My overall experience was very good. I booked ROK due to my family staying there, and I wanted to be with them. We travelled to Jamaica for family bereavement, so we wanted as little hassle as possible. Staff at reception were approachable, friendly, welcoming, and professional. The general look was aesthetically pleasing; I loved the decor throughout. Entry was spacious and clean. I stayed on the 7th floor, which was clean, and has a communal ice machine. The room was a bit smaller than I would have liked, but fully functional, there is a fridge and coffee machine; I would have liked a kettle due to preferring to hear my water boil! We slept well for the most part. My only issue was noise in the morning, I could hear the housekeeping staff chit chatting amongst themselves as they carried out their duties. Doors banging, etc. Due to time differences, I woke up at 4 am. I guess this made me sensitive to the surroundings. The bar is excellent, located outside by the pool, and a breath of fresh air. We spent most evenings by the bar enjoying a cocktail or 2, plenty seating, and staff are accommodating. I must commend the toilets in the communal areas... fresh fresh fresh, they use a beautiful smelling air freshener; I was impressed by how well maintained the were. I didn't have breakfast because I generally eat later in the day. However, my family thought choices were repetitive after a few days. Bar food was fresh and delightful. There are a couple of places to eat outside the hotel. However, I would not recommend them due to extensively delayed waiting times. Just eat at the hotel or find elsewhere. Overall, I would recommend the ROK, and I would definitely stay again.

Customer service was friendly and professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean but the floor and carpet was not swept or vacuumed, sheets and blankets smelled like crap but looked cleaned. Restaurant was great for breakfast which was a mixed of Jamaican and American style breakfast. I did not take advantage of the pool or the gym so I can’t give a rating but overall it was a pleasure hotel. I would book this hotel again.

La recepción es excelente. La noche es muy útil y super agradable con un hermoso sonriso. Las habitaciones son agradables pero pueden hacer algunas actualizaciones. Tienen todo lo que necesitas y si no lo pides. El desayuno era continental y una mezcla de jamaicano. El servicio en la zona de desayuno necesita alguna mejora. Muy falta de lustro que podrían mejorar en eso. Nadie estaba muy atento a que se sentara ahí y lo imagina. Los participantes se preocupan más por los hombres de dinosaurio de edad o personas en la atmósfera empresarial que probablemente piensan que los apuntará. Todos merecen un buen servicio independientemente. Alguna mejora debería ir en esa zona. La comida en general es buena. Me disfruté de mi estancia en general y me hizo sentir especial como invitado.

Además, todos los aspectos son buenos, rentables, especialmente en una ciudad como Kingston, es muy bueno en los primeros cien. Fui a la recepción y dije que la habitación estaba llena. Ctrip confirmó la habitación y elogió a Ctrip.

The place was clean and comfortable, if you are looking for a place to sleep one night or business travel, this is ok. I recommend to put at least one water bottle in the room.

酒店不大就一棟樓，房間是標準的公寓式客房，客房裝修和國內的商務連鎖酒店差不多，簡單乾淨。但工作人員挺熱情的，進進出出都會聊個天幫個忙的，我選擇的是帶個小廚房的大床房，對於經常旅行的我而言，算是比較適合，因為有配備的洗衣機和烘乾機，就是洗衣機的味道有點重，得先清洗一遍。酒店地理位置不錯，離機場也不遠，過兩條街可以到達芳大宅看看牙買加第一位黑人百萬富翁的故居，可以品嚐著名的牙買加冰淇淋和意大利人開的西餐，也有牙買加特色烤雞什麼的，如果需要添置東西，距離兩條街還有一個大超市，走路大概12分鐘。

La habitación está bien, limpia y hay cosas mejores. La comida puede ser más rápida.
