Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Located very convenient places where there's many shops and eateries nearby. The room and beds are big enough for 3 of us. And I love their toilet as it's big and separated the shower and bathtub . Will definitely stay this hotel again if visit Kobe.

El hotel es limpio, el personal es bueno y la mayoría de los hablan inglés. La cena es más alta que la temporada de comida, y los tipos de alimentos de desayuno son menos. El hotel está caliente en el exterior y en el interior, pero la zona caliente es más estrecha.

Ana Crowne Plaza Kobe is a very good hotel located just next to Shin Kobe Station and is accessible via B3. There's a 100 Yen shop and a supermarket at B3 before taking the lift to the hotel lobby on level 4. I parked on level 7 and overnight parking is 1500 Yen and pay at the front desk before checking out. The Herbs Garden ropeway is just beside the hotel and the discounted ticket is 2300 Yen but 2500 Yen on site. Hotel staff are professional and friendly. Booked a smoking room by mistake and for non smokers, it's better to book a non smoking room because while there's an air purifier in the room and air freshener available, it's still not so pleasant. It's not the hotel's fault though. Breakfast is great. By the way, IHG members are given a late check out up to 1 pm.

We had a wonderful stay at Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from our private balcony. Overlooking Kobe Port, it was the perfect place to relax, especially during sunset and at night when the city lights reflected beautifully on the water. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Waking up to the sea view each morning made the experience even more memorable. The buffet breakfast were another standout. There was an impressive variety of Japanese and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The generous buffet spread catered to different tastes, making every meal enjoyable. Getting around was also very convenient. The hotel provides a frequent complimentary shuttle bus to downtown Sannomiya, making it easy to explore Kobe without any hassle. Overall, this hotel offers beautiful waterfront views, comfortable accommodations, excellent dining, and convenient transportation. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kobe and would happily stay here again.

The breakfast buffet featured a variety of healthy Japanese options, which I found both satisfying and nourishing. Additionally, the view of Kobe Tower from my room was a charming highlight. The hotel's design reflects a refined minimalistic luxury, creating an elegant and calming environment. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and traditional Japanese hospitality.

The “sea view” was very disappointing and honestly not what I expected at all when booking this room. What made the experience worse was the pricing issue. After my booking became non-refundable, the hotel price dropped by around 30%, which was shocking. I’ve never had this happen before. The explanation that the lower price was a different non-refundable rate doesn’t fully justify such a big drop. On top of that, trip.com customer service only gave me an update after I followed up four times, which was frustrating. Check-in was also a poor experience. We arrived around 9pm with a child, and there was no staff at the ground floor to help with luggage at all, even though the reception is on the 17th floor. After check-in, there was again no assistance with luggage, which was very inconvenient when travelling with a child. Despite my booking clearly stating one adult and one child, there were no kids’ amenities provided, not even a child’s toothbrush.

This hotel is superb. Room is quite big compared to other hotel in Kobe. And the price is surprisingly cheap. Amenities, cleanliness, food and service are all excellent. Will definitely book and stay in this hotel again when going to Kobe.

We had a great 1 night stay at this hotel! This was a wonderful experience! Although we only spent 1 night here, as this was meant to be an overnight stop between cities in our travel road trip, this left such a good impression on us, that we would like to come back to Akashi just to stay in this hotel again. The architecture and the hotel design is very cool, 50's kind of vibe, but it's new of course. The hotel has a club lounge where we could unwind after the drive with complimentary snacks and drinks, including alcohol, and all was free and unlimited. The room was super spacious and designed nicely, with a huge hot tube jacuzzi, and since we took the ocean view room, the view overlooking the ocean and bridge was just breath-taking 👌 The breakfast was just right, and they totally accommodated my meal requests and accomplished to have a very good result... 5 stars here and I would totally want to come back!
