UUsuario anónimoWe recently stayed at Mangia's Sardinia Resort for one week, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.
When we arrived at around 3:30 pm, we were told our room was not yet ready, which we completely understood. The reception staff asked us to wait at the bar next to reception and said they would inform us as soon as the room was available. However, after waiting for two and a half hours without any update, we went back to reception ourselves, only to be told that our room had been ready for some time and they had simply forgotten to inform us. This was not a great start to our holiday.
We also booked boat trips through the resort for Saturday and Sunday. We were asked to pay for the Sunday trip first because they weren't sure whether the Saturday trip would be available. We were told they would send us a message with an update, but we never received one. The day before, we had to go back to reception to ask again, only to find out that the reception and the boat excursion desk are managed separately, so the reception staff couldn't help us, and by then the excursion desk was already closed. Better communication between departments would have avoided this inconvenience.
The resort has four restaurants, but three of them require advance reservations. By the time we arrived on our first day and tried to book, they were already fully booked for most of our stay. Since we were staying for seven nights, it was very disappointing that we were only able to dine at one of the specialty restaurants. Guests staying for a full week should have a better opportunity to experience the different dining options.
Finally, we also had a disappointing experience at the Lime Bar. The kitchen officially closes at 5:30 pm, and we arrived at around 5:00 pm hoping to order burgers and sandwiches. We were told they could not accept any more orders because there were already too many in the queue, and they wanted to finish serving by 5:30 pm. It was frustrating to be turned away 30 minutes before the advertised closing time.
Overall, while the resort itself is beautiful and has great potential, the organisation and communication between staff and departments need significant improvement. Unfortunately, these repeated issues affected our holiday, and for that reason I cannot say we were fully satisfied with our stay.

EEUN-MIIt is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna.

UUsuario invitadoGood standard hotel with spacious if somewhat dated but clean rooms and a nice pool with bar. Great location if you want to be close to Olbia Terranova train station as it’s next door. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the old town. Rooms do not have soundproofing so not ideal for light sleepers. I arrived at 12:30 and was told the room would be ready between 2and 3p. As check-in officially starts at 2pm I sat down and waited patiently only to see some other guests get a room straight away. At 2:15pm a Dutch guest kicked up a fuss when he was told his room wasn’t ready and he too was then given a room. At this point I protested (having waited for 1hr30) and then also got a room. Whilst the reception staff were friendly this was not a great check-in experience.

TThi Thuy AnBeautiful, new hotel in a secluded location on the north western part of Sardinia. We loved the modern interiors, pool area and super comfy bed. Hotel lobby staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful stay however we felt there are a few things the hotel could do to improve the guest experience especially for a 5 star hotel: 1. We noticed mould in the corners of the shower and on the shower head. Perhaps cleaning staff do not do a thorough clean or think to treat the mould problem which is disappointing for a new hotel; 2. Pool and room service menu is pricey and very limited with only a few options. We don’t mind paying hotel prices however felt the menu wasn’t as appetising and ended up eating outside the hotel the whole time except for breakfast. Given the location away from the town, the hotel could offer simple item like pizza to keep guests in the hotel. Breakfast was great with many sweet pastry options however had limited hot food like eggs, sausages and bacon only; 3. The room we were in felt like an earthquake and startled us each time the guests below us entered and exited their room.

Instalações boas a excelentes. Os quantos da torre são algo estranhos, com uma casa de banho sobre-dimensionada retirando espaço ao quarto que acabou por parecer-nos de dimensões reduzidas, mas provavelmente deve-se à arquitectura do edifício. Em contrapartida, as áreas comuns eram excelentes

EE.Z.La incompetencia y la falta de profesionalidad son la base de este complejo con la marca Baglioni, pero de Baglioni hay poco excepto el logo... Es un antiguo complejo llamado Paradaise, lo mejor renovado posible y utilizado como trampa para los turistas extranjeros que tienen pocas exigencias. .
El personal no está suficientemente formado y en algunos casos es demasiado pedante.
La limpieza de la habitación no se hace o se hace apresuradamente, en horarios absurdos como las 17.30 horas. Dejar un paño de limpieza húmedo y grasiento y mucho pelo en la maleta…
Que el servicio de atención al cliente facilitara la lavandería gratis... Yo diría que lo mínimo en casos como estos.
Para un hotel de 5 estrellas y más aún para un Baglioni hay mucho trabajo por hacer para mejorar los servicios.
Mención aparte merecen Paolo y Antonello del servicio de playa que hacen todo lo posible para suplir las deficiencias de la estructura, Francesco del siempre profesional restaurante y el director Victoriano por la mejora.

HHenaI loved the location - near Lidls (perfect for stocking up for beach trips). Also near Decathalon.
But they gave us 2 single beds and we were on a honeymoon claiming I had requested it. Their system is getting orders mixed up, as my actual request they didn't have in their system. Breakfast is decent, scrambled eggs every day which were good, but as someone who doesn't eat meat would be good for more choices. There were croissants, yoghurt, water. I'd stay here again. I also used their turkish steam spa which was lovely - easy to book in your time. Room decent size too.

Vivíamos una semana, Arbatax era muy grande, construido en una pequeña colina tropical, bajo la montaña hay tres estilos de playa privada, debería ser la más hermosa playa de vacaciones que hemos vivido! La temperatura del Medio Oriente también es muy cómoda, mucho más caliente que la temperatura del norte, tiene que llevar el agua submersible 🤿 suministros, peces tropicales 🐠 recursos marinos de hierba y pirata son demasiado ricos! Cuatro piscinas, varios hoteles, los platos italianos no te decepcionarán! El desayuno de autobús se recomienda para la comida en el piso exterior del segundo piso, la vista es incómoda! Jugar al tenis y al padel es un poco caro! Pero todos los días, el entrenador es una bella educadora sexual y privada que viene de Florence. ¡El coche no puede entrar en la aldea, ¡la puerta tiene que hacer un autobús gratuito para el estacionamiento de la puerta 🅿️! También puede caminar al estacionamiento, ¡y en la colina y en la colina puede digerir algunos platos italianos!

UUsuario invitadoThe beach is not ideal, water is not directly accessible from the beach due to sea coral, one has to walk down the pier to get into the sea. The staff are very professional and wonderful, very happy with the service, good breakfast with plenty of verity. The rooms are very small, would have been nicer if they were slightly roomier. Pool service could also be improved, more verity, such as fruits etc. Evening drinks are nice with very good live music. Had dinner at the hotel once, food was good, service was a bit slow out of the kitchen.

UUsuario invitadoNo seré demasiado crítico, ni tampoco demasiado elogioso. La ubicación y la piscina del Blu Hotel Morisco son sus mejores atributos. La habitación y los baños generales del hotel están limpios, pero ninguna cerradura funcionaba en ninguna parte, aparte de la de la habitación, y los baños no están precisamente pensados para espectadores. El desayuno, que destacaban como excepcional, no lo fue para nada, suficiente en el mejor de los casos. Gran piscina, excelente ubicación, el personal fue, en su mayor parte, muy amable, pero necesitan invertir algo de dinero en el mantenimiento del lugar.
