This was a very pleasant place to stay before and after a hike in Seoraksan National Park. Lovely view from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable, and helpful staff! Very convenient location. The local bus to the national park is right across the street from the hotel, and the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the express bus terminal. I was pleasantly surprised by a washing machine in the room, which was great to clean my muddy clothes after my hike (you'll need your own laundry detergent). The room had a kitchenette with sink, hot plate, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. The only problem is there was no pot or pan to use on the hot plate, so I could not actually use it to warm my food (unless I would travel with my own pot)! It would be nice if the room provided a hair dryer and if the hotel had some breakfast option. The cafe downstairs offers only drinks, not food, and doesn't open until 11 a.m. The entryway light is motion activated, and there are many electronic buttons and panels around the room that emit light, so if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, you will have to cover your eyes with a sleep mask. Also note that it you close the sliding door between the bed and living area while the air conditioning is on, it will prevent the cold air from reaching the part of the room where the thermostat is located, so the air conditioner will remain on indefinitely, and the sleeping area will get very cold. The various panels for lights and temperature were a bit difficult to understand. English labels would be helpful. But the receptionist was helpful and came up to my room to show me how to use the air conditioning. The USB port on the nightstand worked some of the time and sometimes it didn't. I couldn't figure out if there was a switch or setting somewhere in the room to make it work, or if it was just malfunctioning.

Would like to commend front desk staff Jason for personally attending to our check-in. He had painstakingly showed us to our Block B apartment room helping to also push 1 of our bags. As the room did not provide us with a sunrise view, had requested for a room change for the 2nd night and Jason himself again personally came to help us with the room transfer movement. His good english was a also pleasant surprise.as also his charming attitude and smiling look. The resort should cherish such young & kind-hearted staff. Kudos to him! Also, there was a manager (unfortunately could not remember his name who had a christian name to his name tag and slightly burly sized) @ the indoor pool/spa reception who should be praised for also taking the trouble to allow us entry (though we did not book any slot) on our check out day for us to take some photo pics for remembrance. He actually helped us take our couple shot, took the time to showcase us the nice indoor pool and its magnificent balcony view before accompanying us out and showing us the way to the beach. Thank you kind sir! The fantastic service we received from above 2 gentlemen is really testament to Shillamonogram's astute and comprehensive staff training especially with focus on customer satisfaction. Well done Shillamonogram. Will certainly recommend the resort for a wonderful staycation.

La ubicación era buena. El hotel era impresionante. Sin embargo, las habitaciones eran un poco estrechas. Lo peor fue el aire acondicionado, que no funcionaba. No sé si la temperatura está configurada de forma central o qué. Aparte de eso (el problema del aire acondicionado), fue una estancia muy agradable. El personal era muy bueno. Algunos de ellos hablaban inglés perfectamente, lo cual es fantástico. También fueron muy serviciales, lo cual agradecemos.

낙산비치호텔은 객실과 공용 공간 전체가 깔끔하게 관리되어 첫인상이 좋았습니다. 부모님과 함께라서 조식이 포함된 패키지를 선택하였는데 조식은 종류가 적당하고 맛도 괜찮아 만족도가 높았어요~~ 특히 오션뷰 객실의 바다 전망이 매우 탁 트여 있어 머무는 동안 힐링이 되었답니다. 낙산사와 해변과 가까워 산책하거나 일출 보기 좋은 것 같아요

Hotel has everything there, no need to go out. The B1 floor are restaurants, CU and karaoke. B2 is spa. You can rent skiing gear and skis from them cheaper than at the YoungPyong and they provide shuttle bus to the hotel from KTX and bus stop and to resorts! I didn’t find this information anywhere before coming there sadly!

Amazing views and spacious room as listed. A little bit disappointing as they don’t provide much amenities and room service, other than it was up to my expectations. Me and my partner was in the corner paranoma suite room and the ocean views are unblocked. You can see the sunrise right infront of the bed. Location was very convenient, many seafood restaurants nearby and transportation is easy. Free parking if you are staying.

Waking up to the sight of the sea was both relaxing and refreshing. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was very well-maintained . However, there are some areas that could use improvement. The amenities were quite limited. Toiletries weren’t provided, which was fine, but having them would have made the stay more convenient. Also, access to the pool, sauna, and gym required a separate payment, which was a bit disappointing given that many hotels usually include those facilities. The breakfast was enjoyable, though it came at an additional cost. It was good, but nothing particularly special. Overall, the best part of this hotel is the beautiful view and the friendly, helpful service from the staff. If you're looking for a clean place with a great view and don’t mind paying extra for amenities, this could be a decent choice.

No se proporcionan toallas de baño, se parece más a un hotel de condominios para estadías prolongadas que a un hotel de servicio completo. La habitación está limpia y tiene un diseño minimalista. El área pública necesita una renovación, parece un hotel de los años 90. El onsen es genial, apto para niños, está convenientemente conectado con el alquiler de esquíes y los remontes. Calificación general: 4 de 5.

I satisfied about the room(cleanliness, amenities etc)but staffs were so unkind. They answered absentmindedly about my requirements. And the location is so far from skihouse.

Все было на высшем уровне,другого и ожидать не стоило. Я очень хорошо отдохнула. Жаль что провела тут всего лишь одну ночь,но оно того стоило. В следующий раз приду с компанией.
