Wat een fijn hotel! Ik verbleef hier samen met mijn dochter van 8 vanwege een concert en we hebben echt genoten. We waren al vroeg aangekomen om alleen onze koffer af te geven, maar tot onze verrassing mochten we om 13.00 uur al inchecken in plaats van pas om 15.00 uur. Dat was echt super geregeld en gaf ons meteen een ontspannen begin van ons verblijf. De kamer was netjes en comfortabel en het ontbijt de volgende ochtend was uitgebreid en erg lekker. Veel keuze en alles vers. Het personeel was vriendelijk en gastvrij. Zeker een aanrader als je een weekendje Arnhem plant!

I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is in a good location. It’s close to the train station. The closest park is 6 min walk from the hotel. The amenities can be requested from the front desk. The room is small but sufficient for a one person traveler. The bed is a single bed and quite small. The bathroom is also small. The shower section is partitioned by a glass but it covers only 50%, so the water will splash outside the shower section when you take a shower. The floor is usually wet after a shower. At the lobby, there is a meeting section, you can have a business meeting there. Coffee is also free at the lobby. Recommended for business trip. Not many restaurants nearby, but there are many restaurants in the 10-15 minute walking range.

Hay muchos lugares antiguos cerca de la ubicación del hotel, y caminar puede llegar a muchas atracciones. El estacionamiento subterráneo es un poco pequeño y requiere una pequeña tecnología. La habitación es amplia y limpia. Los servidores que se encuentran en chino también son muy buenas comunicaciones.

Como siempre, el personal del hotel es muy bienvenido. La habitación es limpia.Espacial. Muy conveniente tiempo para el viaje y salida tardía para aquellos que quieren dormir más en la mañana. El viaje después de las 14:00 y la salida hasta las 12:00.

Front desk staff was courteous and professional. The corner room on the ninth floor had a great view. Open bathroom is a little strange and toilet is extremely small. Compared to other van der Valk properties this one ranks much lower than others. Very slow internet, little choice of TV stations, no streaming services etc.

Mooi hotel ,ligging prachtig.Schone kamers,en vriendelijk personeel.Ik wil ook graag een tip geven over het opmaken van de bedden .Dat is slecht.Onderlaken schuift steeds weg,en dan lig je op het kale matras.Zit ook geen molton omheen,erg onhygiënisch .Onderlaken met elastiek,bespaart een hoop ergenis .

Prima hotel. Niet heel luxe maar wel met veel faciliteiten en heel vriendelijk personeel.

The room is exquisite, the hot water temperature is high, the water outlet is fast; the number of power outlets is relatively large; breakfast is awesome! The category is also relatively rich, although it is not far from the meal time of the tour group, but the food can be replenished in time.
