We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped with Coway water machine. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and great food. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. Would definitely stay again!

Personal amable y servicial. Habitaciones pequeñas, baño antiguo e incómodo. La habitación y el baño necesita renovación. Solo facilitan toallas de baño, no hay de manos. En la planta 16 hay un dispensador de agua gratuita y si tienes la mala suerte de tener la habitación cerca, hay ruido y trasiego de gente a todaa horas para rellenar botellas y jarras.

La puerta de la habitación debería actualizarse a acceso electrónico en lugar de un mecanismo de bloqueo con llave y sin cerradura adicional desde el interior... Me siento inseguro, pero en general la habitación está muy limpia y espaciosa...

The room is big and nice, the pillow is abit hard but overall is nice. But the water dispenser there some smell.

The house was spacious and clean, complete with basic amenities. Our stay was pleasant. Very hassle-free check in/check out process. Location is very good and very convenient since it is connected to Sunshine Central. A very close 10mins drive to Penang Hill as well. Host is also very accommodating and responds to inquiries very quickly. Enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back to stay when we have another Penang family trip.

Overall we are satisfied with our stay, the room is big. Cons - basin located outside of the toilet and no handwash provided, it is inconvenient for us. Also, we never expect we will be charged for RM10 per day for parking. Pros - the hotel is quite Instagrammable and good to have simple kids play room. Funny fact - hotel will give free drinks everyday but you need to redeem the voucher at the reception EVERYDAY, it is really funny, why don’t just give a total vouchers and state the day there?

La habitación no es grande, pero está limpia y ordenada. Puedes disfrutar del amanecer mientras estás acostado en la cama, lo cual es una sorpresa inesperada. El baño está separado de las áreas secas y húmedas, lo que lo hace conveniente para bañarse y lavar la ropa. El desayuno es especialmente bueno, con gran variedad de variedades y buen gusto. El servicio en la recepción fue entusiasta. Como el convertidor lo dejaron en el hotel Sabah, pedí prestado un convertidor en la recepción y lo usé gratis. El hotel es conveniente para viajar. Está ubicado cerca de George Town Art Street y se encuentra a poca distancia. Hay muchos restaurantes y bocadillos en los alrededores. En definitiva, la relación precio/rendimiento es muy buena y se recomienda quedarse aquí.

The room lacked basic toiletries like shaver and hand soap. We had to use the one from the shower cubicle each time we wanted to wash our hands. A disposable shaver would be great as these are the basic stuff we would not pack for travel. Our room on the 33rd floor was noisy as there were drilling they were testing the PA system. Once they announced for guests to evacuate the room and not to take the lift. We were totally shocked only to know later it was only a drill. Overall the experience didn’t give us a pleasant stay.

My second stay here. Clean room, comfortable bed and had a good night’s sleep. Netflix was a nice bonus. Having Netflix available was a nice bonus! Just a small note, the aircond wasn’t really cold so maybe it could be checked. Will stay again if I come to Butterworth.

Surprised by how clean it was despite being an old hotel in the area. I am overall satisfied with the hotel and my room, especially the cleanliness of the toilet and tub area. If I have to be really fussy and pin point a thing I did not like, it would be that the blanket is slightly thinner than I would normally prefer a hotel blanket to me. However, this is just my very fussy side speaking. Overall, I would give this hotel a 4.9 out of 5. I had booked a room with breakfast during my two days there for a workshop. Both days are somewhat the same, food was decent. The workshop provided lunch which led me to again dining in the lunch buffet section, overall it was pleasant. I like it that the hotel provided a variety of Penang food over the two days. My fav was the rojak which I took a photo here haha! Hub enjoyed the pool and hot & cold pool (sadly the sauna was under maintenance). Before I checked out, I also happened to be part of the Penang heritage launch ceremony. So, I got to see some of the really beautiful art work and nyonya clothing items on sale at the pop up stalls at the lobby too. The hotel also was serving nutmeg juice and Penang famous snack 豆沙饼. I must mention too, that I got a sea view room which allowed me to see the extension project by MBPP. There was a very happening and lovely park opposite the hotel just minutes walk away. I couldn’t help to bring myself over and was really happy to experience the joy of the families enjoying the facilities there. Huge slide, lots of climbing equipment and a very decent skatepark! Running track was very nice too! You must check it out if you’re in Penang! It was overall a pleasant stay in all.
