Hoteles con gimnasio en Prefectura de Iwate, Japón

Location is very good, just two minutes walk from JR station. The shuttle bus stop to ski area is just one minute walk. Next to hotel is a big parking lot. Room is clean, but no hook for hanging stuff in the bathroom. No expectation in public bath, better than nothing. Kitakima is a very sleepy town, few selection of restaurants in town, no restaurant near the hotel, but one inside the hotel. Steak is great there. Wrong room type had been allocated to me ( not the problem of the hotel), but finally being compensated by Trip.com.

Newly renovated hotel with spacious rooms and nice river view. Japanese and western style daily buffet breakfast included. There's also a public bath, coin laundry, fitness room and free parking for hotel guests. Excellent location as it's near the train station. The only thing is they blocked the smart TV features so I couldn't watch YouTube, Netflix etc. Hotel staff are nice and offered to change rooms for our friends. I'd definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Kitakami again!

We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences. 1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones 2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items 3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover! I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.

Onsen is great and the cream proposed is excellent

El buffet es amplio, con muchos productos, delicioso, especialmente con gusto y helado, pero es difícil olvidar que la neve de Fenan y el helado de la colina son muy comunes. La parte de la sopa de salchicha, tres de ellas pueden añadir su sabor, pero en realidad mi experiencia personal es que la sopa del restaurante de hojas rojas es más rica. 1F La sopa nueva del hotel de flor es sólo una piscina, muy ininteresante; además, se recomienda que se puedan dar más pequeños toallas, porque todos pueden añadir sopa por todas partes.

- 主要在于前台真的很夸张！ 真的很夸张！ 我们让她订餐厅 把名字日期人数都告诉她 也确认过好几遍了 她居然帮我们定了她“认为” 我们应该要去的烤肉店。 幸好我们再度确认，结果第二次她订错了日期， 第三次三个人定成了两个人，沟通过几次犯了几次基础错误 我受不了了 把餐厅日期人数都写下来，结果还是订错 而且告訴我們its ok😂 我們同行朋友終於受不了說了她兩句 its not ok 都不是罵 她就在我們哭泣😅 - 酒店6 点多开始停电 然后就是没热水到晚上快11 ，12点 届时我才可以洗澡 洗漱完收收东西都快两点 早上的早餐居然没有让客人可以延误一些，在我request 之后才让我进去吃饭、 而且也没有任何歉意补偿之举。 这个酒店真的收费也算是很贵了。。 何况是在小地方。。 - 还有其他没礼貌的事情 反正就是告诉我朋友酒窖里面的酒很贵 看不起人的那种。。 可能觉得我们是crown plaza 那边住的客人？ 作为高级酒店不应该有着这种待客之道， 不管对谁都要有基本礼貌吧。。 后面在铁板烧再遇到才给好脸色。。 届时我们已经准备投诉了。 其他的我就懒得说了早餐让你坐下 要开吃又让你换位置等等哈哈 酒店太新，要去的要有心理准备 价格匹配不上服务是肯定的，而且还有点花钱受气的感觉。

Adoro: El casino es muy cómodo y lleva a los niños a la cama dos veces. 2. El estacionamiento es conveniente y se adapta a la autoconducción. El personal de servicio y la buena cortesía. No me gusta: 1. Recuerda reservar una habitación sin fumar, no me di cuenta (me encantaba), reservar una habitación para fumar, el sabor del humo es muy pesado, es mi último lugar para fumar. La satisfacción es de 90 puntos.
