requested for early check in and twin bed room but waited for 45 mins at the reception as room was not ready even at 1 pm and at last they jusr seperated the king bed into two parts and make it twin bed with a gap of hardly 2 inches

When we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple managers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

solo estuvimos una noche entre vuelos y cumplió plenamente su objetivo. un lugar cercano al aeropuerto, donde se puede descansar cómodamente...

Está muy bien y nos dieron una salida tardía, también es bueno, me gusta, pero la ubicación está un poco lejos, pero puedes usar un rapido para reservar. Está muy bien en general.

Had a fantastic stay at Historia Royal! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the real highlight was the rooftop swimming pool—it has an amazing view of the city. The staff were polite and quick to help, and the food at the restaurant was delicious (especially the Indian dishes). Great location and value for money in Udaipur. Highly recommended!

The hotel is quite new and staff are really friendly and helpful. Only the location is quite near to the airport but far from the center.

We have a very large room (1 bedroom with separate living room), the design was nice. The staff in the hotel is very nice and friendly and ready to help. The lobby of the hotel is small, the restaurant is a medium size. Breakfast is ok, only Indian food, everything is quite spicy, even the eggs. There are fruits and vegetables. The coffee is bad, but the masala tea for order is nice. The location of the hotel is around 2 km from the city of the center and I don’t find it quite friendly or convenient. There are nothing useful near the hotel: no shops, no cafes or rests, to walk by foot is quite scary and inconvenient. Better use tuk-tuck or taxi.

The overall service at Hotel Arco Palace was professional and friendly. The staff is courteous and attentive to guests’ needs. Rooms were comfortable and clean, making the stay even better. If you’re visiting Jaipur and looking for a hotel that offers good amenities at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend Hotel Arco Palace.

Room facilities expected of Holiday Inn Express standards. One of the cupboard handles in my room was barely able to hold on to the cupboard door, and would fall off if not careful. Perhaps, the room maintenance could be up-kept better.Otherwise, the staff were generally polite and service oriented.
