Me alojé en este hotel para un viaje con una amiga. La ubicación era conveniente, a poca distancia a pie de las atracciones turísticas y del centro. La habitación era pequeña, pero tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Sin embargo, me decepcionó bastante encontrar pelos en el cabecero de la cama y mucho polvo detrás del inodoro, sin señales de limpieza. Los productos de cuidado facial eran de Sekkisei, lo cual fue genial para usar toda la línea, pero el secador de pelo era un modelo muy básico, lo que me hizo pensar: ”¿Esto es todo lo que tiene este hotel?”. Hoy en día, incluso los hoteles de negocios económicos suelen ofrecer secadores de pelo de alta gama, así que espero que proporcionen uno decente. Tuvimos que llevar nuestras propias botellas de agua al registrarnos, pero las botellas eran delgadas y una por persona no era suficiente; ojalá nos hubieran dado dos. Además, el día de la salida, parecía que había un partido de béisbol profesional y los aficionados esperaban a los jugadores en el vestíbulo, lo que realmente interrumpió nuestra estancia en el encantador hotel. Elegí este hotel porque tenía muchas ganas de desayunar, pero la próxima vez elegiré otro.

Initially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands. I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen. There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later). Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean. The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face. I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me. Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after. One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen. There is a convenience store in the hotel. But I believe they closes at 2200. Also, there is hot spring in the hotel. There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use. I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too. For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast. 1st day was Japanese breakfast set. 2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast. They were delicious. The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections. For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay. I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride. Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue. I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima. Thank you.

Stayed here during a mid-February trip and the location is its greatest strength. Being directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station via the pedestrian bridge was a lifesaver, especially since we were traveling with several large suitcases. We used the Ta-Q-Bin (luggage forwarding) service to send our bags to our next stop in Nagoya, and the staff handled it perfectly. Also made use of their valet laundry service for our tops and pants—it was quick and saved us a lot of hassle. If you're looking for a stress-free base in Hiroshima, this is it.

Este es un hotel fabuloso. Eres bienvenido desde el momento en que entras y hay un ambiente muy internacional en el hotel. El check in fue sencillo y los servicios estaban bien explicados. La zona de recepción cuenta con un fantástico bar cafetería con una deliciosa variedad de pasteles y aperitivos. La habitación era muy cómoda y tenía excelentes vistas de la ciudad. Nuestra habitación tenía dos camas dobles con almohadas y ropa de cama suaves. El baño estaba bien equipado con un tocador entre el inodoro y la ducha. Las características de la habitación aumentaban la sensación de lujo, incluyendo una máquina Nespresso y un juego de té. Los artículos de tocador eran agradables y de buena marca. El personal fue excelente en todas las áreas que visitamos, incluida la salida. El Memorial de la Paz fue un paseo agradable: 20 minutos, y hay una multitud de restaurantes y bares a poca distancia a pie del hotel. Me encantó la ciudad y sin duda reservaría este hotel como base en nuestra próxima visita.

The hotel was conveniently located right next to Hiroshima station, which is good for planning day trips. There is also a 7-11 and Lawson store right at the ground floor. The rooms were comfortably large for two people and the beds were comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. A room for improvement would be to consider providing bigger/more pillows for the beds - one small pillow may not beto everyone’s liking. Also, I felt the reception staff were a bit stingy when they declined my request for more bottled water after finishing the ones in the room…

酒店地點有點偏遠，但係渡假休息的好地方。酒店職員服務貼心，自駕遊一抵步就有職員推行李車出來迎接及幫忙，感覺非常棒，迎賓飮品有特色，安排入住手續詳盡亦有效率。 酒店大堂自助吧枱，24小時提供咖啡茶及飮品，更有紅，白，清酒試飮機供體驗，晚上10點更有一小時內，提供宵夜簡餐日式咖哩飯。 公眾溫泉環境及質素就不過不失，有室內外溫泉池，溫泉更衣室用品略嫌不夠貼心及齊全，更衣室內環境比想像中狹窄，溫泉不僅只提供酒店住客使用，到訪時藉為中午時份，好多當地老人家一同付費使用溫泉，由於太多人關係，影響了使用體驗，嫌為失色，整個旅程只去了一次公眾溫泉而已。 不過幸好酒店有兩間付費的私人溫泉供選擇，裝修風格一黑一白，環境更勝公眾溫泉浴池區，收費以50分鐘為一時段，需要預約，彌补公眾溫泉的不足。 四人入住了三日兩夜特別室房型，房間內裝橫非常滿意，舒適寬敞，露臺海景，環境景色更是一絕。 酒店入住套餐包括了早晚兩餐，餐飮方面，晚餐只提供法式晚餐，質素高，口味獨特，付費餐酒選擇及性價比高，但兩晚晚餐均已預設為法式，並無其他或日式晚餐選擇，略失選擇及單調失色，至於酒店提供日式早餐亦不是自助形式，單一日式早餐，並無咖啡麵包提供，口味清淡健康，比一般普通日本酒店早餐略為遜色，此點為最為失望。 整體而言，酒店服務及環境仍是一絕。。希望餐飮提供更多選擇就無懈可擊，仍是極力推薦的☺️☺️

Convenient location and value for money. Clean and new, perfect base to explore Hiroshima. A more expensive ferry to Miyajima is also 10 mins walk away

Recién inaugurado a mediados de mayo. Muy cerca de la estación de Hatchobori y de la calle comercial (a un minuto a pie). El hotel estaba impecablemente limpio, la cama era muy cómoda, la bañera era amplia y contaba con secador de pelo y ducha Refa. La ducha era de la marca Elemental Herbology. El desayuno era un bufé de estilo occidental con una gran variedad de panes. La selección de fruta y bebida era algo limitada, pero suficiente. Me gustaría volver a alojarme aquí la próxima vez que visite Hiroshima.

ホテルのスタッフさんみなさんとても優しかったですし、 部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 一番有り難かったのはホテルから駅まで無料のバスが出ていたので宮島で食べ歩きした後とても助かりました また泊まりたいホテルです。
