requested for early check in and twin bed room but waited for 45 mins at the reception as room was not ready even at 1 pm and at last they jusr seperated the king bed into two parts and make it twin bed with a gap of hardly 2 inches

Bit ok for this price and hotel arrange ments.

Very clean and modern hotel. Loved the choice of dishes in the in-house restaurant. Tried several Indian and non-Indian dishes and they were delicious. Hotel is very close to the centre with many retail outlets on the main road in front of hotel. Really enjoyed staying here.

Nicely located hotel with good facilities

Stayed 2 nights and call couple times for different reasons and in the reception they say they will send someone and no body showed up to fix internet or to bring extra towel. The place is very clean and it has good breakfast. The spa advertised it's not working now. The picture is 400mts away from hotel(most see)

El personal fue amable y servicial. Debería haber nadado en la piscina de la azotea. No desayuné. También sería un buen servicio. Pero lamentablemente el poder de las duchas era incómodo. El desagüe del baño no estaba en buenas condiciones. Porque el agua no puede pasar.

服務人員態度友善積極，連住兩天，第二天吃早餐還記得我另外需要瓶裝水，所以我坐定以後還特別拿了兩瓶瓶裝水給我。就是房間有點舊。

The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, mini fridge, tea and coffee maker, and a large smart TV. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a great bonus for staying connected. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, and the Express Café & Bar served delicious quick bites and beverages throughout the day. I also appreciated the 24/7 gym on the top floor, which provided a great view of the city while working out.
