variedad del desayuno es limitada y no hay fruta fresca. Cerca del aeropuerto y necesitas taxi o autobús para ir al centro de la ciudad. La recepción del piso superior y el área del bar tienen excelentes vistas al aeropuerto y al fiordo.

My room has a partial sea view but there are better rooms with a full sea view. I went up to the top floor gym, and the view was spectacular! There's a door that leads to a small balcony, which u could take some beautiful photos. Breakfast for me was the usual international breakfast. There's not much to talk about. Location is ideal. Shopping is within walking distance and many restaurants around. Service staff was amazing. Great service provided.

No tomó ninguna foto de nuestra habitación real, pero fue como se muestra en las fotos! El hotel es muy agradable, muy cerca del supermercado, de las tiendas de conveniencia y de las estaciones de gasolina. La habitación estaba frente a la hermosa montaña, así que era muy agradable despertarse. El hotel se dio a la gente de la ciudad y el hotel se sentía muy bien. Seguramente quedó aquí otra vez.

Un hotel con una ubicación ideal, cerca de varios puntos de recogida para excursiones. También hay supermercados, tiendas 7-Eleven y restaurantes en las inmediaciones. Ofrece artículos básicos como champú, gel de ducha, toallas y secador de pelo. Me encantó que el desayuno y la cena estuvieran incluidos en la estancia. Nada del otro mundo, pero suficiente para comer bien, teniendo en cuenta que los restaurantes son bastante caros. Tendrás que servirte agua caliente del dispensador, ya que no hay hervidor en la habitación. El personal de recepción siempre fue amable y respondió a todas mis preguntas; incluso me ayudaron a reservar un taxi al aeropuerto. Merece la pena por el precio; volvería a alojarme aquí sin dudarlo.

Esta era mi tercera vez en este hotel. Una habitación con vistas al agua siempre es crucial. Porque la vista es simplemente inmejorable. Era nuestra primera vez que nos alojábamos una semana entera. Por desgracia, hubo algunas cosas que no fueron tan ideales. Las comidas incluidas suelen ser geniales. Comer fuera es caro, sobre todo en Escandinavia, así que es bueno que esté incluido en el precio. Sin embargo, notamos mucha repetición en los platos que se ofrecían. Y los platos calientes de la cena estaban muy tibios. Lo que no fue tan bueno fue que hay que solicitar el servicio de limpieza. Lo hicimos, pero no limpiaron la habitación (sobre todo el baño); solo cambiaron las toallas y rellenaron los dispensadores de jabón. Y después de una semana, te das cuenta de que solo hay un pequeño rincón para colgar cosas, lo cual es muy limitado. Así que nuestros dos sillones estaban llenos, lo que a veces era un caos, y teníamos que estar ordenando constantemente. El personal, sin embargo, es muy amable y simpático. Y la ubicación del hotel también es inmejorable. Todo está cerca. Como tuvimos un día entero de lluvia y nieve y no salimos del hotel, nos dimos cuenta de que habría estado bien ir a una sauna o piscina templada, o reservar un masaje o un tratamiento de belleza en el hotel. Pero solo por las vistas ya volvería ;-)

The room is spacious and clean. Great view from the room's window. I really like the room layout and it is beautifully furbished. The kitchen is great because it comes with A COMPLETE set of kitchen utensils. You will never run out of anything. This is also my first time staying in an apartment-like hotel in Europe, so I was impressed by the dishwasher. The floor is also warmed, which I like. Especially, in the bathroom, my feet didn't feel cold at all, unlike other places. I could not use the kiosk to check-in, but it worked just fine on my iPhone. I was worried about using smart key in my iPhone, as I read a lot of complaints from other reviews. However, it worked perfectly, including the entrance, elevator, and my room. I had no issue at all despite my thick phone case. During my stay, I met no staff. Luckily, there was not any issue, so everything was fine. Lastly, the location is the best. it is located in the centre, and there are several supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is a great place to stay and the price is very affordable. I think I will stay here again if I have a chance to return to Tromsø. 

Stunning full sea view resorts we had… resort are clean. We stay for 5 nights. Daily breakfast is good… staff & reception are friendly, courtesy & helpful…. Beautiful scenery around the resorts…& we are lucky , 2 of the night we witnessed auroras northern lights right from our resort balcony… amazing with the beautiful stars…..but most importantly to stay here you must drive…

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado con la parada de bus que te lleva al aeropuerto muy cerca. Teníamos cogido con desayuno incluido y el día que llegamos nos dieron unos vales para hacer una merienda cena gratis. un poco de picoteo de fiambre y fruta. Había hervidor y nevera en la habitación. y café (nespresso) y te gratis las 24 horas en recepción. Los empleados muy amables, sobre todo una camarera que hablaba español en el comedor. El desayuno muy variado, con dulce y salado, frio y caliente, diferentes panes/tostadas. Sin gluten y bebidas sin lactosa. También había fruta y cereales. Todo el hotel en general estaba limpio, y te prestan un paraguas de cortesía si lo necesitas durante tu estancia. tal vez nos falló que a la hora de reponer las toallas limpias en la habitación no nos repusieron todas.
