Es una estancia y un hotel agradables, pero no está muy limpio y además no había ninguna botella de agua en la habitación, que normalmente todos los hoteles ofrecen a sus huéspedes.

島花さんに泊まったのは初めてでしたがニューアワジグループのサービスの良さに感動でした。 夢泉景で釣りが出来て鯛を2匹釣ったのですが夜のディナーに調理して出してくださりとても美味しくいただきました。残りはきれいに処理していただき持ち帰ることが出来ました。島花は対岸の少し離れた場所にありますが湯めぐりも送迎していただけるので問題なく楽しめました。 またホカンスしに行きたいです

A la vista de la ciudad, el hotel está muy cerca de una estación de tren principal. La piscina está disponible para los huéspedes del hotel, pero lamentablemente, la información relativa al uso de la piscina no estaba disponible, por lo que no traje un traje de baño y estaba muy decepcionado. La información para este hotel debe actualizarse para aclarar qué están las instalaciones y qué condiciones son (por ejemplo, cubierta de baño obligatoria, uso de toallas de habitación, etc.).

Probably my favourite hotel room in all my Japan trips. The room was really spacious, had a great balcony, fantastic view, the shower, bathtub and dressing area was big. Because of the hotel's location being right next to Yumebutai (or actually part of it), it is a destination in itself. We spent a morning just exploring Yumebutai and it was nice and chill. We took a cab after Demon Slayer night walk at Nijigen no Mori to the hotel (was just too tired to figure out the bus), it cost us about 2000yen for a 7-10 mins ride? the hotel is one of the main stops for bus route and we were able to take a direct bus back to Kobe Sannomiya the next day. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel - good value for money Staff was very friendly and they helped with what they can. Convenient was the shuttle to Sannomiya station. For free and every 20min. Keep in mind, it’s a 20min ride. Pool liked good; didn’t had breakfast. The bar is nice, but the view was just „ok“.

Este hotel es genial, tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio y es fácil de encontrar. Está cerca del aeropuerto, es limpio, cómodo y tiene un onsen estupendo. El hotel es de estilo europeo y espacioso para tres personas. ¡Me alegré tanto que olvidé tomar una foto de la habitación, pero en lugar de eso tomé una de la vista desde la ventana!

:) Location was awesome - within short walking distance to train station. Love the ice cream provided by the hotel. The front desk staff are polite and helpful :( The pillow is too hard for me. Amenities didn't include cleanser and milk lotion.

The Oriental Hotel Kobe is a true gem in the heart of the city. The room was beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern comfort and classic elegance. The view of the harbor was breathtaking, and the staff’s hospitality was beyond exceptional. Every detail—from the lobby scent to the breakfast presentation—was refined and thoughtful. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Japan.

I had a wonderful **3-night stay** at Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa Kobe. The location is beautiful, with relaxing seaside views and a stunning look at the Akashi Kaikyō Bridge. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay, and I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.

We booked two standard rooms for one night in mid-March 2026. The location was excellent—both the subway station and a supermarket were conveniently located on the basement level. However, the hotel rooms felt quite old and they really need renovation as soon as possible. Three of us couldn’t sleep due to the hot temperature. The rooms have fixed windows that can’t be opened for proper ventilation, and because both rooms face west, the rooms stayed very warm (around 26–28°C). Although I can’t remember the name of the customer service staff member, we truly appreciated her attitude and assistance. Thank you so much!
