Nuestra estancia fue, en general, una experiencia fantástica. La habitación que nos dieron estaba limpia, era espaciosa y tenía una vista increíble; disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos avisaron con antelación del cambio de habitación, aunque la nueva resultó estar bien. También sería útil que nos proporcionaran una ubicación más precisa, ya que la dirección que nos dieron no era la exacta y tuvimos que caminar entre 5 y 8 minutos para llegar al apartamento. A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, lo pasamos de maravilla y apreciamos enormemente la hermosa vista y la comodidad de nuestra estancia.

I decided to book a hotel room at the last minute when I went to ksl mall on may 2,2026. Overall booking was easy, I claim the perks at youtrip apps, which switch to trip.com apps,. The booking stated 2pax which has no option to change to 1pax. You can go to the hotel front desk from ksl mall ground floor, which is near the exit where a lot of people waiting to take bus J100 to JB Sentral. But this entrance is open from 10am to 10pm only. The front desk was friendly and answer my question. He confirmed the room price for 1 and 2pax were the same. The hotel is non-smoking hotel, so all rooms are not smoking which was good for those has sensitive noise. The hotel has day use rate, but on that day was fully booked. There is a signboard written to book at the hotel website to get cheaper rate. The room card is used on tap on the sensor inside the lift before you can press the floor button. Free wifi. Room was clean, some tea bag, creamer, sugar, 2 btl drinking water and a electric kettle. Inside the toilet, there is a hairdryer, 2 shower cap and 2 tooth brush and toothpaste. There is a water dispenser in the lobby near the lift if you want to refill. The aircon is cool. There is a small fridge which has no pre-filled beverage which is good so no extra charge. TV is facing the bed, so you can watch it from the bed. My room has a big bed that can sleepy 3-4 people. There are 2 tower, I stayed at tower 2. There is a swimming pool at level 7. Convenience for those go there to shop, u can drop your purchase at the room then continue Shopping.

A large 20-30 years old hotel building. Clean , very large guest room with city view on the high floor. Fast check in and friendly staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Good water pressure at the high floor bathroom. None smoking rooms are available, but sometimesl smell of the smoking still coming from room ventilation. Good room price. Will stay again if I come to Johor Baru.

Everything was great during my stay. The staff were very alert, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. The room was spacious, cozy, and well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable—perfect for a good rest. The only area for improvement would be the toilet cleanliness, which could be better maintained. Also, the shower head is the older fixed type. It would be much more convenient to have a removable shower head, especially for families with kids or for guests who may not want to wash their hair every time. Breakfast was great too.. Will be back..

Stayed here for one night. Overall, it was an okay experience but with some downsides. The main issue was the noise — there’s a club opposite the hotel, and the music was very loud throughout the night. Even from our room (not directly next to it), we could clearly hear the bass, which made it quite difficult to sleep. The room itself was generally clean, but the bathroom could use improvement. The bathtub was slightly moldy and felt slippery, and the showerhead leaked, causing water to spread onto the bathroom floor. Food was average — nothing memorable. The chicken was overcooked and the noodles were a bit too salty. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a 7-Eleven conveniently located right next door. Overall, it’s an okay stay for a short trip, but the noise and bathroom condition were the main drawbacks.

location is a plus point, just next to Novotel and KSL city mall. Deposit need to collect cash RM150 is a not convenience action for the travellers. so far car parking still offer as complimentary basis, but soon would be charged as the AirBnB management doesn't provide any reserved car park to travellers (since they have bought over so many units in the condominium, why not come with the reserved car park lots, is it all occupied by the owner).

The host was super friendly and responded promptly to all our questions. The check-in instructions was detailed and clear. Checking in was a breeze, and so was the check-out process. The place itself was stunning — the house decor is modern, well-maintained and clean. The photos online matched exactly what we saw in person, and the space was just as beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Thank you Nest Home for such a wonderful stay! 🌈✨

3 friends went on a 1-night staycation in Johor Bahru for a girls’ night out, and we had such a great experience! 😊 It can feel a bit unsafe walking along the roadside late at night, but the hotel front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel much more at ease. They even surprised us with free foldable recyclable bags (the red packet in the photo), which was such a thoughtful touch! The room was spotless and very well-maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised to be given a high-floor room on level 20 even though we only checked in around 11 pm — such a nice bonus! The view was amazing, overlooking the customs area and parts of Jalan Wong Ah Fook, especially at night. Location-wise, it’s super convenient — only about a 10-minute walk to Jalan Tan Hiok Nee, where there are plenty of food and café options. Overall, we had a really pleasant and enjoyable stay. It’s definitely great value for money, and we would absolutely come back again for another girls’ trip! 💖

Decided to book last minute - initially cant book for family of 2A2C. WhatsApp them, replies was….sluggish. Finally manage to book and the room was…not like the initial ones. Previous booking it was really great. Room size room cleanliness. The room we got was small but there’s multiple hairs on the carpet. Especially with kids, that was just a no no. Call them via the phone provided, was put on hold and the line got cut off 🙂 Tried calling again, took quite a while before finally got connected. Upgrade the room for RM80. Whatever that was book on trip wasn’t as per advertised. Second, it was drizzling. So we went downstairs to take a look at the swimming area. There’s no towels. Call the front desk ask if the swimming pool is open, they mention “I think it’s open” Breakfast was subpar.

No check in counter but super convenient as owner gives very detailed information on self collection of keys from letter box. Location is directly opposite KSL (less than 5mins walk). House is very clean and the ac, tv, fridge, shower all working well. Recommend!
