SkyBay Hotel was great! It's changed it a lot over the past couple years. They have automated check-in now and the selection of cafes and shops in the lobby are very convenient and and open till late. The arcade is tons of fun! Visitors have the option of using the Infiniti pool and sauna for an additional fee. The staff is helpful, and the room is clean and comfortable. However, in winter you are unable to adjust the temperature of your room. The views are incredible from skyBay Hotel. No wonder they pick this location for the drama business proposal! We had a great time!

This was a very pleasant place to stay before and after a hike in Seoraksan National Park. Lovely view from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable, and helpful staff! Very convenient location. The local bus to the national park is right across the street from the hotel, and the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the express bus terminal. I was pleasantly surprised by a washing machine in the room, which was great to clean my muddy clothes after my hike (you'll need your own laundry detergent). The room had a kitchenette with sink, hot plate, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. The only problem is there was no pot or pan to use on the hot plate, so I could not actually use it to warm my food (unless I would travel with my own pot)! It would be nice if the room provided a hair dryer and if the hotel had some breakfast option. The cafe downstairs offers only drinks, not food, and doesn't open until 11 a.m. The entryway light is motion activated, and there are many electronic buttons and panels around the room that emit light, so if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, you will have to cover your eyes with a sleep mask. Also note that it you close the sliding door between the bed and living area while the air conditioning is on, it will prevent the cold air from reaching the part of the room where the thermostat is located, so the air conditioner will remain on indefinitely, and the sleeping area will get very cold. The various panels for lights and temperature were a bit difficult to understand. English labels would be helpful. But the receptionist was helpful and came up to my room to show me how to use the air conditioning. The USB port on the nightstand worked some of the time and sometimes it didn't. I couldn't figure out if there was a switch or setting somewhere in the room to make it work, or if it was just malfunctioning.

Nice new hotel, we enjoyed our spacious room and staff are nice. However, we were disappointed and surprised when told upon check in that there is a fee to use the pool. We haven't stayed anywhere with this rule, but that's ok. Anyway, we are happy to pay, given that we will not be using the pool daily. Then another shock when found out how much they charge for using the pool! Would have given 5 stars for service and amenities otherwise.

La habitación estaba limpia, con excelentes vistas a las tiendas y restaurantes de abajo, y la vista parcial al mar también era agradable. El hotel tenía una tienda de conveniencia en la quinta planta que visitábamos con frecuencia. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho del Ramada by Wyndham Gangwon Sokcho y volveremos pronto.

Nos gustaba que en el Monogram complexo existiera una biblioteca de tiendas de vinos, patisseria, lavandería, gimnasio y comidas elegantes. Nuestro saco de té y bebidas de la casa de la bolsa de azúcar clara se perdió del contador del café el 4o día (la última foto muestra dónde lo habíamos colocado). Suspensamos que el personal de la casa podría haber dejado accidentalmente esta cosa personal durante el limpieza de la habitación mientras estuvimos fuera ese día. Nos contactamos con el servicio de mantenimiento y la oficina delantera, pero no se resuelve más allá de una promesa de buscar/investigar, y luego una negación que habían tocado nuestros artículos personales. No teníamos planes para seguir adelante, pero habríamos apreciado más iniciativas o esfuerzos para reducir nuestra ansiedad (el té medicinal para nuestros problemas de salud digestiva fue crucial para nuestros viajes). ¿Volvemos? Probablemente, pero este incidente nos ha hecho comprender que en este aspecto, el equipo de Shilla todavía necesita trabajar más para cumplir las normas de hospitalidad 5-star que promete a los viajeros coreanos e internacionales.

욕실이 통창이고 욕조랑 샤워기도 잘되어있고 수압이 좋습니다 방이 구도가 잘되어있고 침구가 아주 깨끗하고 부드럽습니다 조명이환하고 테이블과 의자가 넉넉합니다 거울도 많고 창문이크고 바다뷰가 좋습니다 충전거치대가 걸쳐놓기만하면 자동 충전되고 냉장고도 투명이라 내용물도 보이고 좋아요 다만 엘리베이터가 총 3개인데 홀짝수 각각 한개씩이라 붐비는시간대는 피해서 다니는게 좋을거같아요 주차장 넓습니다 주변 음식점과 카페도 몇개씩있네요 재방문의사있구요 편히쉬다갑니다~~

¡Fue un viaje muy agradable! Fue un buen viaje, limpio, tranquilo, bien ventilado, calientes pisos, nada de lamentar. La piscina es espaciosa y limpia, así que fui a nadar con mis amigos. Hay muchas pistas en la piscina 50-meter, y la piscina de los niños es agradable con agua caliente. El agua es muy limpia y las fuentes calientes son buenas. Las tiendas de conveniencia cerca de temprano y las antiguas instalaciones pueden ser un poco decepcionantes, pero hay muchos otros buenos puntos que se compensan.  ¡Quiero volver!

Despertar con la vista al mar fue relajante y refrescante. La limpieza de la habitación y de todo el hotel estaba muy bien cuidada. Sin embargo, hay algunas áreas que podrían mejorarse. Las comodidades eran bastante limitadas. No se proporcionaban artículos de aseo, lo cual estaba bien, pero tenerlos habría hecho la estancia más cómoda. Además, el acceso a la piscina, la sauna y el gimnasio requería un pago aparte, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante, ya que muchos hoteles suelen incluir estas instalaciones. El desayuno fue agradable, aunque tenía un coste adicional. Estaba bueno, pero nada del otro mundo. En general, lo mejor de este hotel es la hermosa vista y el servicio amable y atento del personal. Si buscas un lugar limpio con una vista estupenda y no te importa pagar más por las comodidades, esta podría ser una buena opción.

This beautiful hotel was the epitome of stepping into a luxury hotel. From the lobby to the room, everything was perfect. Clean, full amenities gone and the best part, I could eat everything at the mini bar (nuts, beers, chocolate) and they’d replenish it for free the next day. Waking up to the sound of rolling waves was the healing trip I needed and I would definitely stay here again. Only thing is that it’s a bit further out from the central and while there’s a bus stop nearby, buses don’t run that frequently.

Nice room, the two room suite is very spacious with a reasonable price. The only downside is you have to pay 20000won per hour for early check in. Also the kids playroom is very dirty.
