Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

Todos fueron grandes, también comunicativos y fáciles de obtener instrucciones. Simplemente algunas reacciones sobre el calentador de agua, es tan difícil controlar la causa del calentador que puede estar cocinando caliente y es demasiado difícil dochar a los niños con la ducha impredecible. La escalera también puede ser una causa peligrosa de la rigidez y le lleva a la pared, tal vez un aterrizaje suave contra la pared y el suelo ayudaría a aliviar la ansiedad de los niños jugando alrededor de la escalera. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable & Great Service I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free. The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area. Had a 4 days 3 night staycation here. Excellent location with Mid-Valley Southkey mall within the same building. Perfect for shopping, dining, entertainment and accomodation all under one roof. The room was decent and clean with standard amenities. Bed and pillows are comfortable, Facilities are alright with gym and swimming pool with a nice view at the top floor. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a lot of focus on local Malaysian cuisines. There is sufficient variety to try different food each day during my stay. Parking is reasonable at RM10 per day although officially stated as RM5. I believe each day ends at midnight. Thus, staying overnight guarantees paying for at least 2 days of parking. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visitng JB.

First time experience with MWM. Host is responsive and easily reach thru WhatsApp. Stylish design with comfy sofa and bed. However wifi isn’t strong towards the master bedroom maybe due to the unit set was behind the tv. Washing machine provided. Will return to stay again

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Space Residency JB. The unit was clean, new, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the facilities provided were good. The overall environment was comfortable and everything felt relatively new. The only downside was the entry and exit process. Each time we entered or left the residence, we had to provide the unit number and wait for the security personnel to verify the details and take a photo. While I understand this is part of the security procedure, it can be a little inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when you are in a hurry. Other than that, it was a good and comfortable stay overall.

Relatively near to legoland Suite is spacious and clean, although the room is a little old TV, fridge, showers, air con are all working well Bed is on the hard and springy side Staff are friendly and helpful Lvl 1 parking is recommended as basement cp is very dark However, not very child friendly as there is only rainshower and no shower head. So its hard to bath the kids.
