Nuestra estancia fue, en general, una experiencia fantástica. La habitación que nos dieron estaba limpia, era espaciosa y tenía una vista increíble; disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos avisaron con antelación del cambio de habitación, aunque la nueva resultó estar bien. También sería útil que nos proporcionaran una ubicación más precisa, ya que la dirección que nos dieron no era la exacta y tuvimos que caminar entre 5 y 8 minutos para llegar al apartamento. A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, lo pasamos de maravilla y apreciamos enormemente la hermosa vista y la comodidad de nuestra estancia.

El olor de los cigarrillos fuertes que fuman a la puerta abierta. mezclado con el olor de la habitación fue super abundante y causa náuseas. Pensaba que podría ser realmente el olor del olor que usan, pero cuando entré en el baño. El olor a fumar en el interior antes... con mis 2 niños, pido que se cambie la habitación que se me dio. Pero la molestia de esperar a descansar cuando se inspecciona, pero luego termina con la necesidad de hacer un viaje a la recepción para cambiar la habitación no me gusta. El hotel es bueno, pero RM200 para los fumadores que fuman en la habitación es demasiado pequeño como la mayoría de SG y MY pueden. Debiera aumentar la multa a $3000.... No te preocupes... Los fumadores son personas ricas porque tienen la oportunidad de comprar cigarrillos para fumar su vida.

Great service. While there was no front desk (like what other reviewers mentioned), service quality was top notch through WhatsApp communication. Simple and fuss free process. Called host and was met at Level 4 lobby. He then led us to the apartment unit, proceeded to explain the amenities available including the Level 12 KTV room (which can be booked in 2-hour intervals). He then provided us with welcome drinks - which is a first. Thereafter all comms were though WhatsApp - that includes assisting with their Netflix account login. Round the clock service. Excellent for the price. Great location if you like KSL. 👍 👍

Stayed here few times due to its convenient location near CIQ. Triple room could easily accommodate family of 4. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom water pressure is good. It could have been better if the room and cleanliness can be better maintained. The room has signs of worn out and spotted light stain on bedsheet. Overall still okay fr a short stay.

The unit at level 10 was clean. I think the House keeping Rahim did a great job. Rahim was really helpful and friendly. This is the kind of hospitality service that brings us wanna go back again. Suggestion: * The downside is rooms all have a little weird smell. May want to consider ioniser machines to get rid of those smell. I cannot tell what that was. * beds were on a little hard side. Maybe can add a layer of topper to make it easier to sleep on * Location was great but they won't let us bring trolley up to the apt makes it quite a turn off as we were not able to bring up the water 6L and a few other things we bought without the trolley. * Swimming pool has a lot of small pebbles inside, i think it needs some clean up. My son hurt his feet in the regular pool.

A decent stay for one night. Just that the hotel is a little rundown, the bed and toilet was old but was clean. We took the room that have the seaview and it was beautiful. But, it was abit noisy throughout the night from the disco sound. Package included the buffet breakfast but variety was limited.. Book a grab to city square was about RM9, 10 mins drive. So for less than SGD55 a night, I would say it was reasonable stay.

The location is close to JB custom,convenient and easy to go anywhere..there’s shopping mall beside and many restaurants around..the host is really helpful and responds quickly..the only insufficient was one of the air conditioner was making loud noises

Da location was good n convenient ,n da collection key counter office girl are friendly ,but da unit we stay cleaning was terrible ,alot of ants n da rubbish bin also never clear , even da towels ppl using still hanging inside the toilet 😂 ,n da toilet basin also never clean cos da ppl stay inside toilet colour their hair da paper n colour split unit da whole basin still there when we check in 😅😅

I had a very pleasant stay here. The unit is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a minimalist aesthetic. The living area feels spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sofa, dining space, and full-height windows that let in plenty of natural light. Everything was well maintained and spotless on arrival. The bedroom was a highlight—comfortable bed, crisp linens, and a calm, hotel-like feel. The large windows offered a lovely city view, especially at night, and the ceiling fan plus air-conditioning made the room very comfortable for sleeping. The infinity pool was a standout feature. It’s well kept, relaxing, and offers a great view of the surrounding city—perfect for unwinding or taking photos. The overall building feels new and well managed. Location-wise, it’s convenient and easy to get around, making it suitable for both short and longer stays. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and comfortable place with good amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Check-in is a breeze. I just show up to the office, paid MYR200 deposit and I got my key cards. It helps that there is a link bridge on the 3rd floor of R&F Mall connecting to the blocks on the other side. The room is impressive. I rented a 4 bedroom unit overlooking the Causeway. The place is very clean. Towels are provided together with bath soap and shampoo in the 2 ensuite and common bathroom. A topload washer is provided situated at the balcony but not washing detergent. If you don't intend to get out of the JB Sentral area at all opting to eat and shop at R&F Mall, this place is ideal. We didn't use the pool and other facilities provided though. In short a great place for a short or even long stay.
